[Meditation #171] New coordinates. Action from sovereignty

All of 2026 helped us anchor into a new sense of sovereignty and self-sufficiency.

Essentially, it was a year of a big inner spring cleaning. We gradually cleared away those mismatches where our life, decisions, and habitual actions no longer aligned with who we had already become.

We learned to build life from new inner coordinates, leaning on our own “I AM.”

In 2027, this process moves to the next level.

Now the focus shifts to relationships and interaction with other people. Our “I AM” begins to manifest in the space of “We ARE.”

And this isn’t about giving up yourself for the sake of a shared space.

Quite the opposite. Each person remains themselves, preserves their sovereignty, their inner coordinates, and learns to build relationships with others already from this new state.

  • How do you interact without losing yourself?
  • How do you create a “We” in which everyone still has room for their own “I”?
  • How do new inner coordinates begin to change relationships and collective processes?

These very themes will be among the central ones in the coming year.

And October gives us a kind of demo version of those energies and frequencies that will unfold in 2027.

So at the October group meditation, we’ll look at how this transition is already beginning to show up now, and we’ll try to tune into the space of the new “We ARE.”

We look forward to seeing you on October 10 at 1:00 PM Moscow time at the October group meditation!

New Coordinates and Exploring States Through Sensation

in the video: 01:04

October brings a sense of a new beginning. The tenth month adds up to one, and for me this is connected to new coordinates from which we begin to act. Today’s meditation turned out unusual: it is built on feeling different states, on how the body and our inner space respond to the spoken words.

The Circle of Light and the Transition to Collective Action

in the video: 02:35

We are gradually moving from “I am” to “We are.” The Circle of Light that we opened on July 7 and have not closed since becomes a space for this experience. Each of us remains ourselves, and at the same time we are learning to feel the power of collective action.

Returning to the Theme of Sovereignty

in the video: 07:03

This week I returned once again to Lauren Gorgo’s October forecast. The first time you read the text, it can come across calmly, but after some time, each phrase suddenly unfolds in its full depth. After the states I experienced over the week, I wanted to pause on individual lines and simply sit with what they open up within me.

October as a Practicum of Real Life and a Living Laboratory

in the video: 09:53

Two expressions especially resonated with me: “practicum of real life” and “living laboratory.” They capture very precisely how I experience October. We get the opportunity to taste the energies of 2027 and to see how inner changes manifest in everyday life and in interactions with people.

The Great Cleanup of 2026 and Inner Safety

in the video: 11:13

2026 became a year of a great inner spring cleaning. We cleared away the mismatches between who we had already become inside and how we continued to live, make decisions, and act out of habit. The very feeling of our own selfhood appeared earlier. This year, another important layer was added to it: sovereignty.

The changes in relationships that began after last year’s summer solstice helped us move in two directions. We brought the feeling of safety back inside ourselves and gradually stopped dissolving into others. We learned to notice codependency, to cut the threads that were holding us back, and to establish boundaries. Sometimes this happened gently; sometimes we had to act more firmly.

The great cleanup brought very specific habits into the light. In relationships with parents, you can still remain a lost little girl; in another situation, you can wait for a man to provide support or put off your own decision until the very last moment. In and of themselves, these examples don’t get a “minus” sign. The question is whether they align with your inner essence and with how you have unfolded yourself over this year.

Divine Architecture and the Metaphor of the Road

in the video: 12:50

Until a certain point, we lacked the infrastructure in which the new state could manifest. For me, the metaphor of the road is very clear here. You can walk through a field, through windfall, pits, and ditches where there is no path at all. On a dirt road, it’s already easier to move, and on good asphalt with a solid foundation, a completely different speed emerges.

That is how I feel the unfolding of Divine Architecture. The process we were completing in September gave this movement its support. In some places, the road is still a dirt track; in others, it’s already paved; and in still others, utilities are beginning to be connected to it. What we used to read about in messages as something upcoming is gradually taking form.

For a long time we grew upward, expanding consciousness and our spiritual capacities. Now we are learning to contain this experience in the physical body and manifest it in life. That is precisely why the gap between the inner sense of self and habitual outer reactions has become so noticeable. The changes must find continuation in how we live every day.

