Outside the window, the bright sun is shining, the snow on the road is melting, birds are chirping… Only today I suddenly realized that winter is coming to an end, and ahead are two holidays — for men and for women )))
Which means it’s time to return to this topic again — after all, it’s spring!
This is exactly what we will be doing in the coming month at the Keys of Mastery.
Well, today I want to start with a question:
Why are there so few men at seminars? Is personal and spiritual development really only needed by women?
This is exactly the comment that appeared once again on the course “A Step to YOURSELF. A Challenge Every Day.”
And this is indeed the case. Wherever I go (and it’s all somehow related to spiritual development), the percentage of men is 10%, at most — 20!
In order to answer the question asked (you understand that this is not an idle question, but a “cry from the soul” — any woman wants to have a man nearby who understands and supports her. And where to find him?!), let’s look at how male and female energies differ.
What are the differences between male and female energy?
Female energy is the life principle, acceptance, intuition, the creative aspect, in a word, our “intuitive self.”
Female energy is the deep and wise part of our “higher self,” both in men and women.
Thanks to female energy, we are in contact with the source of higher Wisdom within us.
Male energy carries within itself action, the embodiment of ideas and desires (i.e., female energy) into material form.
Male energy is intellect, thinking, speech. It gives us the ability to act in the physical world.
The feminine principle receives cosmic energy, while the masculine principle within us embodies it through action in our world. Thus, the creative process is carried out.
We are all well acquainted with the principles of interaction between the feminine and masculine parts within us.
First, a creative impulse arises, an intuitive feeling — for example, an idea for solving a problem comes to us, or a vision of a painting appears. Here, our feminine principle is activated.
Then we react to the received information, then we solve the given problem or transfer our vision onto the canvas, i.e., the masculine principle comes into play.
Each of us possesses both masculine and feminine energy.
Moreover, if you are a woman, this does not mean that feminine energy predominates in you. And vice versa.
The modern economy has led to many women having to activate their masculine part/energy in order to achieve results in business and career.
But this does NOT change the essence: women (with predominantly feminine energy) have a closer connection to inner wisdom, intuition, and cosmic energy, which is why they are natural INSPIRERS!
And men (with predominantly masculine energy) tend to trust reason, analytical abilities, and ACTION more.
It is precisely such men who can be found at trainings on goal-setting, time management, and achievement.
Well, women are drawn to places where they can open up and use their heart and intuition to the maximum.

For harmony in life, your masculine and feminine sides must be in balance.
Read the article to find out what the predominance of “purely” feminine or masculine energy leads to.
Does this mean that men themselves are not interested in spiritual growth and self-development?
No. They just do it a little differently. Through results and achievements.
You can talk to men for a long time and enthusiastically about how great it is to understand signals and signs, to trust your own intuition… But until you give them real facts and your own results, they are unlikely to listen.
But if your breakthrough is obvious, a man will be interested in HOW you achieved such a result.
And then it will hardly matter whether it is a spiritual tool, an esoteric one, or one from the business world… The main thing is that it WORKS!
An appeal to all readers:
If you have similar experience in your life, write about it in the comments!
I could share my own experience, but you have already heard about it more than once on webinars. I think many will be interested to see your stories!
