Five indicators of skill assessment

If you want to keep pace with a planet that is raising its vibrations, it is important to consider several mastery check indicators.

They help keep focus in the direction the Earth is moving, into 5D reality.

Read more about them in this material.

Five Mastery Check Indicators

1. Rewriting Emotional Reactions

The mastery check we have been undergoing recently is related to heightened emotional reactions. Our reactions are being rewritten now.

Emotions are always our past. Learn to respond not reactively, but consciously. All the little knots binding us to the past are being untied now, and our task is to shed all the blocks that exist within.

Emotions that have long been worked through and cleared are rising, so that if there is any blockage or density, it needs to be released.

Therefore, the main thing here is not to cling.

The emphasis is on interaction with emotions: who chooses your reaction? This question flips the switch of awareness.

No matter what wave comes, whether your personal mood has soured or you have picked up the mood of loved ones, you yourself choose whether to participate in it or not.

The toolbox is huge; choose what suits you for such an occasion. But in principle, simply switching focus is enough now.

Also, be careful now with pity, grievances, accusations, apologies, especially bidirectional ones (either from you or towards you). These are all hooks from the past that we are freeing ourselves from.

If you have worked well on this before, it is easier for you to stop that worn-out record.

2. Dying Off of the Past

The dying off of the past occurs on different levels, including physical changes in the hormonal system and brain activity.

First, there is a feeling of emptiness, a vacuum, and then, at some point, you turn back on and become focused.

This is an internal state of resetting to zero. During this time, we have untied many knots. It is important to allow yourself to be in this state of pause and not to pull in events or memories from the past.

3. Flexible planning and non-attachment to the result

The more you plan right now, the less likely it is that everything will happen as you wanted. The result may and will come, but not in the order or way you planned and expected.

Here, it is important to develop a light sense of indifference so that all this does not throw you off balance, and to learn to enjoy discomfort.

The faster you say goodbye to your expectations that everything will return to how it was before, the easier you will feel inside.

The world we knew is gone, and what kind of world we build depends on each of us. We give birth to it from within; each person carries their own piece of the new world.

4. Neutrality

We have been talking about neutrality for quite some time, and I want to remind you again, as many still fall into and get involved in traumatic situations.

And some still do not understand the difference between neutrality and indifference, or the attitude of “it’s not my business, I don’t know anything.”

Neutrality is acknowledging the fact of what happened + not getting emotionally involved in the situation + the absence of polarity (for or against).

At the same time, you are not indifferent; only in a state of neutrality can you achieve acceptance and switch to a wave of love, gratitude, and heartfelt warmth.

5. Lack of control

Trust in your Higher Self, higher powers, and divine will are important indicators of mastery in life.

Current circumstances in the world provoke thoughts about the past and a desire for it all to end quickly. But everything is as it is. We can neither speed it up nor stop it. But most importantly, we cannot control it.

But we can thank life for the simple things we did not notice before, be totally in the present moment, and thereby create a new world through our state of being.
