According to information from Steve Rother, there are three waves of gaining personal power.
We are currently in the third wave.
This article will examine in detail the periods of humanity’s passage through each of them. Determine which wave you are on right now and what will help you transition to the third level if you are not there yet.
Three stages of gaining personal power at the collective level
First wave of gaining power: follow the master
The first wave operated for millennia. Its effect was noticeable until the beginning of the 20th century.
The name of the first wave is “Follow the master.”
Many esoteric, spiritual, including religious, schools still profess this principle.
The path of the student was outlined in the first dictations (channelings) dating back to the beginning of the 20th century.
The classic version of discipleship is well known to you from Eastern philosophical and religious teachings, for example, Buddhism. It presupposes the presence of a guru (teacher/master) with whom the student stays.
This option still works. For many, it is still relevant.
According to this model, the master is placed at the forefront. The thoughts, actions, and development of the student follow in the wake of a large ship called “master.”
In one of the first materials of the Keys of Mastery project (since its inception), it was stated that the era of gurus and masters has passed into oblivion. The time has come to become your own masters and gurus.
This was written in 2010, when the project’s website first appeared.
Nevertheless, this path – “Follow the master” – still unfolds for many. Many people to this day “sort through”: they go to one to learn, then to another, then to a third. If something does not suit them, they continue to search for the next one.
The thinking of these people reflects a need for the presence of a “big someone” (an authority) to follow.

Now the concept of strength has been greatly transformed, and so have the factors that previously defined it. Let’s look at what the manifestation of strength means in the new era.
The Second Wave of Gaining Strength: Follow Yourself
The second wave of gaining personal strength is called “Follow Yourself.” Its duration is about 70 years. For some, this wave became relevant about 30 years ago, for others, 20.
The main message this wave conveys is that you yourself are your own highest authority.
You learn to listen to yourself, to heed what is happening within you and in your life. You shift your focus from the external world to (within) yourself.
This wave has not yet reached everyone.
The second wave asks you to follow yourself, to put your own interests above those of society, to put yourself first, to learn to love, respect, and value yourself, to learn for yourself everything you want for others (because only then can you share it).
Older listeners of the project will confirm that in the past, such things were not even voiced; they simply did not take root in the old realities.
To this day, many newcomers on the path of development ask: “How is this approach different from egoism, self-love, and indifference to others?”
Everyone who is involved with the Keys of Mastery project is at the stage of the second wave – each at their own point of development. All materials of the project, in one way or another, are dedicated to the themes of the second wave.
If you are with a project, what matters is not following what is broadcast, but what happens inside you. How much what the project broadcasts resonates within you, and how it integrates into you.
There are people for whom many things do not align, and they quickly leave the project. There are those who come and go, come and go again, and then eventually stay.
In recent years, there has been a powerful turn inward. Everything begins with you; any changes around you start with you.
First, you honestly and impartially change yourself. And only after that does your “external” life begin to change.
If you cannot achieve for yourself what you wish for others, you are by definition unable to influence the lives of other people. Influence on others is the second step; it is a consequence of the first step—influence on yourself.
You came to the planet equipped with an absolutely grand set of tools, designed to experience the potentials of different realities.
Inside each of you is built a system of a huge number of tools.
The streams of light descending onto the planet illuminate certain cells, areas of the brain, etc., and what was previously in a dormant mode suddenly comes alive. Some part of you was asleep, and suddenly it awakens.
For this to happen, you no longer need to work hard or make prolonged efforts; you need to follow yourself, that is, trust your impulses.
Under the current pressure of light, what was originally embedded in you is activated.
In parallel, there is a reflashing, a program replacement, a paradigm shift from the 3-D matrix to the 5th/6th dimension matrix. The only one who can slow down all the global current processes is you yourself.

The Third Wave of Gaining Strength: Learn to Live in Harmony
The third wave is currently underway: learn to live in harmony. By and large, all the project’s broadcasts over the past year have been about this, one way or another.
Learning to live in harmony is a rather complex topic that you are only just beginning to master.
Living in harmony implies that, on the one hand, you recognize your separateness from each other, recognizing yourself and others as separate sovereign beings.
On the other hand, you understand that everything is one, everything is interconnected with each other and has many similarities.
Developing the ability to see the similarities between you and others can be challenging.
It is quite easy to find black sheep, your own flock, like-minded people.
It is much more difficult to find common ground with those people who are not close to you in spirit (way of thinking), while maintaining your own uniqueness and individuality.
It is in this direction that many of you experience a seesaw, swinging from one side to the other. You either rejoice at finding those you need and wish to merge with them (including partners (men/women)).
Or, conversely, when your eyes are opened and you begin to perceive the world without embellishment, you involuntarily start to reject what you see.
It is a heavy cross to see things as they really are. Most people are not ready to live and see everything “directly,” even considering the shifts in people’s consciousness that have occurred recently.
Therefore, learning to live in harmony is your current task for now.
Go through the meditation Gaining Strength through Harmony to shed the old paradigm of masculine and feminine, which will allow your new feminine and new masculine to unite in harmony.
What Hinders Living in Harmony
Resentments indicate that you do not accept the situations that happen to you.
Lately, many people are experiencing emotions of anger and irritation. Any negative emotions are your non-acceptance.
You cannot learn to live in harmony if you do not accept a part of your life, a part of the society/country/state in which you find yourself.
It does not matter how strongly you flare up — whether you are simply irritated or in a rage. For you, this is a signal that you are not accepting.
As soon as the flash of irritation subsides and common sense returns, each time you continue to promptly study what exactly you refuse to accept in yourself, in your loved ones, in your home, apartment, in the place where you live, etc.
Accepting is not the same as agreeing. To accept means to accept the fact that something exists.
Acceptance is the key to harmony.
From this, a simple conclusion can be drawn. If you want to understand whether you are in a state of harmony and how often, in what percentage, pay attention to how often you get emotional (during the day, week, month).
When you get emotional, you are not accepting, which means you are not in harmony.
Go through the meditation Attaining Divine Harmony to transform all unbalanced energies, emotions, and beliefs that currently exist in the theme of masculine/feminine into their individual harmonious equivalents (Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine).
Mantras and Affirmations for Acceptance
These mantra-affirmations will help you learn acceptance:
- I choose to focus on what I can control and trust that the rest will work itself out.
- I accept and release everything in my life that lies beyond my ability to change.
- I accept other people as they are, and they accept me as I am.
- I accept other people as they are, without trying to change them.
- I accept other people’s decisions and realize that they have the right to make their own choices.
- I accept that other people live their lives as they wish, and I live my life as I wish.
- I joyfully accept in myself what I cannot change.
- I fully accept myself as I am now, and I accept my responsibility to change every day.
Night mantra from the Cosmic Law of Spirit:
“Everything I need to know, everything I need to have, everything I need to be, will come exactly at the right time.”
