One of the trends of the current energies is the mind’s evaluation of itself.
There are two points that are actively being revealed, connected to the theme of “unbridled injustice” and evaluation based on the “good/bad” principle.
Let’s look at an example of how judging and evaluating your own behavior as bad can harm you.
The “Smoker” Example: Stop Doing It or Shift the Evaluation
Imagine two smokers. One smokes and gets a buzz from it. His mind understands that this habit is most likely not beneficial for his health, but his inner self-perception is based on the buzz – the person gets pleasure from smoking.
There is another person – “pure and fluffy.” He engages in practices, meditations, saves the planet, and yet he smokes.
This person also understands that this habit harms his health, and every time he lights a cigarette, he berates and beats himself up for not being able to quit.
He evaluates smoking as “bad” and lights every subsequent cigarette with that feeling.
In your opinion, which of these two smokers causes themselves more harm?
Naturally, the consequences will be worse for the second person.
Regardless of external circumstances, the internal evaluation of his mind – “good/bad” – will kick in.
In the described situation, no matter how good or enlightened a person may be, with his internal evaluation he creates irreversible consequences for himself.
And here, in contrast/when comparing, a colossal feeling of injustice arises – how can it be, why does the good person suffer, while that “bad” person has it made?
This includes all stories in the vein of “I’m so righteous, but everywhere I turn in life, it’s just one big letdown, while they…”
In reality, it all comes down to the internal evaluation of your mind (good/bad). The further you move into the zone of raising your frequencies, the more significant this internal evaluation becomes.
If you evaluate something as “bad,” simply don’t take it on, don’t do it. Otherwise, you will be destroying yourself with your own hands. Accelerated manifestation will kick in.
You are convinced that it is bad, you pour emotions into this very thing, and this “bad” thing intensifies and manifests.
If you consider yourself worthless or deficient in some way, the world will immediately mirror this back to you through a multitude of situations. Meanwhile, there may be people next to you whose “inner content” is even worse, but for some reason, you will be the one to suffer.
Many are familiar with the story where a seemingly one hundred percent blatant 3-D person lives and enjoys life, while you, the “advanced” one, struggle with endless difficulties. And it’s all just a matter of the mind’s evaluation.
When you understand this, it becomes easier for you to correct this evaluation, and ideally, to abandon it altogether.

The Mind’s Evaluation as a Cause of Fears
The greater part of human fears is psychological (virtual) in nature.
According to medical statistics, over the past couple of decades, the number of varieties of phobias has multiplied.
Fear is closely linked to a threat to life. If a situation does not pose a real threat to your life, it means you are dealing with a mental (virtual in nature) fear.
Because of mental fears, many people remain inactive their entire lives.
You must be able to dive into your fear.
Mental fear is fictional, artificially created. It is built on fantasies and delusions of the mind.
Virtual fear is directly connected to the mind’s evaluation (good/bad) mentioned above.
Evaluation is a very subjective parameter. The criteria for evaluation are individual. The same action can be evaluated as good by one person and bad by another.
In this sense, every person lives by their own rules (evaluation criteria) – according to what they consider right/wrong, acceptable/unacceptable, and so on.
The more you try to impose your rules on others, the harsher the feedback you will receive.
