Gratitude is the key to acceptance and inner balance. How to learn to feel gratitude.

Gratitude is a healing feeling that can rewrite your vibration and emotional background.

When you don’t know what to do — give thanks, when you feel fear — give thanks, when you are at odds with yourself — give thanks.

At the Keys of Mastery, you can often hear the phrase — replace the equal with the opposite.

Louise Hay in her books recommends replacing fear with calmness, and sadness with understanding.

A true sense of security is given by the soul, the placement of the soul in the body. This is a long process of entering, placing, and removing barriers.

Changing something to its equal opposite is not difficult. But what is the problem? In moments when you are out of resource, out of awareness, the mind gets stuck, and it sees nothing.

So what to do? Apply the practice of gratitude.

Train yourself to give thanks

On our social media pages, we have been posting gratitude posts on Fridays for several years. In doing so, we teach you to give thanks not for something specific.

Gratitude is an internal state. There is acceptance in it when you radiate from the heart.

We are a generation of consumers, accustomed to consuming and considering the greatest gifts as the norm. Someone who has been confined to a wheelchair their whole life dreams of having their arms and legs move.

We do not value this. We need to train ourselves to feel gratitude in everyday, routine situations.

This is necessary so that in moments when you are overwhelmed, you can immediately pull out the most effective tool — gratitude as an internal state.

But as long as you are in complaints, as long as you are consumers, your “thank you” is false.

The Meditation of Gratitude to Money will help clear the channels of receiving and giving money energy, allowing money to enter your life with joy and ease!

First you radiate, then you receive

Many believe it is difficult to be grateful when something happens, when you are out of resources, but this is not the case.

For something to happen automatically, you need to build up the necessary amount of practice to become a master and ace in a certain matter.

As a rule, it does not happen just once and it works. Effort is required.

If in our youth, in childhood, we apply these efforts with joy, then somehow, as we grow older, we believe that it should happen by itself.

But the reality is that the older we get, the less plastic the synaptic pathways of the brain become, less susceptible to change. And what used to be accomplished in one or two tries in youth now requires one, two, three, four attempts.

Therefore, develop the practice of gratitude not when you are completely exhausted, but when there is not even a hint of unforeseen events.

For some reason, many believe that this is the moment when you can do nothing and just enjoy yourself. Enjoy, but with gratitude. You enjoyed the sun — give thanks. You caught a sunset by the sea — give thanks for being there at that moment, and to the one who brought you there.

We live on a prepayment basis: you first radiate, and then you receive. Therefore, you first give thanks for everything, and when something real falls upon you, you will already have an automatic normal reaction. First to give thanks, and then to think about what to do with it next.

In this way, you discipline yourself in this regard. It is difficult, but quite real.

The film or book “Pollyanna” perfectly illustrates the right attitude to life. Take this approach to events as an example for yourself.
