Freedom from Pain [Inner Meditation]

Today we will conduct a meditation that can be called “Liberation from Pain.”

We will scan our body, find tightness, tension, blocks that exist in it, and learn to feel our body.

Our body stores all memories, all emotions that we have ever had.

If emotions are unexpressed, they become locked inside and stored in cellular memory.

And on a subconscious level, the body reenacts all of this for us.

The body never lies, as it stores all memories.

It communicates things that cannot be figured out by the mind or conveyed in words.

When we listen to the wisdom of the body, we receive the keys to emotional freedom. To a freedom that does not bind us emotionally to other people. And attachments arise in us constantly. Both positive and negative ones.

Today we will focus on negative attachments.

You may recall people who caused pain, who were cruel to you, who treated you unfairly.

These could be childhood grievances, completely foolish from an adult’s perspective, but they remain in the body.

The meditation will help release all of this.

On a basic level, it will help release stressful states from the inside out.

And on a maximum level, it will help free you from deep emotional wounds and traumas.

How to get the maximum effect from the meditation?

1. Ask your loved ones not to disturb you for 20 minutes.

You will need all your attention to go through the meditation.

2. Take a comfortable position for yourself. Sitting in the “lotus position” is not necessary. The main thing is that you are comfortable.

4. If you want to go through the meditation again later, try to do it without audio guidance.

Meditation is an internal state; to enter it, you do not need external attributes like my voice.

Purpose of the meditation: to help your body release negative emotions associated with people from your past.

After performing this technique, pay increased attention to your body.

At this moment, a gentle mode is needed to experience this release in a comfortable environment. It may seem easy to us, but foci of pain, a feeling of heat, or aches in the bones may remain in the body.

If you feel like resting, rest. If you want to lie in the bath, lie down.

You can use various oils, light candles. Give your body a chance to rest.

Later, the next day, try to do a body scan without an emotional state. And see how your body looks tomorrow.
