2.1. The original source of plasma
The primary source of plasma is the Great Central Sun. During certain astronomical periods (solstices, eclipses, portal dates), a special cosmic-galactic alignment occurs, allowing the “gates to open” for the influx of plasmatic energy onto Earth.
This energy arrives as a diamond-solar plasmatic stream, saturated with the consciousness of the Source, carrying activation codes for the evolution of the planet and humanity.
Solar flares and coronal mass ejections (CMEs) are the physical manifestations of the movement of these streams, serving as triggers for the release of plasma at the Solar System level.
2.2. Plasma’s penetration into Earth’s magnetosphere

5. Changing the Human Role in Interaction with Plasma
The material presented below is compiled based on an analysis and synthesis of Lauren Gorga’s monthly reports from 2020–2025. There is no hierarchy of stages in interacting with plasma within them — but a gradual expansion of the human role is evident (from receiver to integrator, then to conductor and generator).
For ease of study and self-awareness, this path is presented in phases, so you can easily see your current position and development perspective. This structure is an original synthesis, designed to make the process of plasma integration more understandable and practical.
Phase 1. Receiver: Biological Activation and Tuning into Plasma
In the first stage of interaction with plasma, the human body acts as a sensitive receiver of new energies. The main focus is not so much on conscious management of the process, but on the ability to allow these waves of light and consciousness to enter and begin restructuring from within.
During this period, cells, and especially mitochondria, begin to work like tiny solar batteries: they “light up,” actively absorbing the plasma that comes through the Sun and star portals. This process requires time and flexibility — the body and energy system “learn” to withstand the charge, seeking a balance between excess and lack of light. We experience a tuning phase where the “biological vibration” literally changes, and resonant things begin to “attract” to you: new food, new people, fresh spaces, life circumstances that support growth and adaptation.
The heart center plays a key role (the Solar Heart): it is through this that the main flow of plasma passes, creating a new toroidal structure that replaces the old “wounded heart.” This “Solar Heart Portal” is the main gateway, connecting a person with the energies of the Divine Creator and solar consciousness. Through it, Divine information is downloaded and transmitted into the body, consciousness, and psyche.
Plasma also activates crystalline DNA, enhancing the rotation of solar plasma light, which leads to an expansion of the Solar Light Body field and a deep connection with Divine Light at the cellular level.
Visually, Lauren describes this process as “a column of golden light descending from the Sun through open star gates, straight into the heart,” forming an expanded golden-rainbow toroidal field.
All of this is accompanied by periods of adaptation: the body, bioenergetic field, and psyche master a new level of electromagnetic functions, learning not only to receive but also to utilize and ground energy if overload occurs.
At this stage, a person tunes into a deep connection with the Sun and the Life Force of the Universe, preparing all their systems for further deepening of the process — the transition to the phase of integration and co-creation.
Signs and Symptoms
- Cells feel like tiny “solar batteries”: bursts of energy appear, an inner “illumination,” a sense of the body being activated.
- Energy ebbs and flows alternate, instability of electromagnetic functions — a person learns to “hold the charge” and ground energy during “short circuits.”
- A feeling arises that “the whole body is learning anew” — the process has its own “learning curve.”
- Cravings for living food, plant-based meals, water; a greater desire to be in the sun; interest in environments with high Life Force.
- Heart activation may be observed (heat, tingling, an inner “focus” of attention on the chest area).
- A feeling that the body is restructuring, balance at a new level is achieved with difficulty — “stabilization” does not come immediately.

