The negative impact of fear. Three tools for eliminating fears from the current and past incarnations.

Fears come in different forms: some people are afraid of everything and everyone, while others have already overcome their main fears, but there are phobias, such as fear of the dark, heights, and so on. Most often, phobias are a trace from past lives.

One way or another, fears are present in every person’s life. We would not be human if we did not experience fears at all.

Fears negatively affect your life, regardless of whether they are from a past life or acquired in the current incarnation. Therefore, we offer three tools for getting rid of fears. Read and apply.

The Impact of Fear

Any fear: current or from a past life, firmly blocks the ability to create, feel, and realize that I can do this, that it is within my power.

For some, on the contrary, the emotion of fear brings a powerful flow of energy that is impossible to control, and an internal chaotic feeling appears. And if you stop there and do not overcome the fear, it is impossible to move forward.

There are people who get stuck in fear. And because the fear exists, they are afraid to move forward. Following fear, doubts appear, and the chain moves so strongly that you actually switch to a passive waiting mode, i.e., I do not act, I do not create my reality, I just sit, wait, and continue to be afraid. Like in the cartoon: “let’s be afraid together.”

What happens when fear appears

Since both fear and the body are tied to the first energy center, the root chakra, the body shuts down. In other words, a person discards the body as an unnecessary element.

This, by the way, is characteristic of many spiritual seekers; they also discard the body because they have focused too strongly on the upper energy centers. The main component transmitted in spiritual teachings sounds like this: “You are not your body.”

This is actually true: we are not only the body; besides the body, we have higher aspects, we have guides and our Higher Self. This understanding is important for expanding one’s worldview and consciousness. But if this is taken as an axiom, the body gets “lost” along the way.

You stop caring for the body, you stop paying attention to its needs. But we are physical elements of the material world.

It is very easy to be in the spirit world. All guides and ascended masters have it much easier: they have no material bodies, they do not have the needs and passions that we have. But they cannot carry out the colossal work that we, as humans, do.

That is precisely why an immense number of channeled messages and channels appear that transmit information — not only for us to expand, but because we, as humans, through our physical bodies, can conduct the vibrations needed by planet Earth.

Therefore, it is important to return to the body, to get rid of the fear that constrains and prevents movement.

Three tools for getting rid of fear

1. Dissolve fear with the help of your spiritual guides

If you are afraid of your own power, or if you have any fears, use this tool.

Focus on one specific fear. Invite your spiritual guides and ask them to help dissolve that specific fear.

Approach a mirror, look deeply into your own eyes for a while to establish contact with your soul through your eyes. And say to yourself, addressing the fear by name, i.e., personify your fear: “Listen, fear of [name]… I am tired of…”

Express harshly everything that bursts out. Not passively, just to get it done, but engage all your emotions, all the accumulated irritation and disappointment from when you were afraid, when it hindered you.

Recall all the moments that irritated you, threw you off, when you missed opportunities because of fear, when the results were disastrous. And then, in an ultimatum-like harsh form, say: “Hey, you, fear, you bastard…” and then go point by point: “I am tired of being afraid, it is easier for me to kill you than to live like this any longer. Do you understand that you are haunting me, that you are hindering me, that…”

Pour out all the negative emotions into your dialogue. And at the end, say: “I no longer need you, you no longer serve my goals. I release you, I dissolve you, and I ask my spiritual guides to help in this process.”

The first time, there may be many emotions, and the process may take about 5-10 minutes.

When you feel it has become easier, finish it all with gratitude to the guides: “I thank everyone who helped me in this process.”

With that, we put a period. This process can be repeated every day for literally 2 minutes. Next time, you no longer need to pour out all these emotions from yourself, but simply start this process, and then you will see that it becomes easier for you.

This technique is suitable for working with fears from past lives.

2. Look Fear in the Eyes

What to do with fears of the current life? With those situations when you are afraid right now?

There is a phrase: “to look fear in the eye.” Write in detail: “I was afraid…”. Write down what you were afraid of, why it is scary. “What am I running from, what am I afraid of?”

In the past, fear was associated with survival problems, when you really had to fear for your life. Now, for the most part, all fears are psychological.

Sit down in a calm environment and write down your fears, remember them.

Ask your mentors for clear vision, a clear understanding of the situation, ask them to remove the veil of illusion from your eyes and look at how real these fears are.

And what if it happens? Especially if these are everyday fears: someone is afraid they won’t have enough money until payday, someone is afraid of being robbed, someone is afraid that something will happen to their child…

What would happen in that case? How real are these fears? How often have your fears been justified and turned into reality? And how high are the chances that this could happen? Write down the answers to these questions.

For the most part, many fears will be marked as “unreal.” And if it is unreal, what is the point of holding onto them?

If you understand that they are stopping you, if they are robbing you of your strength, what is the point of clinging to these fears and allowing them to control you?!

3. Call upon angels and archangels for help

Take, for example, a standard situation: late in the evening you are walking down the street, and suddenly a group of tipsy guys appears.

The atmosphere itself, the collective fear scattered everywhere, can be stressful, especially if you live in some unfavorable area or have heard stories about something unpleasant happening somewhere there.

And if you are watching TV and hear that someone has been killed, someone has been raped, it has a very strong impact. People are constantly in this fear.

It may not be related to you; you are simply walking in a normal state, and suddenly you are seized by trembling, your body stiffens, because you are reading a threat. This is a normal reaction of an average person, but it is not yours.

What can be done at that moment? Call for support and help. Call upon your guardian angel. Ask to be filled and surrounded with light.

When you are filled with light, you can pass by a potential threat so unnoticed that you simply will not be seen, because your vibration and light are different.

In this situation, your well-being depends not only on what you feel, but also on what the other person feels.

And in this case, ask for help and call upon Archangel Michael. He is the most important protector of humanity. “Archangel Michael, I ask you to protect me, I ask you to support me.”

At that moment, your field rewrites the vibration of fear, which attracts negative energies, into another one.

At that moment, even if something inside is trembling with fear, this vibration stops being sent outward and, accordingly, does not attract negativity from outside.
