How to maintain your vibration. A simple daily exercise.

What your vibration depends on

The vibration level cannot be fixed; for example, you reach a certain level and always stay there. No, that is not how it works.

Your vibration depends, first of all, on what you feel, on your emotional background.

If you experience destructive emotions, are “in disarray,” if you feel anger, severe irritation, if you have some obsessive thoughts in your head, or end up in a negative company where everyone is “gossiping” and judging, your vibrations lower.

If, on the contrary, you are inspired, your vibration can rise higher.

When you vibrate low, all the gifts and riches of the spiritual world are closed to you, because at that moment you live in a very limited, narrowed consciousness, where false beliefs and programs dominate you. There is only one way out—to go beyond this.

It is no coincidence that there is a phrase—”to go beyond the mind.” You go beyond it, consciousness expands, and this most often happens along with an increase in your vibration.

On the planet, there are moments, as you know, key dates when we conduct group meditations and broadcasts (equinoxes, solstices, eclipses). At these moments, high-vibration energy pours onto the Earth, and you attune to it.

When you read spiritual books, watch films, participate in group meditations, activations, and so on—that is, engage in some kind of spiritual work—you also expand your consciousness and raise your vibration.

But the trap is that if you do nothing to continue matching that level, gradually everything will fade away, and you will return to your usual vibration. Therefore, track your negative and positive thoughts.

Everything that brings joy raises your vibration; everything associated with negativity is dense, viscous energy that vibrates low.

Take the meditation “Attuning to the Energy of the New Earth,” in which you will create a sphere (your floating island of reality) and fill it with the vibrations of a space where all areas of your life are balanced.

Working on raising your vibration is comprehensive. For beginners, it primarily consists of tracking your thoughts, that is, removing yourself from the world of negativity.

Emotions follow thoughts; pay attention to them, to what you feel. This is a direct indicator of where you are.

If you are in the sphere of positive emotions, ranging from joy to the slightest glimmers of calm even in situations where you are “in deep trouble” but already see some ways out of it, then compared to the deepest depression, this is already progress.

An even state is already a leap, meaning your vibration has risen. You haven’t left the zone of negativity yet, but you have already grown. This is something to pay attention to.

How to maintain your vibration

It is very important to maintain your frequency, your vibration, not to scatter yourself on other people, not to immerse yourself in others’ dramas, not to engage in conversations with relatives when they talk about their troubles and problems.

Your task is to learn to preserve your field as much as possible, everything you have achieved during this time, and to remain in it.

Each of us is a vibrational being with our own vibrational field, what I call a floating island around a person. It exists around everyone.

But those who live in the 3D world, immersed in fears and negativity, these people are anchored in all of that. And in today’s conditions, it is important that your “floating island” remains yours. And what is on that island is yours.

It depends only on you what events happen to you. And at this point, it no longer matters what you think about; the main thing is what is inside: love or fear.

If you have immersed yourself in a state of Love, and not love for a man, but an internal energetic, vibrational state of Love, then everything happens much faster and easier. Therefore, pay close attention to what you wake up with and fall asleep with.

Exercise for preserving your vibration

Before going to sleep, perform this little ritual.

The last phrase I fall asleep with: “What am I satisfied with? What am I pleased with? In what am I pleased with myself?” The focus immediately shifts.

Despite everything that happened during the day, whether you managed to do things or not, your last phrase to yourself: “In what am I pleased with myself?” And with this phrase, we go to sleep.

This allows you to enter a different state, cuts off all negativity, everything that might not have worked out for you, everything that happened differently than you wanted. And you go to sleep in your own field, in your own space.

When you sleep, past failures have no influence on you, and your floating island remains a floating island, not a submarine sinking to the bottom.

You do this so that your vibrational field is yours, and no matter how high it is, it is yours, unique, native, at the moment. And this exercise helps you switch, refocus your body, your energy.
