In the materials of Lauren Gorgo, on which we based an entire series of articles, this mechanics is well illustrated. Lauren, besides the Soul, uses quite serious terms: Oversoul, Monad.
In the article, we will use words that are familiar to everyone and mean the same thing:
- Soul,
- Higher Self, which guides a person after they have awakened,
- and Divine Self.
These three stages are what you are moving toward, what you establish contact with, what you work with, and interact with. This is a hierarchical structure.
First, you establish contact with the soul, then you connect with it, essentially becoming so pure and transparent physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually that the soul can reside in your body.
Not broadcasting to you from somewhere above or sending signals through random conversations or meetings, but from within you. It becomes a part of you. This is the culmination of the first stage of the journey.
Beyond it lies the next. You begin to interact more closely with the Higher Self. Then, when a significant portion of the energy, the Light from your Higher Self, resides within you, you move to the next level — interaction with the Divine Self.

How the soul is structured and where to draw knowledge
Sources of information. Structure of the soul
The main goal of the soul is not just to live through another incarnation, but to accumulate experience and return to the Source.
To form some kind of base, a foundation, I recommend turning to such sources of information as Alice Bailey’s books “Esoteric Psychology”, “Esoteric Healing”, “Esoteric Astrology”.
The works of Alice Bailey are among the most systematic sources on the topic of the structure of the soul and esoteric psychology in the Russian language.
There is another amazing book — “Soul Integration” by Sal Rachele. This is the most detailed manual about the soul to understand how it all works.
Without understanding the basics, it is difficult to see your route. Awakening is the beginning of the path, and you need to clearly understand where you are going.
But since we are saying that you hear the call of the soul, you need to look at this topic not from the point of view of the ego-personality, the human, but from the point of view of the soul.
The soul incarnates again and again in different civilizations, on different planets with one single purpose — to return to the Source, to God, the Absolute — it can be called differently.
It cannot do this on its own, but only through those who are incarnated, goes through its lessons, gathers its light, learns to love.
In fact, the soul — something large, beautiful, dwelling at the level of 5D and above — again and again sends particles of itself into other densities to learn to feel: respect, care for itself, experience compassion, mercy, and so on.
This vast soul constantly projects rays of light, rays of itself downward. The process takes a fairly long time (18 months, as channels say), because it needs to descend into the third density.
This little ray of light is you. First, the physical body is formed, and you run around like a bio-robot, like many who are not yet awakened, with your dreams, desires, and aspirations.
But no matter what you do, there is a feeling of a concrete slab on your head. The soul seems to be there, but there is no channel with it. Because you are the first to send it a signal upward — I am here. And only then do you receive an answer.
Most often, you do not feel this slab, but when it falls, it is as if you are breathing for the first time, as if there is more space around you.

Prerequisites for mass awakening
Until the end of the 20th century, until 1987, the condition for incarnation on planet Earth was the agreement to experience pain and suffering. To awaken, one had to go through the deepest crises and pain.
Until this moment, according to information from spiritual sources and channelings, Earth was considered a prison, a planet closed off from everything. To break through upward, asceticism and complete renunciation of everything were required, which we know as monasticism. One had to believe very strongly and carry this divine flame within oneself to break through the veil.
In 1987, the greatest event occurred — the Harmonic Convergence, where, at the suggestion of Solara and Jose Gureles, a whole constellation of people, 144,000 individuals, was gathered to conduct certain ceremonies in different parts of the planet, which helped shift from this point. This was the beginning.
Then came the year 2000, the Millennium, when the alignment of Earth with the Center of the Galaxy occurred. The Great Central Sun, our Sun, and Earth aligned on one line, and streams of high-vibrational energy flowed onto the planet.
Moreover, at that time it worked through the Sun, like a step-down transformer, because these energies were not directly accessible; people were not ready to receive them. Only those pioneers who initially heard that all this needed to be done performed ceremonies.
This alignment, this leveling, triggered a chain of events; a window of opportunity opened when everyone who felt their soul’s calling had the opportunity to awaken.
Then the next event occurred — the anchoring of the New Earth timeline on 12.12.2012.
Everyone was so eagerly awaiting this moment back then, thinking that nothing more needed to be done. Many who were in the know were in this state of anticipation and delusion: some were afraid, while others expected to be able to relax and that everything would happen by itself.
But it turned out that movement was needed, both collectively and individually. At your own pace, but moving, connecting with your soul, helping it to settle into the body. And this is a matter of personal transformation, where you deal with your traumas, grievances, and shadow aspects.

