Meditations on the Autumn Equinox

For the tenth time on the day of the autumnal equinox, we gather for a live broadcast to celebrate this powerful day of natural balancing and harvest!

Nine years. Nine autumnal equinoxes. Nine meditations.

Each meditation has a specific purpose. I recommend carefully reading the description of each meditation and choosing the one that is most relevant for you today.

Again: you do not need to do ALL the meditations. Choose the one(s) that will be useful for you specifically today.

Meditations for the autumnal equinox can be done at any time of the year by setting the intention to "attune with the broadcast participants."

But they carry a special transformative power during the autumnal equinox period: three days before and three days after.

Meditations for the Autumnal Equinox

1. Meditation: Tuning Life Spheres to Balance

Purpose of the meditation: To feel where in your life balance is currently lacking, and to connect with a state of inner evenness from which you can act calmly and confidently.

In the meditation, you stand on a "balance plate" — a symbolic point that rises or falls, showing imbalances. We gently check different spheres: giving/receiving, personal/spiritual, material/inner, action/rest. Then you find the point of balance and anchor this state in your body and in the Earth’s grid.

Main steps:

  1. A few breaths through the heart — tuning into the body and presence
  2. Giving/receiving — feeling of equivalence
  3. Personal and spiritual — without struggle, without suppression
  4. Material and inner — as two supports, not contradictions
  5. Rising to a level where everything leveled out — fixing the state in the body
  6. Soft grounding and return to current reality

2. Meditation The Middle Path of Love (2024)

Purpose of meditation: Learn to walk your middle path through any swings and polarities, strengthen within yourself a state of love, lightness, joy, and balance.

In the practice, you find your image of the “path”: a trail, a log, a bridge, a staircase, a rope — a place where balance is required. Each step is a conscious choice to walk in love, joy, acceptance, despite discomfort. Through the heart, a field of love and joy is activated, this wave expands to everyone around. In conclusion — anchoring the state of lightness and balance.

Main steps:

  1. Several deep breaths in and out, attuning to the body, grounding
  2. Focus on the heart — filling with love, joy, gratitude
  3. Attention to your personal “path of balance”: find a metaphor, experience it in the body
  4. Each step — a conscious choice to walk not the habitual, but a new path of love
  5. Acceptance and lightness even in the unfamiliar, anchoring this feeling
  6. Expanding the field of love to the surroundings, the collective, the Earth
  7. Completion with grounding and gratitude

3. Meditation Heart Generator and Balance Wave (2023)

Purpose of meditation: To feel an inner point of support, to learn how to launch a wave of balance and harmony through your heart.

In the practice, you focus on breathing through the heart, feeling how an energy “generator” turns on inside. This state of stability begins to radiate in all directions — like a soft, even wave. Gradually, your entire space fills with calmness, and you feel confident and stable, regardless of external circumstances.

Main steps:

  • Gentle grounding, returning to body sensations
  • Several deep breaths, attention on the heart center
  • On the inhale — feel warmth, expansion, a soft wave inside
  • On the exhale — imagine this wave spreading in all directions around you
  • Several breathing cycles — observe how stability grows stronger
  • At the end — gratitude to yourself, anchoring the feeling of balance

4. Heart Rate Generator Meditation (2022)

Meditation goal: To feel your stability, activate your “heart field,” experience unity with the Earth’s collective field, and learn to “hold” your wave regardless of what is happening.

At the beginning — breathing through the heart, exhaling anxiety, tension, and grievances. Next — focusing on the inner flame/fire of the heart, igniting this state until you feel a dense energy field around you. Then — sending waves into space, tuning into intersection with the field of other people, feeling interconnection, support, and inclusion.

Main steps:

  1. Take a deep breath, exhale through the heart, feel grounded
  2. If anxious or tense — mentally “cleanse” yourself with violet flame
  3. Inhale the flow from above and below, ignite the inner spark in the heart
  4. Breathe with this state, expanding your field
  5. Several cycles — feel how your field touches the field of others, experience unity
  6. Consolidate the sensations, direct a wave of gratitude, harmony, and acceptance into the Earth
  7. Gently return to the body, anchor the new state

The purpose of equinox meditation is to feel your inner generator of the sovereign heart field, so that at any moment when you need it, you can attune to it.

5. Meditation Bridge of Truth (2021)

Purpose of meditation: Acknowledge the entire journey traveled, thank the past, honestly look at your lessons, choose your path to the future, and feel the support of the space.

In the practice, you ascend the “mountain” of your achievements, encountering situations, people, emotions. In each moment, you thank yourself, acknowledge the lesson, and set an inner period. At the summit — you look at different bridges, choose yours, walk along it into the new, anchor the new state of dignity, freedom, and self-acceptance.

