Why and How. What’s wrong with these questions

We used to talk a lot about the question “why,” and then the question “how” was added.

Psychologists believe the question “why” is useless; it doesn’t point to a solution to the problem. Instead, they suggest asking yourself the question “how.”

But “how” isn’t the best option either. Find out what’s wrong with these questions in this material.

The Question “Why”

I don’t like the word “why.” It’s a word from the 3D level, a word often used in the vocabulary of a person with a victim consciousness: “Why are they doing this to me?”, “Why wasn’t I given this, why was it taken away?”, “Why is there such injustice.”

Behind the question “why,” there is nothing to help understand what this is for me. There is nothing useful behind it.

There are questions that help you find answers. But “why” is a question that leads nowhere. The main thing is, the answer to it won’t change anything in a person’s life; it is not a transformational question.

Forget the Question “Why”

Currently, this question is even harmful. The more you strain your brain right now, the further you are from the truth, from your higher aspects.

So, turn off your brain. If it’s not required for your survival or daily interaction—go there, do that—forget all the deciphering of “why.”

They don’t make a bit of difference now. Because it doesn’t affect either the amount of light your body can conduct or the amount of love that can be present in your life.

This word is secondary. Don’t waste your life on secondary things; focus on what is truly important right now. And that is health, light, love.

What’s Wrong with the Question “How”

In itself, it’s a good question, unlike “why.”

But I, for example, don’t live in the paradigm of the word “how.” It’s important to understand what you want to do and then see what options open up.

And the word “how” is a clever trap. Because usually, with the word “how,” you turn to your personal experience, essentially to everything that is loaded into your mind. And that is your personal memory, your experience. The experience of different incarnations in different times can accumulate there. But the main thing is, there is only what is in the mind, what you have loaded into it.

Accordingly, when you start looking for an answer to the question “how,” you take the pre-made templates from the past that are already in your mind. And essentially, based on the past, you try to build what you intend to do in the future.

What to Use Instead of “Why” and “How”

Now the old world has collapsed, and we live in a new world. You had plans, intentions, and goals that existed in the past reality. And now, in these new circumstances, without taking into account the changed situation in every area, you are trying to follow the old course.

Instead of the question «how», it is important to set a focus for yourself on what you want to do, in principle, and then keep looking at what opportunities, what doors are opening before you.

And there won’t be any specific actions there, because you don’t really know what will unfold. It’s impossible to come up with all the different options; just set this focus yourself.

And what questions guide you when planning and setting intentions? Do you use «how», set a focus, or perhaps apply something else?
