The multifaceted nature of the reflection process. How not to get lost in what the external world reflects.

Many of you know that the world is a mirror, and the reflections in it are yourselves. And many of you work extensively with your mirrors.

But it is important not to get lost in the reflections of the external world, which, if you delve into “processing,” can pull you into the past.

Read on to learn how to work with discovered shadow aspects and triggers, and how to form reflections of a higher frequency.

Reflection as a Multifaceted Process

We live in a time when states work very powerfully. When you switch to the frequency of a certain state, the world immediately begins to mirror you with the same frequency.

There is always a choice. Depending on what you choose — fear or love — everything around begins to unfold accordingly.

For example, your desire to maintain stability is a sign of fear. As soon as you start clinging to stability, you sink into fears.

Essentially, by desiring stability, you demonstrate that you are afraid to change, afraid that your life might change.

We live in a very dynamically changing world. Be attentive to what you attune to. Pay attention to resonance.

Distorted Mirrors

When you approach a mirror, what do you see there? A few wrinkles here, some dark circles under the eyes there, certain changes in the body, something else.

When you look in the mirror, you do not see the fire that blazes in your heart. You do not see how light pours forth from you.

You do not see your vast reservoir of love, which is entirely independent of whether your husband paid you a compliment or, on the contrary, reproached you for something.

This is immeasurably more vast and magnificent than anything you can imagine.

Instead, you look at your “little outfit” in the reflection and mistake it for yourself.

When you learn to see your true essence, your true light and the flame that burns within you, in any state you are in (tearful, unhappy, good), then one fine day you will be able to see the same in your loved ones.

Then you will understand that all quarrels and conflict situations have absolutely nothing to do with that light which pours forth from you.

Now many crooked mirrors are breaking. The reflection becomes distorted when you immerse yourself in the external.

The more you are within yourself, the more you begin to feel your light and love – especially when you feel bad – the more crooked mirrors around you shatter.

Then you begin to see the real world, which is now anchoring. This is a completely different frequency, and everyone participates in this process.

At the moment you accept your shadow, you break another crooked mirror. When you break it, you anchor a new reality.

How Not to Get Lost in the Reflections of the External World

The reflection of the external world is a more global, large-scale process than is commonly thought.

People often get lost in the reflections of mirrors.

Many of you have long been actively engaged in “digging” and working on yourselves. In fact, it is far more valuable to recognize your next emerging block and sincerely accept it than to endlessly investigate where it came from.

When you dig into the past, you become the past.

Every second you are a different person. When something happens, and instead of accepting and letting it go, you start digging into it, you automatically drive yourself into the past.

You experience a feeling of dissatisfaction: “I failed again,” “why is this happening to me,” “how long will this continue.” Most people do not know how to accept themselves during setbacks.

The master’s main question is “Who am I?” Every master is unique. You are different every second. Allow yourself to be different.

Be as you are today, regardless of “societal norms” and similar notions. Your truth is to be yourself.

When you lie and adapt to others, you feel pain. You feel pain because inside you sense that you are not yourself.

Answer the question for yourself: “Who am I?” How easy is it for you to do this?

It is through personal stories that one can see how divine will manifests…

Many years ago, during my awakening, I was afraid, but I kept going because I was being led.

At the time, the translations I posted were constantly subjected to harsh criticism. Real battles took place. True, it eventually turned out that this was a battle between the Atlantic and Lemurian past, but that doesn’t change the essence.

Over time, I detached from everyone and went into free sailing. I told myself that I would no longer explain anything to anyone.

I am a free soul who decided to incarnate on planet Earth and bring my light here. I am ready to continue unfolding my gift of teaching, which is not from this life at all. My task was to open this gift within myself, and I did it.

From here, everything goes as it goes. The main thing is not to close off. The main thing is to believe and go where you are being led.

Work with the shadow from the “now” point

Learn to see what is right in front of you right now.

When you are busy working through something, there is no need to deliberately pull anything from the past. Throughout the day, various situations occur. Something irritates you, something infuriates you, something delights you.

Through these signal-reactions, your shadows speak to you – here and now. You do not need to recall what trauma happened to you ten or twenty years ago. You only work with what comes to you right now.

Today you encountered some reaction of yours, and it is precisely this that you work with.

How to work with reactions

Accept – release, accept – release, accept – release.

One approach that helps break free from the grip of the past can be formulated as “thought – done” (Alexander Palienko).

A similar principle in working with reactions/situations that arise during the day is “accepted – released”.

Here, “accepted” does not mean agreed or approved. To accept means to acknowledge the fact – “yes, this crap is in my life now,” “yes, this happened,” “yes, I allowed this to happen.”

You accept and breathe it out – release it. And you move on.

As long as you do not accept, you will tread water. As long as you do not release, you will constantly slide back.

You have no other option but to move forward.

Every situation that surfaces shows you what is true and what is false. And each time, you make a choice for yourself.

Your task is to remove as much untruth from your life as possible.

Where are you triggered? Breakdown by levels

Triggers work on the lower level – the 3-D level.

A trigger is not about them. There are only mirrors around. Mirrors broadcast the unaccepted part of you.

A trigger is the voice of your wounded part, which screams and asks for attention.

When you rise to a higher level, the same circumstances and situations no longer cause your previous reaction of irritation, resentment, indignation, etc.

You are no longer hooked. You realize that the behavior of others is not about you. The behavior of other people is about their own traumas, which are none of your business.

You cannot be whole until you gather your shadows. When you accept your shadows, you begin to feel a huge sense of gratitude towards those who previously triggered you.

Because you understand that these people helped you become yourself.

Feeling of unity with all that exists

You are in everything and everything is in you.

We live in an imperfect world. Every person has a mix of everything – both “good” and “bad.” We live in a mirror world.

If you open up, tune in, and radiate, you align with a completely different frequency. Being on this frequency, you begin to form “reflections” of a higher quality.

If in the external world you encounter something that traumatizes you, it is a signal that the trauma resides inside you. First, heal yourself, accept yourself, love yourself.

Every time you rise in vibration, anchor that moment. Breathe in and out through your feet into the earth – “I anchor this experience within myself.”

You anchor this experience for yourself and for others, thus helping other people. In every group meditation of the project, we fill the planet’s grid with our support and love.

Every time something cool happens, anchor it in the earth.
