A year ago at the autumn equinox, we worked for the first time with the crystalline field, which is accessible to those who generate the heart frequency.
Over the year, we have strengthened our ability to be generators and our attunement to the crystalline field, and now a collective work awaits us, something we rarely do at the Keys of Mastery.

Meditation “Heart Generator and Wave of Balance”
Goal of the meditation: To feel your inner anchor, to learn how to set off a wave of balance and harmony through your heart.
In this practice, you focus on breathing through your heart, feeling the “generator” of energy switch on inside you. This state of steadiness begins to radiate outward in all directions — like a gentle, even wave. Gradually, your entire space fills with calm, and you feel confident and stable, no matter what’s happening around you.
Key steps:
- Take a few deep breaths, bringing your attention to your heart center
- On the inhale — feel warmth, expansion, a soft wave within
- On the exhale — imagine this wave flowing outward in every direction
- Repeat for several breath cycles — notice how your stability grows stronger
- At the end — thank yourself, anchoring the feeling of balance
- Gently ground yourself, returning to the sensations of your body
