For the first time in human history, in 2024 something unusual will unfold — the “First Codes of the Divine Mission,” which began to arrive in November 2023 for the ascending collective.
The seeds were planted for everyone. They contain information, schemas, structures, and programs that will be unpacked in the spring of 2024.
We are talking about the leadership energies of the Age of Aquarius. The Age of Pisces was tied to suffering. The Age of Aquarius is a time of freedom. But not freedom from everyone, but in a slightly different sense.
Therefore, for those who are ahead (this is not about spiritual ego — I am the coolest one in this pack), a completely new cycle begins, unlike any other.
And this will be the first year in all of human history when we plant new original codes — seeds of life, not karmic seeds of obligation, duty, and suffering.
In this article, we will explore the concept of leadership from a spiritual perspective.
Stepping out of the comfort zone as one of the signs that you are being moved into leadership positions
“2024 has the potential to be the first year free from karma. This is a great upgrade of service contracts that takes place at the Monadic Over-Soul level. When those who are ready move into higher, or more visible, positions for the awakening of the masses. And so they are in preparation to receive light codes and packages.
Those who are ready to lead the masses at the soul level into the Heavenly realms are now welcoming the Activation Codes to begin implementing them at the next level of Service to the One.”

The key point is at the Over-Soul and Monad level.
These are leadership positions not connected to the human part in any way. Moreover, these are leadership positions not even from the Soul level. These are leadership positions that many are now being moved into, including through physical interaction with people.
And those who declared in advance that they were not ready, because they were too empathic, or too introverted, or sitting in the familiar conditions of their comfort zone where little changes, experienced a tremendous shake-up and transformation over 2023.
This transformation did not come with a shake-up for everyone, where you had to face serious challenges and solve serious problems. But they were already subtly moved into it. Perhaps among those reading this article, there are those who have noticed this in themselves.
If you used to “drown” in large shopping malls from emotions and energies, you had high sensitivity, but now, even without working on it, your sensitivity, or rather the impact of external energies, has changed significantly.
And now that this encapsulation has appeared (Jason calls it a container), a unified space has actually been created.
On one hand, the body’s sensitivity and receptivity increase, and on the other hand, paradoxically, the external impact is felt less.
If this is the case for you, it means preparation is underway. It does not mean that every person must become a leader, this is for those who are internally ready to be one.
This process didn’t start today. Back in 2021, I often mentioned that people were quitting what they were doing. A psychologist switched to coaching. Or someone completely closed their project.
There was a wave when a huge number of people changed their field of activity or its formats.
This process was initiated back then, but it will unfold in full force starting in 2024, because we are all now in a unified space, finding each other has become easier, whereas before it was more difficult.

Two Directions Related to Embodying Leadership
The essence is that there are two directions here:
1. Energetic readiness to interact with masses of people. This is difficult for empaths; they interact well one-on-one. Too high sensitivity.
2. Maintaining a pure vibration.
Each of you has a unique vibration, and depending on how much your energetic capacity allows, it will be either a small group of people (neighbors, work colleagues) or a slightly larger one.
From my observations over the past year, the unique frequency of vibrations that you can transmit purely, through yourself, is important. This is when you are an empty vessel and through yourself you broadcast what passes through.
If the vessel is not clean, you start working on yourself. When you interact with people, you spend yourself very heavily. And energetically you are then drained, and illnesses can occur, etc.
This is an upgrade. The mission of many people.

