Those of you who have been following the blog for a while and actively studying the materials I present know that I rarely give ready-made recipes for all occasions.
Participants in my paid programs have already encountered the fact that any exercise or task is a kind of algorithm with many variables that they themselves must fill in.
For some, such tasks cause shock, or even a stupor.
After all, you really want to get a detailed instruction — Do step one, two, three and get the desired result.
If we are talking about technical skills, business strategies, or marketing, this is quite justified.
But not in the sphere of personal transformation!
Simply because no one knows you better than you yourself. And only you can find that very “seed,” that very “trigger,” which will become the starting point of the transformation process in your life.
Only you know what comes easiest to you and what causes certain difficulties.
For example, for some it is very easy to spontaneously go out onto a big stage and talk about what they do, what they pour their soul and passion into… But for others, it is a huge challenge: to lift the veil of invisibility and declare themselves publicly.
Spring is a transitional period of cleansing, both inside and out.
At this moment, I suggest focusing on clearing your external space. And at the same time, “test on yourself” a simple task with many variables.
It goes like this:
For 9 consecutive days, clear your space (apartment/dacha/house) of unnecessary items at a rate of 27 items per day!
That is, 27X9=243 items to take out.
If you take even a one-day break, you will have to start the count from the very beginning.
How to determine if an item is needed or not?
If you haven’t used something for more than a year, you are unlikely to use it in the coming years. So, there is no point in hoarding clutter and stopping the flow of energy in your space.
Remember the saying: A holy place is never empty?
If you free up space, it means that something new (things, clothes, or resources) will immediately flow into the freed space.
This is one of many ways to kickstart your money flow )))
What to do with unnecessary items — you decide YOURSELF.
You can simply throw them away, give them to social services/orphanages, gift them to those who might find them useful, etc.
As you can see, the task is described in detail, but at the same time you have room for creativity and self-expression.
This is what I call an “algorithm with many variables.”
Shall we begin?!
