When the mind melts…

I think many will agree that lately, our overall well-being leaves much to be desired…

And if physically and bodily everything is fine with you, then

  • more frequent «gaps» in memory,
  • loss of orientation in space and time,
  • disruptions in logical reasoning,
  • and a lack of associative chains

can cause intense tension and doubt about whether everything is okay with you.

If you have started noticing strange changes in your body and behavior, atypical physical sensations, dizziness, changes in sleep or eating patterns, don’t worry. Everything happening to you is symptoms that accompany spiritual growth.

Following the worm of doubt come emotions that chip away at your confidence in yourself and your sanity.

If everything said above is unfamiliar to you, congratulations! You can stop reading the article here )))

Well, for those who have personally encountered similar symptoms and don’t know what to do in such a «dire» situation, let’s try to figure out if the devil is really as scary as he’s painted.

But first, let’s break down the symptoms:

Memory gaps

Here I remember, here I don’t.

Events of the past day seem hazy. There are difficulties in recalling what you did last week. And events from a month ago evoke no emotions… as if they happened to anyone but you.

It feels like your memory has stopped working the way it used to.

In the article, we share our observations and recipes from the treasure trove of practices of the Keys of Mastery project, which will help eliminate any imbalance.

Loss of orientation

Time slips through your fingers.

The day has just begun, you look at the clock and realize it’s already evening and time for bed. That can’t be right?!

A reminder for a meeting rings on your phone, and you stare at it in surprise: is it really Saturday?

Roughly the same thing happens with familiar travel routes: you stand on a street you know well and have absolutely no idea how to get to your destination. The built-in mental map of movement is NOT working.

In stores with glass doors or mirrors, you have to be on guard: it’s easy to mistake a mirror for an exit.

Disruption of logical chains and lack of associations

It feels like the archive of your memory is split into sectors and folders that are in NO WAY connected to each other.

Example 1

You know that today is a public holiday. You know you have the day off. But you need to go to the bank.

The logical chain that not only you but also the bank has the day off does NOT form. You discover this in front of the notice on the bank’s door saying they are closed on holidays.

Example 2

You look into your wardrobe, find a familiar item of clothing, but aside from knowing it’s yours, you can’t say anything else about it. There are absolutely no associations connected to it.

Who, after all this, can say they are ADEQUATE?!

This is the perfect moment to stop and remember: Things are not as they seem!

One symptom might point to a problem, but when there are many, and they repeat day after day, it suggests that something lies behind them… Something you simply CANNOT SEE right now!

And if you shift your focus of attention from what isn’t working or isn’t coming together, to that unusual/non-standard thing that has emerged during this time, a completely different picture takes shape.

You discover that the emotional traumas of the past no longer affect you in any way.

No, intellectually you know that traumatic situations existed in your life and you can easily talk about them, but the negative emotions associated with those situations are GONE.

How beautiful. Freedom from the past in its purest form!

Yes, you completely forgot about an important meeting you had. But despite the lack of preparation, you handled it brilliantly!

Before, you would have had to think through what to say and to whom; now, structured information flows out of you in a condensed form, straight to the point.

And that in itself is worth its weight in gold… many only dream of being able to express their thoughts coherently and clearly.

Loss of orientation in space opens doors to new opportunities that you, no matter how hard you tried, COULD NOT see because you walked familiar routes and lived according to generally accepted stereotypes.

Have associations disappeared?

Rejoice! Now you can give NEW meaning to old concepts and objects. A meaning that aligns with your NEW worldview and NEW understanding of yourself.

So what do you do when your brain is melting? ))

Stop stressing about the discomfort that has arisen and find the perks* that come as a package deal with it!
