Simple practices to improve your inner state

There are practices and tools that help you feel better without needing to dig inside yourself, work through issues, attend therapy, and so on.

Practices for improving your inner state are suitable for absolutely everyone, regardless of whether you are a master or a beginner, whether you have personal experience or not.

These are the basic practices we talk about regularly. We will discuss them in more detail in this article.

Practices of the Vibrational State

The Vibrational State of Gratitude

The first practice is gratitude.

At one point, I heard a phrase about how gratitude, in terms of vibrations, vibrates just below the level of unconditional love.

This idea is also described by Hawkins’ vibrational scale: gratitude as an energetic state is located above pride and below love — at a level accessible for conscious reproduction.

One can talk a lot about unconditional love. I have met specialists who talk about love, but in reality, the person is aggressive, angry, attacks, and makes sarcastic remarks.

On a mental level, there is an understanding of what it is, but inside, in the body, this state is not anchored because there was no such experience of being loved unconditionally, and you truly loving unconditionally.

When we talk about these higher concepts, for me it is a specific vibrational state. When you have experienced it once, most often in some tragic situations, the grief of loss or something, at that moment this feeling is inscribed inside you.

It is as if a stamp is placed on you from above — this experience has been obtained. And then you already have the ability to enter this state at any moment.

But this is not about knowledge. You can practice for decades, but if the state of unconditional love is not inscribed within, it will remain at the mental level.

And gratitude is just one level lower, if you recall Hawkins’ vibrational scale. Gratitude is understandable to the mind.

Why gratitude is not just words

The only difficulty for beginners is to switch from gratitude for something — our three-dimensional approach: you did something good for me, I thanked you for it — to gratitude as a vibrational state: you become filled and radiate.

Here, our basic practice of the “Triune Inhale-Exhale” helps well, because when you yourself are filled, it becomes easier to transmit this not only to nature, not only to specific people, but simply to humanity as a whole.

But what a deep experience it must be when you feel this, it flows from the heart: “What happiness that I am here, what happiness that I can go to the mountains, dip my feet in the sea, listen to the chirping of birds!”

Surely such transcendent experiences have washed over each of you, most often when you were in solitude somewhere where no one distracts.

This is a deep experience that you live through and receive such an inner stamp. From this moment on, in your practices, you can not just give thanks for something, as everyone starts with, but in general transmit a feeling of supreme gratitude.

How to move from gratitude “for something” to gratitude as a state

We even have a separate Gratitude Tracker and a 21-day gratitude challenge, where every day you write down who and what you are grateful for and smoothly, gradually switch to a state of gratitude in general.

Gratitude for waking up, gratitude that your body is working today. For advanced practitioners, we add a higher level of difficulty here — being grateful for troubles, for some conflicts and scandals.

You can, of course, do this from the mind, but you need to understand the depth of what exactly you are grateful for in that moment. And this already requires a certain spiritual understanding and spiritual knowledge.

And so gradually you build this up.

If you choose from a variety of practices, the practice of gratitude in the morning and the practice of gratitude in the evening are something that should be in the must-have category, that is, they must definitely be present.

Start being grateful right now, participate in the Gratitude Challenge and mark it in the tracker when you have completed the practice. Registration in the Keys of Mastery Learning Center or authorization is required if you already have a personal account.

How to perform the gratitude practice

On the one hand, the gratitude practice is easy to master; on the other hand, it essentially rewrites your state.

In the morning, you enter a new day, no matter whether you got up on the right foot or not, healthy, energetic, not energetic — you switch yourself from one state, whatever it was, to a higher vibrational one.

And if you do it at night, it allows you to sum up the day and create a mood for where you will go at night, and how you will meet the next day.

There are several options for how to do it:

  • Write 5 points of gratitude in the morning and evening.
  • Do it through the basic practice “Triune Inhale-Exhale” — filling yourself with this feeling and sending it to the world.
  • Use the Gratitude Tracker to observe your changes.
  • Doing this in writing, orally, mentally, in practice, or in meditation — it doesn’t matter.

The main thing is to do it. Don’t skip it. Make gratitude a part of life, not just an episode. Then you will be surprised at how much your reality changes.

That is why in the practice system of the “Keys of Mastery,” gratitude always comes first. It is the entry point that everyone can start with.