The New We and Action from Sovereignty

in the video: 15:34

Inner work has already connected much. We explored the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, noticed old distorted patterns and moved through balancing them. In the heart, the human and the divine, the feminine and the masculine, have come together. Now the next step requires action from that “I Am” which we have revealed and strengthened.

In group practices this difference is very visible. People willingly participate in meditation, then join a collective practice, but not everyone makes it to concrete action. Between the state that was experienced and the deed, there is still a distance. Our task is to cross it and feel the power and support of shared action.

In 2027, sovereignty will be especially noticeable in relationships. The first to respond to our changes are often the closest people, with whom we spent years rubbing against each other, like two little stones. As early as October, a familiar old reaction may arise, along with surprise: is this still even possible? Such moments help us see where the new state has already become part of life, and where the old habit is still at work.

Observing Your Reactions in Relationships

in the video: 18:40

My main recommendation for October: be observant and take note of what is happening. Individual episodes may seem random and completely unrelated to each other. When you gather them together, a common theme may emerge. Pay especially close attention to your interactions with other people.

You do not have to immediately dig deeply into every episode. First it is important to see it and note what exactly happened. What turned out to be unusual? At what moment did you react differently than before? Right now, attention should be directed primarily toward your own reactions and how your sovereignty manifests through them.

When you notice a change, support yourself. I call this maximum self-loving: you see that you are already able to respond, choose, or act differently, and you give yourself that recognition. In this way, inner changes stop remaining something undefined. You gain your own experience of what has truly changed.

Responsibility and the Mastery of Non-Engagement

in the video: 20:21

As spiritual experience takes deeper root within us, there is more life force. Along with this, the ability to influence what happens also grows. Here, responsibility is fundamental for me. The ability to have an impact requires maturity and an understanding of how you intend to use it.

I often recall a simple image of a monkey with a grenade. If a person has been given a powerful tool, they should first think about whether they even need to use it. The mastery of non-engagement includes the ability to wield tools, to have the capacity to influence, and yet consciously refrain from action. In another situation, action is appropriate if it serves the highest good.

Such work requires great inner maturity. To act in this way, one needs to feel the higher meaning of what is happening and to notice one’s own egoic motives. The question “am I ready?” also concerns what I am using my power for. The Circle of Light and collective co-creation are gradually leading us toward this responsibility.

Strength and the Right to Be Vulnerable

in the video: 21:50

In our idea of strength, distortions still occur. A woman may decide that now she constantly needs to be the one who stops a galloping horse and walks into a burning building. But we are different at different times. There is a time to gather ourselves and act from strength, and there is a time to allow ourselves vulnerability.

Vulnerability is hard to accept when in the past pain came from the closest people. Traces of betrayal, unlived grief, or feelings that were once given no outlet may surface. If they have surfaced, it is important to allow yourself to live through them, to cry them out, and to release them. The event may have been difficult, or it may now seem small, though at the time it was experienced very deeply.

Keep observing where you direct your attention as well. For some, a desire arises to turn everything to their own advantage, while others habitually do everything for others and again forget about themselves. In the second case, it is time to apply your own recommendations to yourself before giving them out to those around you. Reliance on yourself and care for yourself become a practical part of sovereignty.

Bringing the Meditative State into Ordinary Life

in the video: 25:40

The words “real-life practicum” are especially important to me because many practices remain disconnected from everyday life. Sitting in silence and entering a meditative state is relatively easy. Can you maintain connection with yourself on public transport, during a scandal nearby, or when sorting out a relationship at work? That is precisely where inner experience gets tested.

I like to compare such wholeness to cream of mushroom soup. In it, the little mushroom and the potato no longer lie separately: everything merges. We are to similarly merge the states we have cultivated with ordinary life, so that less and less gap remains between them. The ability to feel yourself in practice should find continuation beyond it as well.