Main steps:

  1. Breathing, grounding, connecting to the circle of light
  2. Ascending the “mountain of experience,” recalling key situations and lessons
  3. Acknowledgment, gratitude, letting go — period
  4. At the summit — choosing your bridge, honestly, by feeling
  5. Crossing the bridge, feeling freedom, joy, support
  6. Anchoring the state in the body and in life

6. Meditation “Separating the Wheat from the Chaff” (2020)

We invite you to go through the meditation “Separating the Wheat from the Chaff”, in which you will sort the seeds — those choices that will correspond to your authentic manifestation in the coming months.

Purpose of the meditation: To thank yourself and your path, to realize and choose what to take into the new cycle, to let go of the unnecessary, to feel your own value and the right to follow your own path.

At the beginning — gratitude to yourself for all the efforts, lessons learned, victories and defeats. In your heart, “create” three seeds: for yourself, for those who supported you, for those who gave you difficult experiences. Then you move to your inner “place of power”, gather new seeds for the next stage of life, guided by your inner response. You let go of everything unnecessary, you take everything valuable with you.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, tuning into the body and heart
  2. Gratitude to yourself, loved ones, even “difficult” people
  3. Conscious creation of three seeds — your standard
  4. Immersion in the place of power, selecting new seeds through sensations
  5. Letting go of the unnecessary, choosing your “fruits”
  6. Anchoring the state of dignity, joy, acceptance
  7. Gratitude to yourself and all participants

7. Zero Point Connection Meditation (2019)

Meditation goal: To feel inner balance, release everything that hinders, fill yourself with the energy of harmony, and begin a new cycle with a sense of support and calm.

In this practice, you connect with the Earth through your feet, build a column of light, and fill your body with a golden radiance. You feel yourself on the grid of the New Earth, rise to the Great Central Sun, and enter the state of the “zero point” — inner silence, harmony, and acceptance. Everything that no longer serves you gently falls away, and you anchor within yourself a sense of support, joy, and readiness to move forward.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, focus on the heart, feet, and crown
  2. Connection with the Earth, building a golden column of light
  3. Filling the body and field with golden energy, activating the 5D grid
  4. Rising to the Great Central Sun, feeling the “zero point”

8. Meditation “Cave of Doing, Garden of Being” (2018)

Meditation goal: Free yourself from the pressure of external “labels” and roles, let go of the constant need to prove your worth, and allow yourself to simply be — with joy and acceptance.

In this practice, you descend into your inner “cave of doing,” where all achievements, diplomas, victories, and even failures are gathered. Thank them, release them, and transform them into energy. Then you rise into the “garden of being,” where you catch the feeling of true fulfillment — not for something, but just because. Experience the joy of being yourself, anchoring the new state in your body.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, grounding, attention on the body
  2. Descent into the cave of doing, reviewing all your achievements and roles
  3. Gratitude and letting go — everything that no longer serves you
  4. Ascent into the garden of being — contemplation, acceptance, joy of simply being
  5. Experiencing and anchoring the feeling of fulfillment, self-respect
  6. Consolidating the state in the body, gentle return

9. Golden Circle Meditation (2016)

Meditation goal: Feel balance within yourself, fill with the energy of acceptance, love, and forgiveness, and then share this state with loved ones and the whole world.

In the practice, you will find yourself in a circle of Golden Beings of Light, attune to their vibrations, and ask for acceptance, love, and forgiveness for yourself. Then you pass this gift to loved ones (with permission from their Higher Self), and in the finale — to all beings on the planet. The entire state is anchored in the body with a feeling of calm, fullness, and harmony.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing through the heart, attuning to harmony
  2. Rising into the golden circle, filling with light, receiving the gift
  3. Sending love and forgiveness to yourself, loved ones, the whole world
  4. Anchoring the state in the body, gentle completion

10. Meditation of Burning What Gets in the Way (2015)

This meditation was recorded on Periscope specifically for the autumn equinox of 2015.

Meditation goal: Burn, dissolve, and release everything that is no longer needed; fill with light and take an inner step forward.

In the practice, you visualize a sun shining in the center of your chest. You allow it to “burn away” everything that holds you back, worries you, or causes tension or pain. If you don’t feel there is anything unnecessary — simply bathe in the rays, allow yourself to be filled with warmth. Everything is done gently, at your own pace.

Main steps:

  • Finish slowly, allowing yourself to remain in the new state
  • Deep breathing, attuning to the heart
  • Inhale — let the golden sunlight into the center of your chest
  • Exhale everything you want to release, allow the sun to “burn” and dissolve it
  • Thank yourself and the sun, feel lightness
  • If ready — take an inner step forward, feel the difference in your body