Practices of acceptance and working with energy

Practice of acceptance. The difficulty of accepting “everything as it is”

The second most important part is acceptance. With acceptance, we have had difficulties, and we still do.

Why acceptance is so difficult

This ego-personal part in us is very strong; it wants everything to be “my way.”

But since circumstances change every week, just when you think you can relax, you have to figure out what is happening — whether the plane will depart or not, whether you will make it there on time or not, whether the road is closed or not, and so on.

We find it very difficult to readjust when everything turns upside down. You planned one thing, but got another.

Acceptance does not imply agreement. But the task for everyone, if we are talking about walking the path of spiritual development and aiming for 5D, is to learn to accept everything as it is.

And here lies the big trap. We have somehow learned to accept ourselves, more or less, perhaps because it’s talked about everywhere. But accepting when everything goes wrong, accepting that loved ones have the right to be who they want to be, accepting that your mother may have never loved you and never will, and is generally incapable of love and cannot give you something at 50-60 years old. Acknowledging that parents have the right to be so vile, malicious, unsupportive, and whatever else — that is difficult.

Because it is hard to part with the childhood illusion that you are supposed to grow up in a loving family that cares for you; it is hard to accept that a husband has the right to make different choices or make a decision without your consent.

But since everything inside rebels, a bunch of traumatized stories immediately surface, along with those horror stories: “I will be left alone,” “He will leave me.” Therefore, acceptance itself creates difficulty.

How ego-personal resistance works

Plus, in recent years, we have been living in a frantic world where absolutely everything is changing. And it is difficult to accept some global things, as well as simpler ones, like the fact that our world is imperfect. Spiritual development also imposes its own things.

Each of us has something to work on in terms of acceptance.

Acceptance is the recognition that the world has the right to be the way it is.

This must be acknowledged, and from this moment, shifts begin. Other people have every right to be exactly who they are. And you can choose whether you want to interact with them, whether such relationships suit you or not.

Acknowledgment is the starting point. Most people try to make a bunch of moves that come after.

The shift begins in only one case — with the acknowledgment — “has every right.” As soon as this happens internally, it is as if you move from one reality to another, and then the Law of Free Will and Choice comes into play, when you begin to choose according to your own needs.

Practice: “Breath of Acceptance”

The practice is very simple, called “Breath of Acceptance.”

It doesn’t matter what phrase you have chosen for yourself, prepared; you wake up in the morning, take a deep breath, and the inner motivation, the intention — the breath of acceptance — “I accept all the wonders that today brings me.”

In this way, you tune yourself, essentially paving the path through acceptance.

Here, “wonders” is a vague word; it can mean anything at all. The main thing is not to try to tune yourself only to positive events.

This is precisely a statement, a declaration of readiness to accept whatever happens. And then there is no longer that internal tension when everything goes to hell: you didn’t make it where you wanted, and so on.

You start the day with this. Then you do the practice of gratitude.

In terms of time, all of this will take about five minutes. But if you practice in this mode every day for a while, without skipping, in three to four months you won’t recognize yourself. You will become calmer, more balanced.

At that moment, you are essentially pulling yourself out of the vibrational level you are in.

Many are at the level of fear, apathy, or pride. At that moment, you are artificially switching yourself, lifting yourself up.

And then many issues are resolved more easily, and you don’t encounter some situations at all; they pass you by simply because you have shifted to a higher level on the vibration scale.

We have an Acceptance Tracker, a Gratitude Tracker, and a Practices Tracker so you can record them. Later, this becomes a daily practice that you do without even noticing you are doing it.

This is suitable for everyone and necessary for everyone, especially beginners.

Energy Gymnastics

To this group of simple and essential practices for everyone, you can add an energy component — energy gymnastics, which is included in the free introductory course “Basic Tools of Transformation.”

If you perform it regularly for some time, it allows you to stop leaking energy, feel this energy, and feel charged and energetic.

In addition, the Training Center “Keys of Mastery” has an introductory course “Basic Practices,” which includes our “Triune Inhale-Exhale,” a new practice for 2025, a nighttime practice, and work with the Pillars of Light.

This course is freely available; you don’t even need to register at the Training Center.

Depending on your level of development, if you are a beginner, it helps you tune in, get used to self-discipline, and start shifting, begin to feel better, happier, more comfortable, more harmonious, and so on.

And for the “advanced” — this is the prose of life that cannot be ignored.