New Inner Coordinates and the Solar Center

in the video: 26:56

At the same time, the outer world may not respond immediately. We begin to act from new inner coordinates, while changes around us unfold gradually. In the forecast, I resonated with the idea of how life begins to reorganize holographically around the inner Solar Center. Solar sovereignty and the Christ architecture in the world of form give this process support. We become those who project their inner state outward. I connect the possibility of such influence with the transition of consciousness from 3D to 4D, when a person steps out of the victim role and takes responsibility upon themselves.

Life Force for Creativity and Collective Experience

on video: 29:53

Previously, a lot of energy went into working through, transforming, and supporting all kinds of processes. Part of that work is already done, and the freed-up life force can be directed toward pure creativity. For me, this year has shown very clearly just how captivating that can be. Just creating comics for children alone is something else: me and drawing — who would have thought!

When tools appear that make it possible to bring an idea to life, new possibilities open up. We are only beginning. We try creating from our own state and notice how it finds expression in real actions. Sovereignty gives this creativity inner support.

Collective experience also begins with simple things. During the “14 Days of Light” at the Lion’s Gate, people lit a candle, spoke a phrase or mantra, and felt themselves part of a whole. When there are thousands of such people, a sense of rippling waves arises. I still get goosebumps when I remember that experience. In October, we continue to explore joint action and our own contribution to it.

Group Meditation “New Coordinates. Action from Sovereignty”

on video: 32:14

In this meditation, we first return to the Circle of Light, and then, remaining part of the whole, we switch our attention to ourselves. In this way we train a very important skill: I feel unity with others and at the same time work with my own state. Sensations in the body and heart space become our support.

Sequentially saying “I am Light,” “I am Love,” “I am Clarity,” and other phrases, we explore different facets of ourselves. Each definition sets its own shade of experience. You can notice how the body and field respond, how the feeling inside changes. Then all these facets merge into a simple “I am.”

The purpose of the meditation is to feel the wholeness and boundlessness of your “I am” and to experience the transition to a shared “We are,” while maintaining a sense of yourself.

It was important to me to give a sense of the scale of this “I am,” which can act through our hands, feet, and brains in the physical world. After the individual part, we again turn to the Circle of Light and say “We are.” Attention remains on the living experience: how it sounds, how it feels, and what changes in the transition from “I” to “We.”

Two Anchor Points and the Difference Between the Feelings of I and We

In the video: 46:10

After the practice, I identified two anchor points. First, we added various definitions to “I am,” and then we united them in a holistic sense of self. Each definition reveals an important facet, but the fullness of our “I am” is far greater than any single facet. In the moment of union, a different sense of fullness and wholeness can arise.

The second anchor point is connected to “We are.” For me, in the second part, adding qualities already felt like multiplication. I felt this even during the preparation, and then we explored this state in the group practice. It is precisely this message that I want to preserve and continue to unfold, instead of getting tangled up again in the usual sorting out of relationships.

A shared “We” arises with people with whom you are capable of co-creating. Sometimes these are your loved ones, and sometimes they are completely different people. The ability to feel yourself as part of a whole does not disappear because of this. We gain an experience we can lean on in joint actions.

Collective Action and Project Development

In the video: 49:59

For me, today’s practice became a new reading of a familiar monadic mantra. We had used individual phrases before, but now a new sense of their totality and the transition to “We are” has emerged. I felt joy and expansion that I want to continue exploring. This meditation will become a new foundational practice.

The group meditation constitutes only part of the “Circle of Light. Co-Creation” project. From there, the experience continues in collective practice and in action. It is important to me that the state finds expression in life, and that the possibility of joint co-creation gradually becomes habitual for us. At the same time, the desire to participate and one’s own contribution remain with each person.

Even the day before, I did not feel like conducting the meditation. I was thinking that I needed more rest and to give my head some relief after technical work. But in the morning, the state completely changed: I felt something new being born. Between yesterday’s completion and today’s beginning, there was only one day.

The Circle of Light remains open after this meditation. I thank everyone who joins: during a live practice, energy returns in real time, and from this interaction a new experience is born. Keep noticing your reactions in everyday life and support yourself wherever you are already acting in a new way.