Connection with the Soul
When you connect with your soul, your ego-personality completely capitulates. It does not disappear anywhere, but it is no longer your driving force. You look at everything through the eyes of your Soul — the wisest part of yourself.
At the same time, you may experience things, find yourself in some non-standard situations, and react in certain ways. This is what I call a processed person. But the reactions, feelings, and interactions will be different. And there will certainly be no petty grievances or aggressive attacks.
Because the wisest part of you, available at this moment, is within you. You are a single whole.
How connection with the soul occurs
Connection with the soul is a process of gradual awakening and alignment, at each stage of which your perception of yourself and the world, your energy, reactions, and sense of self change.
1. Soul’s control over the body (physical plane)
At the first stage, the soul “touches” a person’s physical life.
You begin to feel yourself as a separate individual, form habits, learn to manage your body and actions. The focus is on manifesting willpower, caring for health, and the ability to make conscious choices in everyday life.
Signs: a feeling of inner support, independence, and responsibility for your life appears.
2. Soul’s control over emotions
Next, the soul begins to influence the sphere of emotions and feelings.
In moments of crisis or searching for meaning, you consciously turn to the soul for support. Gradually, emotions become purer, inner peace and harmony appear, along with the ability to manage emotional reactions without succumbing to resentment and anxiety.
Signs: the ability to experience feelings consciously, reduce the intensity of negative emotions, and openness to compassion and acceptance.
3. Soul’s control over thoughts
When the emotional body is cleansed, the soul begins to govern the mind. Thinking becomes clear and calm, inner conflict fades, a deep understanding of yourself and the world emerges, and decisions are made from a position of wisdom.
Signs: a calm inner dialogue, the ability to quickly let go of old thoughts and beliefs, and the capacity to see a broader context of life.
4. Full alignment and predominance of the soul
Gradually, the energy of the soul aligns all three levels — physical, emotional, and mental. Your personality becomes transparent to the light of the soul, the centers align, and a new wholeness manifests.
Signs: inner unity, stability, maturity, a sense of one’s path.
5. Transfiguration and Unity with the Higher Self
At the final stage, the division between the personality and the soul disappears. You feel yourself not just as a human, but as a manifestation of the One Life, connecting with the Monad — the highest level of your being.
Signs: deep peace, a sense of unity with all that exists, living from inner Light and love.
The Main Goal of the Soul. The Spaceship Metaphor
Imagine a large spaceship. Shuttles constantly fly out from it to Earth. From each shuttle, an astronaut in a spacesuit emerges, who studies, explores, checks the gravity, how to jump here, walk, what can be done here at all.
Then the astronaut returns back to the base to pass on the acquired experience.
The astronaut is a particle of the soul, the base is the soul. When the astronaut returns to the base, the soul accumulates all the experience. If you add the “timeless” component, this happens for it constantly.
Every second, some person exits incarnation and returns back, carrying with them all their accumulated experience, all their skills. And thus the soul accumulates the experience of dozens, hundreds, thousands of its incarnations.
When a certain critical mass is reached, and in this case — the level of Light and Love in it increases, the soul rises one step higher.
And it turns out that this entire system — the Soul, the Higher Self, and the Divine Self — shifts. Everyone participates in this process, regardless of whether they succeeded or not, coped or not.
The main goal of all souls is to return
The soul has one goal – to return. First to become your Higher Self, then to become your Divine Self, and then to return to the Source. The goal of all souls is to return back.
This is the call we feel. But keep in mind one thing: until you send a signal yourself, no one except your Guardian Angels is interested in you.
