There are two opposing states: the consciousness of prosperity and the consciousness of poverty.
The state of prosperity is when I proceed from the premise that I have everything, I proceed from the fullness of all things.
The other is when I proceed from a place of need: from trying to fill a lack of what is missing inside — from the outside. I lack money, I lack love, and I try to manifest all of this in my reality.
Let’s talk about how they differ from each other and how to shift the focus from a state of poverty to a state of prosperity.
What is the difference between the consciousness of prosperity and the consciousness of poverty
Let’s look at an example.
The most common request is “I want love.” A completely normal desire for many.
But a lot depends on the focus through which we view this desire.
If I proceed from the consciousness of poverty, of insufficiency, then I will look in my surroundings for a person, in this case a man, who will fill my lack of self-love, my need to avoid loneliness, the fear of loneliness that needs to be filled, plus many, many accompanying factors. I will wait for someone to come and save me.
This is a state of need, a state of poverty: I am trying to attract what I am always lacking.
And, conversely, at the other pole is the state of prosperity, when I proceed from the premise that I am full to the brim inside, and then I share.
I am looking for a partner to share with him the love that is within me, to share affection, tenderness, care, attention, and involvement.
Did you feel the difference? Two states, two consciousnesses. The request is the same: I want love, I want to find a partner — a man. Two completely different ways of manifesting it.
In the first case, from the consciousness of poverty, we will attract someone with whom we will go through lessons, because we will repeat the same mistake.
And the other state is when you attract a person equal to yourself, who is also just as full of all those qualities and attributes that you have already developed and revealed in yourself, and are now ready to share.
The main difference between the state of prosperity and the state of poverty: either you share, or you consume.
And with consumption, many difficulties arise: most people do not admit that they are looking for something in order to consume.
I wanted to consume, not because I have been filled up, not because there is already so much love, generosity, and tenderness in me that I am already sharing it with everyone around me, and now I am ready to share it with one person.

Does a mixed consciousness exist?
A transition from one to the other happens. You are either in one state or the other, or you are trying to move from a state of poverty to a state of prosperity.
Above I gave the example of when we want love. The same applies to finances. There are many different themes — whichever one you take, it will always be either one or the other.
For example, you’ve worked deeply on the topic of relationships, the topic of love, the topic of interacting with people, and when this topic is worked through, you can be in a state of prosperity in that area. A woman’s heart is open – this happens naturally.
But in the area of finances, you may still be in a state of poverty, because before buying something, you calculate the finances: can I afford this, am I worthy, and so on.
And that’s exactly when imbalances arise: I’m ready to give to everyone, I’ll feed my husband first, then do everything for the child, and there’s no time left for myself.
Does anyone have this: in the area of relationships everything seems fine, but with finances – to your own detriment, spending money on yourself last?
It turns out to be layered: no matter what segment of life you look at, either one or the other can be present there.
The ideal option is when the consciousness of prosperity is everywhere.
The same goes for finances. A basic request like “I want to have more money,” or I want to have a prestigious job, I want to have something else – everything related to finances, career, business growth, for example.
Here too, the request can come from two different poles. On one side is the consciousness of poverty, and there I will try to prove something to someone.
For example, if I have more money, I can prove to my parents that I am someone. If I have a lot of money, I can prove to my business partners that I deserve more, better, and so on.
I am trying to prove with this money that I am better, more confident, more prestigious. I’m even trying to prove something to myself. Each of us has parameters in the area of money by which we evaluate ourselves.
If I have a prestigious job, a decent salary, everyone around looks at me and thinks “well, that’s great, awesome.” If this isn’t there, you, for example, suddenly went on maternity leave, or changed jobs, stepped down a rung, and after that it suddenly turns out that your self-esteem was entirely and completely tied to money.
Surely many of you are going through or have gone through a period when your self-esteem, and how you perceive yourself, your worthiness, your very self, are completely tied to money. This is all also from the consciousness of poverty.
And, on the contrary, from the consciousness of prosperity: I know for sure that when I need it, money comes from different sources. My task is to see this source and take some action. But I invest from what I have, from these finances.
It’s clear, if you live paycheck to paycheck, measuring out pennies to set aside something for your child, or to buy yourself a gift, this is still not the consciousness of prosperity.
Prosperity – I know for sure that I have these resources, if not – then they will come tomorrow, the day after, because I have a need for it inside me, and right away it all gets realized and manifested.
When you plan some project, it should be self-sustaining right away. If you spend money, it’s important to immediately find a way, or a source, that will cover it.
If I want to invest something somewhere, I don’t borrow from someone, but I invest because I actually have this money.
I myself decide to hold an open or closed broadcast. To give material for free or for a fee. I do this from a place of being able to afford it.
And another state. I want to grow, I want to develop, but I understand that to do this, I need finances, they flow in by themselves and multiply by themselves.
In this case, it is the hand of God, the Lord’s palm. From this series: I know that I can help many, many people if I do this, this, this with a generous hand, and not give alms.
For example, helping others learn to co-create their reality. That is also normal. And I am worthy of living my life in prosperity every day. Not struggling, not suffering, not blaming someone, but truly enjoying the prosperity of life.
These are two poles — the consciousness of prosperity and the consciousness of poverty. You either create from one state or the other.
If you create from a state of prosperity, then it is conscious creation, because you are truly aware. When you reach this point, there is no unconsciousness left.
Or you create from a state of unconsciousness, from a state of poverty. These are two focuses.
Most people, 98% of people, and most likely many more, create from a state of unconsciousness, from a state of poverty.

How to shift focus from the consciousness of poverty to the consciousness of prosperity
Every time, ask yourself the question: From what state am I creating? Why am I doing this? What am I doing this for? — This will help shift the focus.
To start earning, you need to stop spending. Not in the sense of not paying for anything, no, but to understand that any purchase is not an expense. It is not you tearing it from your soul and heart and giving it to someone, to some parasite who is profiting from you, but investing in yourself.
- I pay for groceries — I am investing in my health.
- I buy clothes — I am investing in my appearance, my image, in making the outer reflect the inner.
- I go to pay for the apartment — I am paying for my comfort. I am no longer “tearing it from my heart.” I am not giving something to someone out of thrift, greed, and so on — I am investing in the most beloved and dear person to me — myself.
If, starting tomorrow, every time you take out your wallet, purse, or credit card, you change the wording from “spending” to “investing” — you are mentally rewriting the program.
In what area of your life do you act from the consciousness of prosperity, and in what area from the consciousness of poverty?
