4 levels of transformation

Many people want to change their lives.

But few understand what a powerful process of transformation is triggered by such an intention.

In this article, we will look at the 4 levels of transformation, the symptoms that accompany it, and how to help yourself through it.

It is impossible, for example, to wake up one morning and say: “I am starting my life with a clean white slate. I am simply closing my eyes to everything that was in my life and starting a new life.”

Even if such an intention is voiced, it won’t work for one simple reason — any trauma, any painful experience or event that emotionally affected us at some point in childhood or later in life leaves its mark.

If such an event causes strong emotions, it is recorded in the subconscious and becomes a reference point. And it is simultaneously written into the cells and DNA as a strong emotional event.

And if a similar situation arises in life, the body automatically switches to protection mode.

The path we have consciously walked at that moment has no significance whatsoever, because subconscious reflexes take over.

What is Transformation

Transformation is a deep dive into yourself and a cleansing of the traumatized, painful aspects of you.

If you go through the process of transformation, working through painful reactions to traumatic events, when you remove them, these events do not disappear from your life, but recede into the distant past.

Emotionally, they no longer hook you; they become just a distant memory that has no influence on your current life.

You no longer act based on those automatic subconscious reactions.

You remember that it happened, but it no longer emotionally affects you or causes any painful experiences or sensations.

What Happens When You Heal a Trauma

Imagine that we are simultaneously living through many realities and timelines.

If we take the reference point — the moment the trauma was inflicted, then everything that came before, what led to it, and everything that came after — that is one timeline.

From this reference point, you move forward along a straight line, on which lies the past, present, and future.

If the trauma was in the past, what you are experiencing at the present moment are the consequences of this unprocessed trauma.

To heal the trauma, you make a decision, or feel a pressing need, to go through transformation, to rewrite your emotional reaction.

It is clear that rewriting the events that happened in the past is impossible.

But changing your attitude, your perspective on this situation, and re-evaluating it from the point of view of your current worldview is entirely within your power.

During this time, especially if the trauma was inflicted many years ago, both your worldview and your attitude towards life have changed.

And if you review everything that happened from this perspective, the situation itself won’t change, but your perception, your view of what occurred, will be completely different.

As soon as this is done, a second point of reference appears.

And then the timeline you are on no longer coincides with the straight timeline on which the trauma was inscribed.

There we had a certain past leading to that trauma, the trauma itself, and everything that came after.

As soon as you rewrite this scenario, your attitude changes, and you release the emotions locked in your body.

A new timeline begins for you, one with a completely different future.

And since the timeline is straight, the past will also be different.

Simultaneously living in several realities is a manifestation of multidimensionality. Read about this in the article “Returning to Multidimensional Consciousness.”

Then we get a situation where events in your life seemingly happened, but you recall them with difficulty, even if they were traumatic.

But not because you don’t want to remember them, but because it’s hard for you to focus and recall those moments.

The event itself becomes UNIMPORTANT to you.

How to Prepare for Transformation

You can go through transformation on your own or with the help of trainings.

If you initiate this process, be 100% ready for a deep dive into yourself and a review of all traumatic events.

Prepare for your perception to change. You are completely and fully shifting your worldview and way of seeing the world.

If you have expressed the intention to participate in such a training, or if you wish to go through transformation on your own, clearly realize that it is easy to start, but if you are not ready to see this process through to a result, it’s better not to begin.

Otherwise, all the unprocessed situations you’ve touched upon with this process will make themselves known.

You pull one thread, and behind it, a whole bouquet of problems, trials, traumas, and difficulties you’ve had to go through unravels.

Let’s use this metaphor.

Imagine an aquarium with fish that have been there for a good amount of time. The water is already murky, with food and waste lying at the bottom.

When you start the transformation process, it’s like stirring up the water in the aquarium, and the grime that settled on the walls and lay at the bottom rises to the surface.

You need to be ready for this. Nothing will be the same!

4 Levels of Transformation and Symptoms of Going Through It

Before you begin the process of transformation, know that it doesn’t just affect one single issue.

