4 practices for a morning ritual

I have always said that our Sun serves as a step-down transformer.

The Sun a) receives high-frequency Light codes directly from the Galactic Center and the Great Central Sun (which became available only after 1988) and b) transmits the received codes to Earth.

Via the solar wind.

It is important to understand that each person receives exactly the level of Light that they are able/ready to accept. And the Sun acts as a receiver, transmitter, and step-down transformer.

If you have noticed something unusual this year in your reaction to sunlight, sunrise, or sunset (for example, as if magic and tenderness are diffused in the air), this is a manifestation of the Sun, at the minimum of its solar activity, suddenly sharply increasing the frequency of the transmitted vibrations.

The purpose of this process is to facilitate the integration/anchoring of the soul=Higher Self of a person in the physical body.

This process is cyclical and wave-like: a wave of Light arrived, initiated the transformation process of the physical body at the DNA level, and left us to integrate/assimilate what was received 🙂

1. Take a breath of acceptance

The breath of acceptance — is taken BEFORE you open your eyes, immediately after you wake up.

Take a deep breath with the intention that you gratefully accept everything the universe has prepared for you.

Speak an intention or affirmation for today. For example, one of these:

“I gratefully and with anticipation accept everything the universe has prepared for me today.”

“I am open to new opportunities that smoothly flow into my life.”

If you are working on a specific area of your life, speak your intention that will help you move forward in your development and resolution of your issues.

«I accept EVERYTHING in my life, but choose only what serves my highest good.»

2. Attune with the energy of the Sun

This practice will help you attune with the energy of the Sun, both local and Central, by consciously inhaling encoded energy, facilitating the transformation of your DNA.

Step one:

Imagine above your head a yellow sphere of the Sun, and above it another one — the Great Central Sun.

From the Great Central Sun, a stream of solar energy pours out, directly into the Sun, and from the Sun descends down to you.

Step two:

Inhale the yellow sphere of solar energy through the crown of your head and bring it down along the spine into your heart center.

Step three:

In the heart center, express the intention to activate the Divine DNA spiral.

Imagine the DNA spiral igniting, lighting up with sunlight right in the heart.

Step four:

Exhale this energy into the solar plexus, in order to fill the solar plexus and charge it with life force.

Repeat steps two through four 10 times.

3. Fill yourself with liquid flowing light

This practice is designed to activate the flows of life force in the physical body. It promotes regeneration and restoration of the body.

Imagine stretching your palms out in front of you. And into them flows liquid, flowing Light.

Bring your palms, filled with Light, to your heart and imagine that the liquid Light penetrates the cells, filling your body with physical strength.

4. Switch from mind to heart

A very simple exercise: you send a wave of love from your heart and watch how the waves spread in circles… But watch not with your eyes (from the mind), but from the heart.

And the final advice for today: Calm down your MIND!

As soon as questions like “Why?” and “What for?” appear in your head, along with the desire to speculate and analyze what is wrong with you, or how it should be according to your mind, SWITCH!

Like with little children: “Oh, look, a bird flew by!” 🙂

Otherwise, your mind will quickly take you from a state of neutrality to anxiety, doubt, and even fear…