Requirements for Leaders
There are certain requirements for leaders that need to be met.
1. Completion of All Karmic Contracts
This is a mandatory element before actualizing new service contracts.
A person must be free from imbalances. This means — removing any remnants of separation from within, being free from the structures of separation that bind you to the 3D matrix. Being free from everything that prevents you from being at the level of unity and love.
Your constant abiding at the frequency of unity and love is the key that opens the way to a New Divine Mission.
If you have not freed yourself from this, you will not be able to begin; you will constantly replay old obligations — this is suffering.
The layer for transformational work is quite large.
The goal of this entire process is to find yourself in the vibrational state of unity, where everything is interconnected. At the same time, judgment, claims, grievances, discontent, reactions from trauma — all of this is left behind.
This overlaps with Jason Estes’ concept — passing through the gate. Freed from everything, passed through the gate, you return to your life with a different vibrational message.
It’s the same here. You’ve grown, you’ve reached, you’ve cultivated yourself to this level, and they begin to reveal to you what was inaccessible while you were inside the matrix.
It’s useless to play games here, to pretend to be advanced. You fall — that’s it, you’re not on this frequency.
Some come from the mind, others fall into emotions. This point is important here.
Accordingly, when you are in this state, what is revealed at this level immediately unpacks. It’s like in games — you reach a level, and new opportunities open up for you.
To receive these codes of the Divine mission, you need to be free from all of this, meaning you don’t have it inside you, not in a sleepy state, not in a dormant state, not in an advanced state, not in a fallen or collapsed state.
And then you go beyond the old roles of service, which are mainly tied to liberating others from suffering, and yourself as well. And your conversation with duality ends.
This means you have no remaining attachments to unprocessed, unaccepted past.
Accordingly, any interaction with the realms of suffering is turned off for you. You no longer engage in the suffering of other people, nor do you fall into suffering yourself.
That’s it! This part is done. You have no connection to it. You can see it nearby, but there will be no involvement from you.
If you don’t have the rescuer element, you won’t pull these people out.
It is each person’s individual task — to learn not to suffer. And usually, people need tremendous help with this.

2. Shift from the 3D Matrix to the Coordinates of the New Earth
The 3D matrix is built on separation. When through the prism of duality and separation, one facet and another are seen, but not perceived as a single whole.
Light and darkness are a whole, peace and war are a common whole, just like up and down, masculine and feminine, and so on. All of these are two sides of the same sphere. And this process was strongly initiated in 2022.
How do you connect what is conceptually unconnectable and not felt within? How do you see that this is not a confrontation, but two facets of the same thing? And how do you find this universal, unified option?
This is a very complex conceptual and worldview process, which some of you have likely gone through.
We were born into the 3D matrix; however old you are, that’s how long you’ve lived in it. We don’t know any other way. And this needs to be learned, starting with the simple things.
Remember from the Cosmic Laws? Replace with the equal but opposite.
You’re sitting in poverty — replace it with prosperity. You encounter negativity — replace it with positivity.
Since the psyche invests in the unpleasant many times more strongly, it means you need to invest qualitatively more in the equal opposite — in terms of time and everything else — so that the scales of balance return to neutrality.
You fell — you have every right to, we are human — be so kind as to balance it out to return to a state of equilibrium.
The longer the negative lasts, the more time it will take to get back to a stable, neutral position, because the 3D matrix is hardwired from within.
When you shift from the 3D earthly matrix and switch to the coordinates of New Earth, you effectively rise above the frequency that responds to or reacts to trauma and suffering.
Your brain will immediately throw in: “You’ve become callous, unemotional, a bitch.” No. You are simply moving out of that frequency to a place where it is unreachable. You are beyond it.
New Earth. The frequency of unity, the frequency of love. You are either in it and can transmit it, or you are down there with everyone else and cannot transmit anything because at that moment you have no access to it.
You maintain an emotional distance. But not because you force yourself not to feel emotions, but because you have no emotions left.
Emotions are unaccepted, unlived past. If you have fully “processed” your past, you stop emoting.
Therefore, emotional distance is present, but not because you are trying to force yourself not to feel, but because you have nothing to feel emotional about. You are on a different frequency, a different vibration.
The words “to be in something, but to observe and see, but not be a part of it, a part of the suffering,” mean that we will finally feel a significant emotional distance between ourselves and the crumbling 3D paradigm.
Because suffering no longer affects you or changes you. It is no longer an active vibration in your field. When you have cast this out of yourself, dealt with absolutely everything, you have nothing to resonate with, no match. And this allows you to remain in the position of an observer.
