Changes in emotional and physical reactions as Earth transitions to new frequencies

During the transition from 3D reality into the new reality, a rewriting of old reactions is taking place.

The new reality is a collective concept that includes many factors.

Within the scope of this article, we will discuss habitual patterned reactions that were previously encoded at the body level, as well as changes in emotional reactions and an upgrade of the mental field.

Changes in Emotional Reactions

The neurons and synaptic pathways in the brain were structured in such a way that there was a truly massive groove along which a person would travel in certain situations. Each of us, in particular.

And colossal work was being done on the subtle plane, starting from the beginning of 2019. But we noticed it most strongly in the fall. A reset truly occurred.

Many have begun to notice that they react differently, not based on old scenarios, old emotions, grievances, or claims against other people, but based on conscious choice.

A few seconds appear between the reaction and the action, during which you can manage to make a conscious decision: do I want to be offended, do I need to do this, or can I react in some other way?

Before, effort was required to keep in working memory that: “If I suddenly end up in such-and-such a situation, I promise myself, I have a cheat sheet that I will react in such-and-such a way.”

It was a whole process, and you had to both remember and react correctly, and most often, you would fail, it wouldn’t work out, and you would get upset, then scold yourself for it.

And suddenly, this long path vanished as if by magic. That automatic reaction is gone, as if part of the processes truly left the working memory.

The main task now is not to slip back into old patterns, programs, or beliefs. But to anchor the new.

Anchor it within yourself, pay attention, write it down, because the mind needs proof.

It is important to remember that when you are in a state of stress, fatigue, or lack of energy, you drop from the level of awareness downward, and then attempts by old reactions to kick in may appear.

And here, present as much evidence as possible to the mind that this now works differently.

Rewriting Physical Reactions

The second part is connected to the physical body, to physical reactions, to how the body responds.

Last year, I already had a situation that was like a wake-up call, when my husband and I were kayaking and we had to paddle with oars.

We spent several hours on this, and I dreaded the next day, because from the slightest physical exertion, my unprepared body responded to the strain with very sharp pain. And in general, it ached all over.

Imagine my surprise that after several hours of swinging, when absolutely everything was stiff, there was no reaction at all. No lactic acid, which causes pain.

I was glad that, it turns out, there is such a body reaction, in contrast to everything you know. The laws of physics somehow worked differently.

And knowing myself, my cycles, I know for sure that if I go on a trip somewhere, especially if that trip is full of mental activity or a sightseeing program, I then recover for a very long time afterwards.

The body gets physically tired, you get emotionally tired. And to return to a resourceful state, it usually takes a lot of time. That’s how it was for many years.

After the last trip, there is no such tension. No emotional burnout, no physical strain.

But here it’s also important to allow yourself solitude, to sink inside yourself, so that everything external fades into the background. You are the center of your universe, and it doesn’t matter where you are.

On the other hand, this doesn’t mean it will always be this way. We are moving with you to a place where nothing is predetermined, so you shouldn’t hope or expect that it will continue exactly this way and not otherwise.

Rewriting the Mental Field

The changes also affect the level of our thoughts and beliefs.

We are going through a kind of upgrade stage, when something new is being laid inside: a new type of thinking, new reactions.

But for this new thing to appear, you either need to have an empty glass, or have somewhere to pour it. That is, to have a willingness to let go of what you are holding onto.

When performing every action, you need to understand what goal, what task stands behind it, what you are putting into it, what you want to achieve. Not just: “I need something.”

Based on what you have invested, that is what you will receive. If you haven’t invested anything, someone else will be found who will put something of their own into it, and you will get it back.
