You have identified the lesson, found a pearl of wisdom, gained an insight, and replaced old beliefs with new, inspiring, and positive ones.
For the new paradigm of thinking to firmly take root in your life, you need to take some actions.
What are they? Read on in this material.
On the Keys of Mastery, there are many materials and webinars dedicated to the topic of transformation.
The replacement of old patterns with new, supportive ones and their integration into life has been mentioned more than once.
We have gathered all the steps into one algorithm that will help you embed a new paradigm of thinking.
6 Steps to a New Paradigm of Thinking
Step 1. Place your new positive affirmation in a visible spot
When you are just starting to work on integrating a new positive affirmation into your life, there is a risk of forgetting about it and slipping back into old thinking patterns.
To prevent this, it is important to remind yourself of it as often as possible. Your new positive belief needs to be constantly in your line of sight.
Take a sheet of white or colored paper, paints or markers (whatever you prefer) and write your new belief on it.
Hang it in a visible place: near your workspace, on the refrigerator, by the mirror. Or wherever your gaze most often falls.
Choose a beautiful, inspiring picture online and write your new paradigm on it. Set it as your computer desktop wallpaper.
Step 2. Attune yourself to the new paradigm of thinking
When you frequently see your written new positive affirmation and repeat it to yourself, you attune to it and connect to a higher vibration.
Working with a new paradigm takes time. It is believed that it takes 21 days for a habit to become ingrained within you.
Dedicate this time to each new belief. If you truly want change, recall it and attune to it in the morning after waking up, in the evening before sleep, and throughout the day whenever you come across your affirmation.
With the help of activations or guided meditations, it is easier to embed a new paradigm of thinking. Alena Starovoitova conducts such meditations monthly on key dates.

Step 3. Act according to the promise you have made
It’s not enough to just attune; you have to take action. No matter how much you wish everything would change at the snap of a finger, you’ll have to do something to make it happen.
There is no magic pill for all illnesses and troubles. Until you start confirming through your actions that you deserve better, nothing in your life will change.
Of course, at first it’s scary and unfamiliar to act in a new way. Take small steps, gradually moving forward.
Don’t try to jump straight from the beginning of the path to the final destination.
Once you’ve attuned to the energy of a new belief, it will be easier for you to act in a new way. The new vibrations will support you and give you the strength for these actions.
For example, your new paradigm: “I love and accept myself just as I am. I deserve the very best.”
When you say this, your focus of perception shifts, and you start looking at your past mistakes differently. You no longer scold yourself like before, but instead say, “So what, everyone makes mistakes” or “Wow, I really outdid myself))”.

Step 4. Work with each new belief one at a time
Don’t try to change all areas of your life at once.
Introduce each new belief one at a time. An exception might be working on a single theme (money, relationships, self-acceptance). In that case, your new paradigm will consist of several statements that complement each other.
If you try to tackle everything at once, you create a burden for your body. Your emotional background also becomes unbalanced. As a result, the outcome will be minimal, or you won’t get any results at all.
Step 5. Get inspired by the examples of other people
Find people you know or famous individuals who clearly embody the qualities you need.
Observe how they act, what they say in situations where you get flustered or react inappropriately.
Find what sets you apart from them. What can they do that you cannot?
If you are describing the qualities of a successful person, find someone among the famous whose behavior resonates with you.
Read a book about them or watch an interview with them. Perhaps they weren’t born that way, but in a book or film, they share their experience of changing their life.

Step 6. Maintain the state of an observer
Staying in the state of an observer will help you if you fall into your habitual way of thinking.
While in a conscious state, it’s easier to catch negative thoughts and replace them with new ones.
If you’re working with an affirmation about love and self-acceptance, whenever a thought arises that you are insignificant and don’t deserve anything good, replace it with thoughts that instill faith that you are valuable to this world.
Gradually, the mind will begin to believe that you are truly worthy of love and respect. You will stop showing contempt and other destructive feelings towards yourself. They will be replaced by acceptance and unconditional love.
This is why “reminders” are needed, placed everywhere you can. In a state of stress, we forget about spiritual tools, so it’s important to take care of this in advance.
You can learn what the state of an observer is and how to activate it from the material The State of the Observer: How Not to Get Drawn into Conflict Situations.
There, we also offer two meditations for switching into this state.
To establish a new habit, you need to apply willpower. Replacing one thing with another is not so easy.
Especially since you have been acting and thinking in a certain way for years, and now you want to radically change your thinking in a short period.
It all depends on you, on your motivation and desire to make your life better, more colorful, harmonious, and successful.
