The processes that Earth is undergoing are irreversible and inevitable. Earth has begun its ascension into the 5th dimension, and we are going there together with it (going through the process of zeroing out).
If this does not suit someone, the soul has every right not to go. The soul can exit this game at any stage, it can decide to end life in its current incarnation, often to preserve its potential and incarnate again in a new, more suitable body.

Why the zeroing out process is harder for a victim to go through
Since this process is forced, for people with a victim consciousness, it can affect several areas of life at once. Absolutely everything comes up, people disappear, jobs are lost, etc. From the outside, it looks like a zeroing out.
And here come questions like “how to stop it, end it?”, “can it lead to something good?” And “what can it even lead to?”
There will be no rollback. You can, of course, cling to what is leaving, but the more you hold on, the longer the entire process lasts.
It forces you to switch from external circumstances to inside yourself: “I am experiencing this, I am feeling this, not them, but me.”
Exercise “I-ing Translation” to shift focus to yourself
The “I-ing Translation” exercise is the simplest exercise that will help you switch from a victim state to a director state.
Take a specific situation where you have complaints about someone, where you express what you don’t like. Write it all down on paper, replace he (they, she) with “I”. And then write the same text again from the first person. You will see that it is a direct mirror.
Train yourself to flip any situation from “they” to “I” where you have complaints about other people.

What the zeroing out process affects and what gets zeroed out
Zeroing out occurs on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Many people are experiencing emotions rising now because the reservoir was full, emotions were not being released outward, and now they can come out in the form of aggression, tears, etc.
Another option is that many people tried all their lives to be good, wore a mask, and now the masks have fallen off and all sorts of unseemly things have poured out. But in the 3D world, every side has its opposite. Even for those who consider themselves directors, things suddenly poured out. This happens so that both sides can be accepted and balanced.
As long as we are inscribed in duality, we need to understand that behind the top there is a bottom, behind the beautiful there is the terrible, behind the peaceful there is the conflicting, etc.
That’s why emotions need to be released, and it needs to be done in an eco-friendly way. Usually, people find a scapegoat and off they go. Most often, it’s children or a husband who is guilty without fault. Look for safe ways for yourself and others to let your emotions out: beat pillows, scream at the top of your lungs in a deserted place.
On the mental level, a rewriting of beliefs begins. They are made up of programs and basic systemic add-ons. Traumas, triggers, and reactions are being rewritten.
And all of this, like an avalanche, is chaotic and knocks you off your feet. The faster you surrender, the faster you trust your soul, understand that everything that is happening is for your benefit, the faster this sorting will begin.
The main recommendation when you have entered the reset stage is to stop swimming against the current.
On the spiritual level, there is a disidentification with various spiritual terms. For example, there are concepts you believe in unconditionally, with no internal discrepancies.
But according to Jason Estis, during the reset period, it will be especially hard for those who are surrounded only by like-minded people, those with whom they are in complete agreement about everything.
Accordingly, you don’t see or hear the other side, a different opinion. On the spiritual level, it’s important to admit that other sides also exist and have their place. It’s important to learn to see not only your own but also the nuances you didn’t pay attention to before.
And now, when many people’s lives are starting to collapse and reset, it’s hard to find solid ground. If we start from data points, their increase automatically raises the number of events we experience within an hour. Choice and priority come to the forefront — what is important to me at this moment in time.

Creating space after the reset
Imagine a warehouse filled with things. You come to store your belongings.
You can squeeze them in between those things, you can rearrange things to free up a little space (that’s how a director acts), or you can take everything out, go through it, see what’s relevant and what’s not, and then arrange what’s left, labeling where everything is. Three different ways of acting.
It’s very easy to determine how you usually act. When you’ve washed the laundry, what do you do with it next? Some have a pile in a basin, some have sorted it into stacks, and some have ironed it and put it in the closet.
Your everyday reflexes clearly show what is happening.

New actions
There is a universal way to move from the level of victim to the level of director, and from the level of director to the level of creator — new actions.
We create new space. It doesn’t matter how you create it: throwing everything out of the warehouse or tidying up and adding something new, it doesn’t matter.
The main thing is that a certain space appears. And resetting is precisely the liberation of space: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual.
You begin to fill this new space. You can fill it with what was there before — doing all the same things, because it’s familiar. Or you can add at least some new element — take a different route to the store or go to a different store.
It doesn’t matter what actions you take, the main thing is that they are different, new. In our brain, there is a well-worn track called synaptic pathways. Every time we do something different, we pave a new path. And in the end, a dozen different new actions create a new path. Therefore, any new actions in old situations are beneficial.
Before you do something, ask yourself: “how can I do this differently?”, “how can I arrange the things in the closet differently? Where can I put the jars of supplies differently?”
There is a method of exploration from the particular to the general, and a method from the general to the particular. In this case, changing the order of the addends doesn’t change the sum.
For example, while tidying up the house, you can help yourself become organized from the inside. State the intention that you are also putting things in order inside yourself: releasing trapped emotions, taking inventory of your beliefs. This way, you connect physical actions with certain processes.
When your gaze sees chaos around you, the amount of chaos inside increases. To stay in balance amidst chaos around you, you need to be orderly on the inside.
