Meditation “Journey to the Tree of Wisdom”

Goal of the meditation: To remember what has happened over the last 6 months — what you succeeded in, what problem you solved, what you want to let go of. To set an intention for the next 6 months. It will help you feel your inner light in order to heal past experiences and transform them into wisdom.

In this practice, through breath and sensations, we descend to our tree of power, attune to it, and absorb its stability, strength, roots, and branches. Through gratitude, we release the old, anchor the sensations in the body, and “seal” the inner light for the next 6 months.

  2. Recall joyful events of the past six months, thank yourself for the experience

  6. Anchor this new sensation in your body, thank yourself
  7. Return to reality, keeping the inner light
