How to maintain an inner sense of harmony during turbulent times.

This is the second part of an article about heaven on earth and how to attune to the frequency of harmony. In the first part, we used the metaphor of a caterpillar and a butterfly as a symbol of transition.

In this part of the article, read about how to maintain and cultivate an inner state of harmony, especially during turbulent times.

Choose Life

Remember the metaphor of the caterpillar and butterfly from the first part of the article?

If you are fluttering butterflies who broadcast the frequency of harmony around you, there is nothing terrible or frightening if you suddenly fall.

A newborn baby also does not immediately stand up and start walking. It takes time to strengthen and anchor itself. What matters is the inner choice to have “breathe, live, love” within.

For many, “love” is currently inaccessible, but you can choose life. Give thanks for life. Every morning begins with us breathing deeply, inhaling and exhaling.

Do You Need to Take Any Specific Actions to Radiate Harmony?

If you are in a state of harmony, you radiate it without doing anything.

You radiate when you sit at home and chat on social networks, you radiate when you go outside and walk to the store, you radiate when you meet a kitten wandering down the street, simply because you are in that state.

When you talk to friends or loved ones, in any situation, you broadcast your inner feeling of harmony.

When you are in a state of love, no matter what you do, guess what happens? You broadcast love, not through words or actions, but by doing all the same things you usually do.

Simply put, love is present in every action of yours. And to the question of what to do to show love, the answer is to be love, to be in harmony in everything, first in your thoughts, second in your emotions, and third in everything you do. In how you wash the dishes, in how you greet your husband when he comes home from work, in how you react to comments on social media.

Step out of the mind that analyzes and looks for “I will do this, but I won’t do that” based on some criterion with a memory filter.

This is an inner state of “I am love, I am light, I am harmony,” but not in words, but this frequency that turns on inside you at that moment.

At that moment, it is transmitted into everything: into how you formulate your words, how you placed an emoji, what action you took, what you transmitted when you stepped out onto the balcony in the morning and looked out the window.

That is the point: it is a single process. You are either in this state, and then you transmit it into everything and everywhere, or you disconnect from it.

Keep a clear focus — to become a butterfly, to spread your wings and transmit again.

There is no selectivity here; it is impossible to love one person and not love another. If your heart is open to love, you love.

If you cannot switch into the feeling of love, switch to the feeling of harmony, because harmony will be clearer; it simply exists, without any judgments.

You are either in a harmonious state, or, like everyone else, you are running around in chaos.

And when you are in harmony, you have no judgmental position.

How to maintain harmony when there is suffering, death, and shells falling everywhere

You cannot preserve harmony. You can cultivate it within yourself. There are no other options.

You cannot preserve it, you cannot hold onto it, you cannot use what was before. You choose what you cultivate.

We receive comments from those who are on the ground, in hot spots, that as soon as the sirens stop wailing and the sounds of explosions cease, the birds begin to chirp. Nature seems to shake itself off at that moment.

This is an opportunity for everyone to reconnect to the state that is poured out everywhere around. Nature is clearly demonstrating this now, wherever you are.

The state of harmony is cultivated from within, with every ray of sunshine, with every blade of grass that is now appearing. And this is a choice. You need to understand that everyone makes this choice.

The human being is the only one left in the 3D world. Living flowers, animals, they all vibrate on a different frequency.

Pets have the ability to attune to humans, so if you are in a state of struggle, war, polarization of opinions "who is right — who is wrong," the animal will reflect this state to you, and children will read it.

Even if you say nothing, when you are in a state of harmony, it is reflected very strongly on small children and animals.

How to accept what you do not want to accept

Many believe that to accept means to agree. To accept is to acknowledge the fact that it exists.

A huge number of people refuse to acknowledge facts, not to evaluate right-wrong, good-bad. To acknowledge as a given — this is what exists, and now you have to live with it, now you have to deal with it.

A trivial example. You have never felt support or love from your mother, and your whole life you have harbored the idea that now you will do something, and finally she will see the light, and you will get the love you never received.

Here, there is a lack of basic recognition that your mother is who she is.

Until this recognition happens from within, you are walking a well-worn path. It is exactly the same in families where there is an alcoholic. Until you acknowledge that this is present and will not change, and it is scary because every day they don’t drink is perceived as hope. Everything collapses; there is no basic recognition that codependency exists, that you are dependent on their choice of whether they want to change or not. Most often, they do not. It is harsh.

Therefore, acceptance is the recognition that this is present. Until this happens, it is useless to move forward; it will not work.

How to see the difference between the choice not to interfere, acceptance, and indifference

For many, to accept means an action or a lack of action. In reality, to accept is the starting point.

You are walking along a path, and here acceptance occurs. As soon as you have accepted something, acknowledged it, after that, as a conscious, adult person, you make a choice.

You can go here or here, or here, or there. But you will not be able to go anywhere until you accept, acknowledge that this is present.

For most people, this road is very long, associated with torment and suffering, because it eats away at you from the inside.

It constantly surfaces in the form of various situations, until that inner acceptance comes — the acknowledgment of what is. Not an imagined future, but an acceptance of what is present in the current moment.

As soon as this happens, you then, based on your values and worldview, choose what action to take.

But what usually happens? The first step is missing — there is no acceptance, and the brain generates things that do not exist.

In this case, a sequence works. You first acknowledge that it is there, that it exists, through disagreement, through categorical rejection, because it does not align with your values. But you acknowledge that it exists.

And then the choice comes, depending on where you are.

If you are the caterpillar from the metaphor, you will fight for justice and look for arguments, but if you are the butterfly that has soared on the wings of harmony, you will have completely different choices and reactions.

Tuning into the frequency of harmony is your task

You can either tune into the frequency of harmony, or you can put up a block with your mind, no matter the reason.

Each of us can block this frequency right now, and everyone has objective reasons for it: for some, explosions are thundering; for some, the ruble has collapsed; for some, there are mass layoffs; for some, they are not accepted in the country.

And we are talking about opening up. For this, no one else but you is needed.

Every morning, birds greet the sun, even if the sky is covered with clouds. As soon as dawn begins, all our seagulls scream at the top of their lungs. They rejoice, celebrating life every morning.

We, as humans, can do the same thing: give thanks that this day has been lived, even if not always as pleasantly as we would have liked, not always in accordance with what we planned, but this day has been lived.

All who are currently in a body and preserve the body have a great gift, because you can continue. As long as you are in a body, you have the opportunity to soar, regardless of circumstances, so that you do not have to come here again, to the planet, and grow from scratch.

We are now in these bodies, and what we radiate depends on us. Will we be a caterpillar that crawls, rubs its antennae against every other caterpillar, and looks at who has the prettiest high-heeled shoes?

Or will we notice where some butterfly soars, pay attention to it, and feel inside how something responds, and you feel that this sensation of harmony fills you amidst chaos, explosions, turmoil, and stories about cutbacks.

Because this is an internal, individual process.

If such a butterfly has soared next to you, you now know that a seed has come to you, which you can nurture. And if you are that very butterfly taking flight at this moment, you clearly feel that you have not just soared, but create space for other people and hold it. You show that harmony can be chosen.

Choose to be the butterfly that soars. The more butterflies take flight, the faster we will obtain heaven on Earth, which we germinate inside our hearts, inside our bodies, connecting that frequency which beats from the earth and this flow that comes from above.

But for this, you need a heart; you need to step out of the mind and stop judging yourself.
