Meditations and practices for the Spring Equinox

The main recommendation for the equinox day is to remain in balance; accordingly, the practices we conduct on this day are mostly aimed at balancing everything in your life.

We offer meditations conducted over several years of celebrating the spring equinox, for balancing your energy and attuning to the energy of the Sun.

How balancing practices work

The equinox is balance, the equilibrium of opposites. Practices aimed at balancing align one thing with another.

When you declare to the universe that you want to balance something in your life: masculine and feminine, light and dark, poverty and abundance, lack of love and its abundance, it does not mean that everything in your life will immediately improve.

First of all, imbalance will begin to be highlighted — what is not structured in your life. This especially concerns the financial sphere and emotions.

Therefore, if you are currently not in a harmonious state, feel physical fatigue, or lack vitality, it is better to refrain from such requests.

Because in this way you trigger a transformational process. If you are not physically ready for this now, it is better to simply dream about your plans for the next six months during this period.

Meditations and practices for the spring equinox

1. Meditation: Alignment of Spirit, Structure, and Your Self (2026)

Purpose of meditation: To arrive at a conscious agreement between Spirit, structure, and your Self. To initiate an inner union and recalibration of identity.

The practice is built around one key formula: Spirit, structure, and Self enter into conscious agreement. This is a tuning and restructuring of self-perception.

During the process, distortions of self-esteem, false self-concepts, and the habit of evaluating oneself through external factors arise. Alignment occurs, returning to a more accurate sense of one’s own selfhood.

Main steps

  • Make a decision to participate; internally answer yourself whether you are ready for this work
  • Take a stable position; anchor your attention in the body
  • Focus on the formula “Spirit, structure, and Self enter into conscious agreement”
  • Observe how the body and state respond; do not interfere, do not correct
  • Allow recalibration to happen; notice where there is overestimation or underestimation of yourself
  • Allow a new sense of self to form without relying on external evaluations
  • Stabilize the state; remain in this inner agreement

2. Meditation Synchronization of the New Cycle (2025)

Purpose of the meditation: To see your “routine” and soul’s impulses as two parts of the path, find the point of connection, and allow yourself to step into a new reality.

In the practice, we walk along the “slabs” of habitual tasks and feel around us spheres of new impulses, ideas, inspirations. The task is to find a place where the desire to go beyond the old arises, to step into the new, to let the soul manifest differently. Images: balloons, soap bubbles, paths among the slabs.

Main steps:

  • Ground ourselves, thank ourselves, anchor the new state
  • Several deep breaths in and out, shift into the body
  • Attention to the heart, build the vertical: flow upward, grounding downward
  • Imagine the “slabs” of routine actions and around them — spheres of impulses, inspirations
  • Observe the moment when the desire to go beyond the usual path arises
  • Enter a large sphere or launch a new ball — allow yourself to feel the new
  • Anchor the sensation: synchronize the soul’s impulse with real action

3. Meditation Golden Pollen from the Heart (2024)

Purpose of the meditation: To feel your own worth, let go of the old, fill all your intentions and ideas with new meanings, and give them strength to unfold in the new annual cycle.

You will find yourself in two fields: in one, your old “seeds” are already sprouting; in the other, there is black soil ready to receive the new. Through breath and focus on the heart, you fill both fields with golden pollen, support what is alive, and lovingly release what has exhausted itself. In the finale, you plant your new “seed” from the boundless part of yourself, which will grow throughout the year.

Main steps:

  1. Several deep breaths in and out, tuning into the body, gratitude to your body
  2. Grounding, gratitude to the Earth, building the vertical axis
  3. Focus on the heart, activation of inner light and love
  4. Moving to the field — becoming aware of what is sprouting from the old, what you want to let go of
  5. Scattering golden pollen across the field, supporting what is alive, lovingly releasing what has outlived its purpose
  6. Second field — clean, rich, ready to “plant” something new
  7. Choosing from the heart the true “seed” — an image, feeling, intention — planting it, filling it with light
  8. Completing with grounding and gratitude, anchoring the new state in the body

Purpose of the meditation — to shower with golden pollen from the heart those seeds (ideas, thoughts, intentions) that were planted based on your authentic part, and not from limitations, from a state of “must.”

4. Meditation Balancing Masculine and Feminine (2023)

Purpose of the meditation: To feel within yourself two equal and important parts — masculine and feminine, to balance them, fill the heart with light, and enter a state of wholeness and harmony.

In the practice, you visualize your masculine and feminine parts (through figures, images, or just sensations), observe how they manifest, and fill the missing qualities with the opposite energy. Then you unite everything in the heart, watching as a feeling of fullness and expansion appears.

Main steps:

  • Complete the practice with grounding and gratitude to yourself
  • Take several deep breaths, focus on sensations in the body
  • Recall how your masculine part manifests (doing, structure, activity) and feminine part (feelings, acceptance, relaxation)
  • Imagine them before you or inside — how much of one and the other do you have now?
  • Direct the missing qualities to where you feel a deficit
  • Allow the energies to connect, unite both parts in the heart
  • Feel the wholeness, filled with light and love

5. Meditation Fragments of the Code of a Unique Vision of the Future (2022)

Purpose of the meditation: To free yourself from accumulated fatigue, anxieties, and negative emotions, to feel the joy of embodiment, to “choose” to live, to be on Earth, and to plant a new seed of a bright future within yourself.

