Spiritual practices in a new place of residence

Today we present you with the best spiritual practices and other recommendations for those who, even temporarily, change their place of residence. Be sure to study this material if you are going on vacation, a trip, and especially if a move awaits you.

We often find ourselves in situations where we have to leave our home, city, or country. We might leave for work, on vacation, to visit friends or relatives. Perhaps we are simply traveling, or maybe we have to move due to an unfavorable situation in our native land.

There are also those who decide to move permanently to another country. However, even moving to Moscow from the provinces is almost like going to another country…
Well, you get the idea.

Whatever reasons force us to leave our home, in a new place we all feel the same thing – disorientation in space and time, confusion, the need to adapt to a changed environment (and often, language).

How can you quickly restore your strength, pull yourself together, and act successfully in a new place?

Our author’s material is best suited for people living abroad, but most of the recommendations will be useful for any trip or move.

“To stand, I must hold on to my roots.”

Boris Grebenshchikov

If your life has turned out so that you live abroad, it’s no big deal: you can engage in spiritual development there too. Moreover, it is the total change of scenery, a foreign language environment, and in severe cases, complete loneliness that clearly show that our entire life is a theater. A hologram. A computer game. I exist, but around me are completely different pictures.

The world helps you ask yourself questions: Who am I? What can I do? Where is my place in life? In a situation of moving to another country, these are pressing questions. To find yourself more quickly in a new environment, it’s worth giving honest answers to them.

The thing is, territorially you have detached from one matrix, but – ta-da! – you have entered another. And it’s not a fact that it welcomes you with open arms. Most likely, the place of the cog in the new system assigned to you will be much lower in social status than back home.

And while you are processing documents, finding yourself, and experiencing culture shock, the new matrix itself will try to put you in your place. The egregor of the Russian-speaking diaspora is also not asleep and will try to catch you in its nets. You are not the first immigrant, and you will not be the last. A place has already been set aside for such people.

Furthermore, in your head you carry baggage of experience, thoughts, and emotions – things that influence the formation of the world. So, the environment is different, but the mindsets are the same. And how wonderful it is in such a situation to realize that we ourselves are the creators of our world! You live abroad – you have literally, physically gone beyond the boundaries of your comfortable (habitual) zone. Fortunately, those on the path of spiritual development have a wealth of opportunities to support themselves and create the best reality.

Our task with you is to build our own channel, our own vertical. The same task as everyone else’s, just with a couple of nuances.

Disconnection from egregors

If you want to step out of all energetic structures that no longer support you, but only drain your energy and put you in a place you don’t like, it makes sense to take Alena Starovoitova’s Master Class “Reconnection.” Its idea is based on disconnecting from unnecessary egregors and connecting to your own channel. Powerful! And its idea, by the way, came about precisely as a disconnection from Russian-language egregors abroad.

It is precisely because of egregors that we sometimes cannot escape the hamster wheel of problems and beliefs, feel powerless “against the system,” and cannot seem to leap over the bar to a new level of income or health.

Ancestral Energy

If you moved abroad in proud solitude, while your dearly beloved relatives stayed in your homeland, it may feel like you were uprooted. Or rather, you were cut off and transplanted to a new place, while the roots stayed at home.

But if you already had an established connection with your ancestral line, then ancestral energy will continue to nourish you. For energy, political and territorial borders do not exist.

Moreover, it is precisely abroad that we begin to acutely realize where we come from. And we won’t be let off the hook: even our children, born abroad and often struggling to speak Russian, retain the unofficial status of “foreign origin”.

So, maybe we should pay attention to the power of the ancestral line, even if we dreamed our whole lives of moving abroad, far away from the parental home?

Grounding

One thing is historical roots, another is your own. They are absolutely vital. You have already made the decision to settle in a foreign country, right? So it’s time to put down your own roots here. Check your grounding: it may have weakened during the move. See the grounding techniques here. And – practice regularly!

Muladhara

Your root chakra, muladhara, which is responsible for survival and connection to your lineage, has been under stress. It can be helped. You can find out if your muladhara is in balance on the free chakra course and the “7 Keys of Awareness 2.0” course. A simple way to nourish the chakra is “red underwear.” It brings joy to your partner, and you can also do some simoron for money (there’s a ritual for that…)

If you didn’t choose a new country yourself, but it “just happened,” you had to flee, you were forcibly torn from your native lands, and the very thought of putting down roots here breaks you, remember Lady Gaia. We are citizens of planet Earth. We have the right to live anywhere on the planet. Yes, there are different countries and nations. But the Sun shines for everyone.

Create your life as you like, no matter which country you’re in. Grow and develop like a tree: upward toward the Heavens and deep into the heart of the Earth.

I would be grateful if you share in the comments how your body reacted to moving abroad. If the topic interests you in general, next time we’ll talk about our self-realization in a new society and relationships with the local population.

P.S. Indeed, wherever you are, you remain children of Mother Earth. She is always ready to support you and fill you with strength.

And the Ascension Sites Workshop course will help you with this.
