In the last 10 years, the word “chakras” has moved from being a term of ridicule to a generally accepted one. Nowadays, more or less everyone understands what we’re talking about.
But when it comes to a complete picture of working with the energy system, most people don’t have one. There are isolated pieces of knowledge — that the heart works with a toroidal field, that there is an aura, some channels, chakras.
I want to connect all of this into a single whole, but with an emphasis on the heart, so that you can have this complete picture.
The Toroidal Field of the Earth, the Toroidal Field of a Person, and Its Role
A toroid is a sphere, slightly flattened at the top and bottom, with a wormhole — a passage — in its center. The sphere is in motion because everything that enters inside comes out from the bottom and goes back around.
The most famous example of a toroid is the Earth’s magnetic field. During solar flares, magnetic energy enters through the North Pole and then exits from the bottom through the South Pole.
The Earth’s problem is that its axis is tilted, so not all of the energy that passes through actually gets inside, into the Earth’s grid.
And here, people act as a connecting element, because regardless of their awareness, they conduct this energy through themselves.
What doesn’t make it through the magnetic field (which, as scientists say, is currently shrinking at an enormous speed and becoming denser) is conducted through the human being.
The Principle of How the Human Toroidal Field Works
By analogy with the Earth’s toroidal field, the human heart has exactly the same shape — a magnetic toroidal field.
The HeartMath Institute has been working for many years. They have researched absolutely everything: how the coherent field works, how to build it.
In 2010, the first information from the HeartMath Institute appeared on Klyuchi. And that’s when we decided that we needed to breathe with the heart. The “Heart Breathing” technique was born.
The cosmic energy that comes from the Sun encodes, transmits, and downloads. It passes through the crown, through the energy channel built along the spine, then descends through the feet and loops back around.
Exactly like in the Earth, it exits through the North Pole and through the feet, and wraps around you from all sides.
For any person, this field extends to the width of their arms when spread out to the sides. But when you are stressed or in danger, it contracts very strongly. When you are soaring, feeling a sense of flight, it expands.
This is precisely why I can only do broadcasts in large rooms, because during the sessions, the energy expands in all directions and I practically capture all the surrounding space.
Now let’s add our structure here, related to how energy enters. We work with a large, powerful flow that comes through the crown, passes through the feet, and goes into the earth. Moreover, an equally multi-directional flow rises from the earth and goes upward.
If we combine this information — how we build our vertical — the energy flows in a powerful stream along the spine; in reality, it passes behind and in front of the spine; it goes through the feet into the earth, and from the earth it rises back up. From there, an ascending flow also shoots up from the earth. I call it the flow of manifestation in the “7 Keys of Awareness 2.0” course.
And here a vortex arises that captures absolutely the entire body. But this is not the final part, because part of the flow that passed through wraps around, part goes into the earth, connects with the flow from the earth, and begins to spin.
This is how vertical flows work.

What Influences the Size of the Toroidal Field Around a Person
Energy passes from above, but if you have blocks or obstacles in your chakras, the energy takes some crooked path, trying to break through. This can mean both an excess of energy and a lack of energy. The downward flow does not pass through.
It is in the first three chakras that there are the most blocks and distortions.
For years now, I have been reading Lauren Gorgo’s reports, and almost every month they talk about cleansing distortions in the first three chakras, because that is precisely where all the 3D programs were originally embedded, not by humans. As soon as a chakra begins to activate in childhood, the blocks are already in place.
When there are blocks in the chakras, energy tries to bypass them, moving not through a straight channel. What should be round, beautiful, and spherical will have distortions, curvatures, and imbalances.

The Toroidal Field of the Heart
The heart, like a person and the Earth, has its own field.
This is that very generator of heart energy that, since September 2022, I have been urging you time and again to activate.
One could probably conclude that this whole system is beautiful, that all these flows moving along the toroidal direction are precisely what nourish and fill the heart.
In reality, that was the case until September 2022, but then the crystalline field appeared, and most importantly, the energy generator in the heart was activated. At that moment, with your creator abilities, you essentially open a portal inside yourself, and energy pours out from there, passes through a small circle, and spreads outward.
Our task is to connect the vertical work, where we work through the crown chakra and through the foot chakras, with the heart energy generator.
This should become the norm of life. All practices tied to the heart should be the norm of life, a daily routine.
Take the introductory course “Basic Practices,” most frequently mentioned in group meditations and open broadcasts.
Switching to Working Through the Heart
Since September 2022, when the heart generator became accessible to us, we have conducted several group meditations dedicated to it, among others.
It’s worth noting that we began working with the heart from the moment group meditations appeared, back in 2012. Throughout all these years, we’ve been teaching you to focus on breathing through your heart. At the same time, we were building our vertical, three points: the heart center, the center above the crown — the Soul Star, and the center under the feet — the Earth Star.
Last year in the fall, when we launched a new stream of the course “7 Keys of Awareness 2.0,” it dawned on me: we have many practices, all of them connected to the chakra system, but their focus is not the heart. And we spent the entire stream reworking the practices in the course so that the focus would always be on the heart.
Whatever practices or energy work exercises you may have, it’s high time to shift them totally to the heart, especially if you are a practicing master working with groups of people.
And this should have been done yesterday, but you can still do it today, gradually preparing people, because the heart holds a key position in 5D reality.
Besides the fact that the heart is what unites the awareness of the lower energy centers and the awareness of the upper centers in the human body, it itself is a huge portal through which energy enters.
This is a portal, the Gate, that opens from within your heart and begins to work.
Simply put, while you are not in your body and your heart is switched off, you do not possess the ability to create, unfortunately.
Or rather, not entirely that you don’t possess it — it’s impossible to take away a person’s ability to co-create reality; they are a creator by nature. It’s just that when your heart is in imbalance, immersed in sorrow, sadness, irritation, hatred, judgment, self-criticism, or criticism of others, that is exactly what you create.
Take the free introductory course “Basic Tools of Transformation,” which includes techniques such as “Energy Gymnastics,” “Energy Fountain,” and others. To take the course, you will need to create a personal account at the Keys of Mastery Learning Center.
Jumping Jack Exercise for Activating the Chakras of Balance
Active arm swings activate this toroidal field circuit. There is a good, suitable Jumping Jack exercise, familiar to all of us from childhood.
Stand with your feet together, and then jump, spreading your arms and legs out to the sides.
It can be used to activate the chakras of balance: the Soul Star and the Earth Star.
If you have trained yourself to breathe through your heart, and during the jumps you can separately focus on it, then we get these three points of balance: the Soul Star above the head, the Earth Star under the feet, and the heart.
Those who love to dance, wave their arms, you are constantly engaging this field. But the energy emanates from the heart.
Imagine you have a spring there, and from the spring a puddle forms, then a stream flows. That’s the kind of source located in the heart. For some it’s switched on, for others it’s in a half-suffocated state, but this is exactly how it turns on and works.
A simple way — place your hands on your chest and breathe through your heart (our “Heart Breathing” exercise), but since everyone does it mentally, engage your body — breathe through the center of your palms.
Breathe in such a way that you feel warmth in your palms, the warmth of your own inhale and exhale.
It’s important to engage the physical body, because for most people everything is spinning around in their head, and together we are returning to the body, giving the soul the opportunity to be in the body, and not in the Soul Star.
Therefore, the more you engage your body in your practices, the better.