First — gentle breathing through the heart, exhaling all heavy emotions, switching to a wave of gratitude and joy of being in the body. Next — a sensation as if you are passing through a “cleansing installation” and rising on an internal “elevator” to the point where you feel genuine anticipation for life. The meditation ends with planting your unique “code” and anchoring the new state in the body and on Earth.

Main steps:

  • Gratitude to the Earth, grounding, returning to the body
  • Deep inhale and slow exhale through the heart, grounding
  • Conscious exhale of everything unnecessary, accumulated fatigue, anxiety, mental scenarios
  • Inhale of new frequencies — love, joy, gratitude, calmness
  • Sensation of cleansing: as if the soul passes through a cleansing installation, shedding everything unnecessary
  • Ascending on the “internal elevator” to the point where the joy of embodiment appears, the desire to live, anticipation
  • Focus on the feeling of your unique “code”, higher purpose
  • Planting this code — this “seed” — into one’s heart, grounding the state

6. Balance Bridge Meditation (2021)

Go through the “Balance Bridge” meditation to center yourself in your heart, balance all parts of you and the areas of life that require it.

Purpose of the meditation: To feel balance between all areas of life, release grievances and tension, plant your “seed” for a new cycle, and fill yourself with gratitude and support.

In the practice, you visualize yourself walking along a long wooden path, balancing and stopping at each “point” to thank yourself, let go of the excess, and forgive yourself and others. In the finale, you plant a “seed” — an intention for a new period, filling it with love and support.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, focus on the heart
  2. Visualization of a path or bridge you are walking on
  3. At each point — gratitude to yourself, releasing heaviness, supporting yourself
  4. A wave of love and forgiveness for yourself and loved ones
  5. Planting a new “seed”, tuning into the future cycle
  6. Consolidating the state of balance and acceptance

7. Meditation on Tuning into the Vibrations of the Great Central Sun (2020)

Purpose of the meditation: To attune to inner balance, connect with the energies of the Earth and the Sun, feel yourself as part of a unified field, and radiate a wave of harmony, support, and acceptance into the world.

In the practice, an energy vertical is built: a flow from the center of the Earth — through the heart — to the Great Central Sun. With each breath, you fill yourself with harmony and radiate this wave into the surrounding space, to loved ones, the collective, and the world. Special emphasis is placed on feeling your own “purity,” inner support, and grounding.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, attuning to the body
  2. Visualization of a pillar of light — from the Earth through the heart to the Sun
  3. Awareness of your role — a generator of support, light, and calm
  4. Expanding the field: sending a wave of harmony and support to others, to the entire planet
  5. Completion: anchoring the state in the body, feeling of unity and peace

8. Attunement with the Energy of the Sun (2019)

Meditation goal: To feel where there are “imbalances” within you, balance the masculine and feminine, fill yourself with new vibrations, and give yourself support for the entire year.

In this practice, through breath and sensations, you focus on the body, connect with the earth, thank yourself for everything you have experienced, mentally “water” your inner seeds, and launch a wave of new energy for the upcoming cycle.

Main steps:

  1. Deep inhale, attune to the body, breathe through the heart
  2. Focus on sensations, where the masculine is more expressed, where the feminine is
  3. Visualize how the masculine and feminine within you become balanced
  4. Connect with the earth, feel grounded
  5. Mentally water your “seeds” of change — ideas, feelings, desires
  6. Gratitude to yourself and completion — anchoring the new state

9. Meditation Sphere of Balance (2018)

Purpose of meditation: Balance all polarities within yourself, enter a flow of harmony, plant the “seeds” of your changes for the coming months, and anchor the new state in the body.

In the practice, through breath and movement of attention, you balance yourself in all directions: up/down, forward/backward, left/right. You form a sphere of balance around yourself, feeling that all necessary vibrations are already within. Then, with intention, you plant the “seeds” (desires, new qualities, dreams) and ask the higher parts to lift you to where balance already exists. You anchor the entire state in the body.

Main steps:

  • Inhale, anchor the state in the body, complete slowly
  • Deep breathing, attention on the heart
  • Inhale — exhale downward (into the earth), connection with support
  • Inhale — exhale upward (into space), connection with the higher
  • Inhale — exhale forward (future), backward (past), left, right
  • Sensation of being “in the middle,” creating an energy sphere
  • Formulating the intention that you are balancing, planting the “seeds” of change
  • Request to the higher part of yourself to lift you to where balance is already realized

10. Meditation for Balancing Your Energy and Life Spheres (2017)

Meditation goal: Balance the masculine and feminine within, light and darkness, release the old and charge yourself with the energy of change.

We collectively create a circle of light, each in their individual space activates spiral energy, rises upward, feels balance and harmony. Works with inner opposites, releases the excess, charges for a new cycle and anchors the feeling of unity with the group.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, attuning to the body and heart
  2. Visualization of a circle of light, uniting with like-minded people
  3. Activation of spiral energy, rising upward
  4. Balancing masculine and feminine, light and dark
  5. Feeling of support, joy, harmony
  6. Anchoring the state in the body, gratitude to yourself and the group
