What prevents you from enjoying life

Enjoying life is the main task with which the soul comes to planet Earth. Gaining experience here is also important, but feeling bliss, being alive, and being able to rejoice is vitally necessary.

Many people cannot get pleasure from life. Why do you think that is, and in what cases?

I know at least two reasons, which I will share in this material.

I named my website “Keys of Mastery, Live Life to the Fullest” for a reason.

One of the biggest compliments from people who have completed my trainings is the feedback: “I finally felt happy!” The first time I read such a comment, I cried.

It’s clear that constant happiness doesn’t exist; it’s a state that comes and goes. But when a person has never felt happiness at all, and then suddenly attends my broadcasts, webinars, and courses, that side effect is the most precious thing that happens.

When relationships improve and more money appears, that’s one thing. But when a person is unhappy in life, you can’t even call it a problem, because until you suddenly feel happy, you don’t even realize you were in that state.

I have identified two common reasons, obstacles that prevent you from enjoying life.

Two Obstacles That Prevent You From Enjoying Life

1. The “Life is a Struggle” Program

The main obstacle, in my opinion, to why we can’t live life to the fullest and live in pleasure is the clear program that life is a struggle.

If you remember your parents, grandparents, their main slogan left over from the Soviet Union, written at the collective level, was “life is a struggle,” “you have to work a lot and hard,” “money doesn’t come easily.”

Many people took this program from their parents, and some don’t even pay attention to the fact that this program exists.

Why do I love traveling? Because you break out into another world from the familiar one, and in the contrast of two different worlds, you begin to see what is happening around you.

“Life is a struggle” doesn’t appear in an obvious form for many of you.

When something happens easily, you are surprised – how did that happen? And conversely, when there are difficulties and obstacles, I know this happens to many, like when they want to follow instructions on a website to pay. Everything seems simple, no complications, but it doesn’t work once, twice, three times, and that stops a person. They see it as a difficulty.

This is an example from my work, but there are many such examples in life. When you try many times to do something, and it doesn’t work out. That’s the feeling when your ears might be sticking out: life is a struggle, you need to overcome a lot.

And for some, there is a real cycle, for those who have recently approached self-improvement, failure may repeat itself time and again, nothing may work out. No matter what you do, there will always be a series of obstacles and barriers, because that gives you the feeling of being alive.

You can, of course, draw a state of bliss from struggle, but that’s not the pleasure we are talking about.

Revolutionaries in their time overcame things, and for them it was a thrill. There is a certain energetic type of person who provokes others into conflicts in order to feel “I’m great” in that moment. But this is a very narrow group of people.

We are talking about the ability to live, the pleasure from yourself and from the world that comes from within, to be filled with it and transmit it further so that others can touch it.

2. Not Allowing Yourself to Rejoice

The second point in the series of «sticking-out ears» is not allowing yourself to be happy, not allowing yourself to live life to the fullest, not allowing yourself to feel good.

I take this, that, and even more, because I deserve more. Struggle is for the initial levels. It happens when a critical situation first occurs, and you start to get interested in what’s going on. For those who are just awakening.

But one level higher is the disallowance of having everything I deserve, because I don’t feel it inside. It doesn’t matter if it’s about self-esteem, about being able to give but not being able to receive. There’s an imbalance of receiving and giving here.

The concept of allowing yourself to live life to the fullest often includes money. But in reality, it’s a state.

I used to not dream about anything if I knew I had no money planned for it in the near future. It’s only now that I understand what a pit I had dug myself into. I needed that to maintain my «3D» state.

It all depends on your choice: you can, out of habit, forbid yourself from receiving pleasure, or you can learn gradually, little by little, to enter a state of bliss from life.
