So what exactly is money? Everyone wants it, but each person gives their own definition. For some, it’s the meaning of life; for others, it’s a tool, an opportunity; for some, it’s dirt, a temptation. So what is money really?
First and foremost, money is energy. Consequently, it follows the laws of energy.
Whatever energy is invested in, that is what develops. It’s a worn-out, overused phrase, but unfortunately, everyone understands it in their own way.
And every time you perform rituals for money (magical, esoteric), you still invest in negativity, thinking someone will cheat you or deceive you.
Energy must circulate, and it’s up to you to decide whether it’s negative or positive. If you skimp on yourself, stashing money away in a piggy bank, and then spend it on a big occasion and still “beat yourself up” over the expense, you are sending negativity out into the Universe. Money will not come to you.
The Universe understands that if you have it, it brings you pain and disappointment; it’s better for it not to come to you at all.
You can burn candles, lay out wallets on windowsills, but it won’t come to you. The Universe is protecting you from pain, like a mother protects her child from mistakes.
If you don’t have money, it means you don’t need it. Yes, it sounds paradoxical, but it’s true.
That means there are a bunch of secondary beliefs that prevent you from enjoying spending it, from having it.
The good news is that you can get rid of them with the help of a psychologist, coaches, trainers, or marathons. But the first step is to learn to enjoy spending money, to enjoy the opportunities it provides.
This doesn’t mean you need to blow your entire salary on the first day on shopping, trips, or impulsive purchases. Set aside an amount you can simply part with.
It will be different for everyone: for some, it’s 500 rubles, for others 5000, and for others, 100 rubles. The point is to learn to enjoy money without a guilty conscience.
Then, find and write down your beliefs, fears, and secondary gains about why you don’t have it. And don’t try to use your head here; everything should come from the heart.
Most beliefs are often nonsense, fears are unfounded, or maybe you want money for a dream, but it’s not your dream. But fears can be dealt with and freed from, along with their weight.
There are many techniques for finding and working through them; some are on the surface, while others are hidden under a thick layer of other fears and beliefs, like a layered cake.
But the most important step is movement.

You can go through a ton of marathons, sign up for courses and trainings, read a ton of literature, and watch hours of video lessons and webinars, but if you don’t apply it in your life, every day, step by step, it will remain just theory.
And nothing in your life will change; money won’t fall on your head from the sky.
All techniques and tools need to be applied in life, in small steps. Sometimes it’s scary to do something for the first time, but remember you’re not alone; everyone is scared and uncomfortable doing something for the first time. What’s encouraging is that everything can be learned.
Everyone has a different speed; some will get it on the first try, while others will need 10 or more attempts. But the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Don’t scold yourself; just try, and you will definitely succeed. After all, universal abundance and wealth are available to everyone. Invest in positive vibrations, and work through the negative ones.
Here are some techniques for working through limiting beliefs about money.
How to Work Through Limiting Beliefs About Money
1. Clearly define why you need money
Why do you need money? Just to stash it away in a piggy bank with no purpose, just to have it and fret over it? Why? The Universe is protecting you from negativity and worry.
Write down 100 desires for yourself, not for your husbands, wives, children, or parents. Only things that personally concern you.
Actually, this isn’t so easy because we often want more for someone else rather than for ourselves. And the Universe thinks that this won’t bring you anything good, and might even cause negativity.
Because you can’t decide for another person; your desire might go against theirs.
After you’ve written 100 desires, look at the list. Are all these desires truly yours? Perhaps some are imposed by loved ones or society but go against your inner state.

2. Identify limiting beliefs and replace them with constructive ones
Divide a sheet of paper into 2 columns. In one column, write down your fears and beliefs about money: “money corrupts people,” “you can’t earn money through honest work,” and so on.
In the second column, flip the judgment into its “equal but opposite”.
Re-read the second column often, keep adding negative beliefs that surface later to the first column, and replace them with their opposites as well.
Your task is to learn to live based on your new beliefs about money.

3. The “But” Technique
It applies to any problem, including the topic of money.
I don’t have money, but…
- …but I have free time;
- …but I don’t have to sit at work from 8 to 5;
- …but I won’t make mistakes at work.
And you need to write about 100 of these “buts.” Find the secondary gain — why the lack of money is important to you.
