“…each subject turns out to have their own special world, completely disconnected from others… So, real Space is actually a constant indicator of real separation and, at the same time, a necessary condition for the real connection of the beings given in our world. The side of beings by which they are subject to such external separation and connection is called the physical body, and the simplest expression for the fact of real Space is given by the axiom of impenetrability: two bodies cannot simultaneously occupy the same part…”

Have you noticed that when you feel simply good, you move easily and freely, your body is relaxed, yet at the same time collected, you breathe deeply, your thoughts flow smoothly. You feel complete clarity and harmony.
And you so want to hold onto this beautiful, perfect state inside. Stop, beautiful moment! But you, like me, encounter that this state slips away, and if you try to chase after it, it runs away even faster.
How can you return to this state of harmoniously filled inner space?
In this article, I suggest looking at the phenomenon of inner space from different angles and searching for answers, or rather hints, on how to harmonize your inner personal space simply and effectively day by day.
We know a lot, we read a lot, and chances are you’ve tried meditation, affirmations, mantras, special music, and other things for relaxation and restoring inner harmony at least once.
But all these practices only bring us closer to the cherished dream, and their effect doesn’t last long, as soon as we get involved in external life with all its questions, tasks, problems, and relationships.
Why does this happen? How can we learn to balance our inner space? Let’s look for answers together…
What we fill our inner personal space with
When we are deeply immersed in the external world, solving something, rushing somewhere, we suck in all the byproducts of such interaction like a vacuum cleaner.
They settle inside: in the head (constantly spinning thoughts), in the body (blocks of various emotions, emotional attachments to something or someone). And our soul simply doesn’t have enough space; it huddles wherever it can and waits patiently. And we keep living like this, gaining life experience.
Ropes stretch out from us in all directions, and with each new experience, there are more and more ropes.
And so we walk through life with all this baggage, and we start to wonder: “Why is my soul so heavy, why am I not joyful, everything seems fine, but something is gnawing at me, it’s hard to breathe, etc., etc.”
And here another analogy comes to mind: every person takes care of personal hygiene, we shower, wash our face, brush our teeth, change our clothes, clean the house.
We maintain physical, material, visible hygiene. But what we don’t see, yet clearly feel, we continue to ignore, and we drag all this ballast along with us.

How to take care of your inner space
How can we cleanse our inner space as regularly as we do our outer space? How can we ensure that the energy flowing into each of us every second truly passes through us freely, illuminating and filling us from within?
A harmonious inner space allows Divine energy to heal us physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically. Just think about that.
All we need to do is simply take care of our inner personal space, otherwise there’s simply nowhere for it to enter, because “two bodies cannot occupy the same space at the same time.”
These states are familiar to many after or during meditation and deep body relaxation, breathing exercises, violet flame cleansings, or filling with a golden shower while taking a regular shower.
Everyone has their own practices, associations, and their own toolbox. The main thing is to simply remember the “space within,” and every evening before sleep, tell yourself:
“I leave all worries, anxieties, resentments, joys, sorrows, victories, and failures in this day. I keep nothing for myself, for everything has already happened and is as it is. And all of this was needed for my growth today.
I accept everything as it is and release all these feelings and lived experiences with love and gratitude.
I forgive myself, I forgive others, and I free the space within me for what the coming day and night will bring. My baggage is light, my mind is empty, my body is free from blocks.”
Here, everyone is free to speak to themselves as they feel. The main thing is to let go of everything that occupied you during the day.
Such a simple practice and a gentle reminder of the “space within” throughout the day will shine like a beacon for you and return your space, given to you by birthright.
Take the Meditation “Filling the New Space” — it will help you fill your space with the vibration of Love, Compassion, Truth, and so on down your list….

So, here is your blank canvas. You have cleansed and released everything you had accumulated. You are ready for a new day, new experiences, and new filling.
Think about what first fills your inner space? It is your thoughts. They can float by like clouds, shifting their whimsical, light forms, pushed by a gentle breeze. Or they can get stuck like gargoyles on your horizon and gather into big, heavy, black storm clouds.
And then, only a thunderstorm with thunder, lightning, and a gale-force wind can release them, bringing destruction and uprooting trees. After such bad weather, it takes a long time to recover.
And this is task number one – to let only chosen thoughts into your inner personal space. You cannot command thoughts to be silent or not to come, except maybe temporarily, but you CAN CHOOSE them.
This is where the simplicity and, at the same time, the virtuoso mastery of your inner filter lies. You can install this filter by making a choice! Of course, some thoughts – saboteurs, repeat offenders – can still seep through the filter from time to time.
But the habit of filtering will quickly identify them and remove them like an unwanted file with the internal “delete” button. After all, who is the master in this house? A randomly flying-in and annoying thought, or you?

You are either in the reality of lack, fear, and chaos, and then your life unfolds according to the laws of the 3D world, or you choose a higher reality, and then the resolution of different situations happens in a miraculous way. It remains to understand how to make a higher choice.
My inner space serves me
And so you are like a pure vessel, a channel through which the Divine energy of love, which is acceptance, freely flows and pours.
It is easy for you in this state to be, live, breathe, create, decide, do, act, and express yourself. Any routine seems like a game; it doesn’t bother you.
You allow everything to be, live, breathe, create, decide, do, act, and express itself.
This is freedom not in words and not even in deeds, but in the micro-action, micro-expression, micro-feeling within you, from which your soul feels light, good, and warm.
This is the inner space that simultaneously separates us and unites us. We are separate in bodies, but we are one in spirit and love.
