How to cope with autumn blues and other challenges

Hello, my dears!

In Russia, it’s autumn, and not exactly “golden”…

Rain, rain… It inevitably brings to mind a comparison with tears. As we know: “…nature has no bad weather,” but the human soul certainly does!..

Many people now, after a brief but deep inspiration, are experiencing sadness and even self-pity about their “so complicated” lives.

If there are “misunderstandings” with loved ones, or doubts about the rightness of your path, some feel anger at forced circumstances, and the overcast sky doesn’t boost your mood…

My friends! There’s nothing new in this — before, too, it happened — you felt sad, doubted, and got angry.

However, the gloomy weather of the soul would clear up, things would get better, and songs would ring out in your soul!.. Admit it — isn’t that true?..

So let’s not attach too much importance to the current autumnal darkening of our inner sky!

These are not mistakes, these are not failures, these are not weakness.

This is simply a “rain of the soul.” As you remember — in nature, autumn rains nourish the soil for the coming spring!.. So your sadness will flow through, clearing space for new growth, if you allow yourself this.

We are used to “fighting” bad states… But this autumn, a different tactic will be useful.

Help yourself to “sad gracefully”: listen to “brightly-sad” music (songs and film music by I. Schwartz are perfect), remember the good things that have left your life, think about how wonderful it was that they existed — because now space has opened up ahead for something new!..

And as for what’s bothering you — write it down indignantly on a piece of paper, read it aloud several times, burn it, and scatter the ashes to the wind!

For those who are “stormily” experiencing their “current imperfection,” I have prepared a fragment from a webinar I conducted at the Women’s Club, where we talk about transformation and even rejuvenation through painful states of the soul and body.

I hope this helps you walk more easily along the path of life, past the trees shedding their autumn leaves!..

Please remember that the change of seasons is inevitable, and after the gloomy dampness will come a brisk frost, and then a new spring!.. The same processes happen in the soul!..

I write about this because our ability to create our own reality has significantly increased compared to past years.

And if you get “bogged down” in disappointments and sadness, life will, unfortunately, quite soon illustrate these moods for you with corresponding undesirable events.

So take my advice: brightly-sad music, gratitude for the past, and a warm blanket with your favorite book and a cup of a delicious hot drink!..

You’ll be surprised yourself — how quickly everything will get better!..