It happens on many levels at once:

  1. The Physical Level — the physical body.
  2. The Emotional Level — the emotional body.
  3. The Mental Level — thoughts, beliefs, habitual behavior patterns.
  4. The Spiritual Level — connection with spirit.

Sometimes only one level is involved. But most often, the transformation process engages two or three levels at once.

It’s rare for all four to be involved. But that shift in consciousness, that quantum leap, happens on several levels simultaneously.

Transformation on the Physical Level

On the physical plane, most often, chronic illnesses flare up, headaches appear, body temperature rises, and blood pressure fluctuates sharply.

Symptoms of colds or the flu may also appear. Even though, in reality, there is no illness at all.

You will feel pain in those areas of the body that are directly connected to the traumas you are working through.

If this process involves suppressed emotions or unspoken words, the throat takes a direct hit. This leads to problems with the bronchi and tonsillitis.

Transformation on the Emotional Level

If the emotional level is not worked through, it surfaces in the form of:

  • Sharp mood swings, increased tearfulness in women.
    Increased irritability.
  • Sinking into states where you feel abandoned, betrayed, or deceived.

Emotions locked inside the body, stored there for many years, come out with one single purpose — to be released. So don’t lock your emotions away.

This is a sign that cleansing is happening on the emotional level.

It’s better to have a good cry once than to swallow an insult or unspoken words. Because in that moment, they go straight into your cells.

These locked-away emotions later lead to an internal explosion and inappropriate behavior.

To prevent this, use your throat center more often.

If the person you had a conflict with is not open to a peaceful conversation or discussing the issues out loud, then write them down on paper. Pour it all out, don’t hold it inside.

Transformation on the Mental Level

If the transformation process affects the mental level — the level of thoughts and beliefs — you will experience a crazy amount of thoughts in your head that don’t even feel like yours, but you don’t understand where they come from.

This is a sign that the transformation process has touched the mental level.

Your beliefs may be called into question. You will start to doubt yourself: did I do the right thing? Is there even any point to this? Obsessive thoughts will appear.

Transformation on the Spiritual Level

Cleansing on the spiritual level is rare.

When you stop feeling a connection with angels, guides, you doubt whether you are going in the right direction, and whether you should have been doing this at all.

A deep inner disappointment sets in with the help and the path you are following.

Recommendations for Going Through the Transformation Process

If you are experiencing the listed symptoms, give yourself extra attention.

  • Set aside time to feel and experience this period.
  • Allow yourself to be vulnerable.

If the transformation is happening on the physical level, take care of your physical body.

Give yourself more time for rest, quality sleep, and for those activities and hobbies that bring you pleasure.

If it is emotions, allow yourself to feel them. But do not dive too deep, understanding that a cleansing and recalibration of the emotional body is underway.

If a feeling of abandonment or loneliness arises, accept that these emotions need to be lived through so they no longer appear in your life.

Mental Level

We do not control which thoughts enter our head, but we have 100% control over which thoughts stay in our head.

If obsessive thoughts, memories from the past appear, or beliefs about the rightness of your path are questioned, choose and decide which thought is worth digesting and focusing on, and which one to let pass.

How to Let Go of Obsessive Thoughts: 2 Exercises

Visualize or imagine a thought or situation that you do not like appearing.

Draw a thick red cross over it. There is no more access to this thought.

When an obsessive thought appears, say: “I have already thought this thought.”

This helps a lot to stop the endless repetition of the same thoughts.

Sign of Transformation Completion

When the transformation process comes to an end, remembering your past situation, you do not experience negative emotions.

Because all reactions, triggers, and thoughts have already been worked through.

It is as if it was part of your life, but so distant that only a faint memory remains, one you cannot even dive into because it no longer affects your life in any way.

This is one of the indicators of the effectiveness of your inner work. If something in life has been processed, it no longer evokes any negative emotions.

It is recorded in the memory files as a fact that this happened in your life.

But it evokes no emotions, including negative ones, and no painful memories.

This is what I call the term “to work through cleanly.”

It is a sign that you have COMPLETED the processing and put a full stop on the transformation.

Until next time 🙂

I call upon you to be the directors of your own life, rather than being led by outdated, traumatized subconscious reactions.

And may your mentors and Guardian angels accompany you on this journey!