Phase 2. Integration and Revitalization of Plasma in the Human
Next, plasma ceases to be only an external energy and becomes part of the “living light” inside the body and around it.
Plasmatic energy (Living Light) penetrates every cell, becoming a constant nourishing medium, a part of the body itself, “binding” biology, energetic structures, and the Higher Self. Integration requires a minimum — acknowledging the existence of Living Light as part of one’s nature, learning to “let it in” to the physical Temple, feeling connected to the Wisdom of the Great Mother (Earth), the Divine Mother (Spirit), and the Cosmic Mother (Soul).
The central mechanism becomes the work of the “Sacred Fire”, which is a continuation of the plasmatic Mother energy:
- This Sacred Fire burns in all three main centers — in the head, heart, and Hara center, manifesting as liquid (plasmatic) light that is “born” from the “Womb of Life.”
- The liquid light, passing through the Womb chakra/Hara center, fills the physical body with Life Force, providing real energy for creation.
- To use this energy, it is enough to consciously activate it — through thought, intention, an inner call to “turn on the Sacred Fire.” The more often this is done, the more vividly it is felt that life itself “comes alive,” and the ability to shape a better outcome becomes the new norm.
Plasmatic “nutrients” become the foundation for “opening the Heavens within the body” — triggering the alchemical process of transfiguration:
- The body shifts from carbon-based to crystalline, forming the Light Body, transitioning into a new dimension of stability and radiance.
- In this process, the person is “washed by the amniotic waters of the Soul” — feminine, gentle, supportive frequencies that are necessary for Divine transformation.
Alchemy of the Body: From Carbon to Crystalline
The culmination of the stage is “reunification with the plasmatic content of one’s Soul (the Cosmic Egg)”: here, a person is reborn, “but not of this world” — returning to the state of Spirit manifested in matter. This is a transition from the status of a “potential carrier” (Star Seed) to the state of “star-born”: not just to store the seed of galactic essence, but to allow it to manifest, to embody one’s star light in this world.
The integration phase is not only about saturating cells with light but also about restoring the ability to create from connection with the Soul, Spirit, and Earth.
The person no longer only receives plasma but makes it a living tool: feels, nourishes, activates, shapes space and events through the conscious “revitalization” of the Sacred Fire and work with plasmatic light on all levels of their nature.
Signs and Symptoms:
- A feeling of the constant presence of living light in every cell of the body; the “light” is also felt between the cells, permeating the entire being.
- Quick access to intuition; the “wisdom of the Soul” seems directly available.
- The “Sacred Fire” ignites in the body: sensations of warmth, current, vibrations in the head, heart, and hara center (lower abdomen).
- Easy activation of energy by intention: it’s enough to call upon or internally “turn on” the plasma to feel a surge of strength, clarity, and inspiration.
- In life, a feeling emerges that “everything is coming alive,” the flow of synchronicities and vivid events intensifies, and you feel yourself in the “dance of the Universe.”
- A sense is born of “I am a spiritual being embodying the Soul here and now,” a feeling of renewal, a new perspective on your capabilities and tasks.
Phase 3. Collective Integration and Holding the Plasma
With the accumulation of personal maturity and critical mass, a person’s role shifts from an individual integrator to a holder and transmitter of plasma for the entire planetary field.
Now, when enough embodied Souls are able to withstand the powerful waves of plasma light, we are not only immersed in the “embryonic waters of the Soul,” but we also become conductors — facilitators of these frequencies for the entire Earth. Every physical body that has learned to hold these energies becomes an anchor point for the whole Earth: “when we hold these energies in our physical body, we simultaneously hold these energies for the body of the Earth as well.”
During this period, a person not only integrates but also helps open portals, “blazing” new paths for plasma where there were none before.
This collective holding of energies and the synergy of many individual efforts creates a quantum shift for the planet and launches accelerated processes of building a new reality.
Signs and Symptoms:
- Even very powerful waves of light, which previously would have caused overload, are easily withstood and assimilated.
- It is felt that the plasma “passes through the body,” and that this flow supports not only yourself but everything around — as if energy is being “transmitted” through you for others.
- A feeling arises that “you are part of a collective task,” increasing the desire and need to unite, be a support, and hold the field of a group or family.

Phase 4. Generation and Creative Co-creation with Plasma
In the final stage of interaction with plasma, a person becomes not only an integrator but also a generator, an active source, and a creator of a new reality.
In the body, a new plasma-based biotechnology is forming (the “New Earth spacesuit”): a hybrid structure capable of sustaining life both in dense and in higher worlds. Plasma becomes the primary nutrient medium, the Food of the Soul, completely transforming previous biological limitations: the need for dense food disappears, and energy comes directly through connection with the Source, through creativity, service, and abiding in Love and Light.
A person begins to consciously work with plasma — generating and radiating plasma from within, through the activated toroidal field, forming a “fountain of light” capable of changing both their own and the collective reality.
Now, the possibilities of creation, materialization, restoration, and healing directly depend on how well a person can receive and stably hold cosmic frequencies (Love-Light, plasma) in their body. Lauren emphasizes: “the quality and constancy of the Light” become the main condition — it is precisely how “purely” and “without distortion” we conduct this flow through ourselves that determines our ability to work with the “database of Creation.”
At this stage, more and more people reach the point where their inner Light meets their capacity for Love — and the real process of physical transfiguration is triggered. This is a real restructuring of biology: the bioform becomes the first “true value,” the temple of the new world.
As soon as the transformation of the body into the Light Body is completed or stabilized, the manifestation of everything else begins: “real life” is built on the basis of renewed DNA, at the level of new vibrational coordinates. The more “spiritual substance” (plasma) is embodied, the less external support and physical nourishment is required — the body feeds on Light, becomes more crystalline and flexible, opening the path to true freedom and creative autonomy.
Everything a person creates reflects the level of their activated Light Body — manifestation becomes a direct function of the inner state, the purity and wholeness of the Heart. It is physical transfiguration and an open heart that become the gateway to the “real Eden,” where it is possible to create anew without looking back at the past, where external reality becomes a natural extension of the deep, spiritual essence.
Human as Embodied Light: A New Level of Creation
For the first time, a person is not just working with plasma, but becomes it — embodied Light, creating their life and New Earth from a state of wholeness, maturity, and deep Love.
This path is not just a change of states, but an evolutionary transformation: a person travels the path from a passive receiver to a generator and co-creator of the new reality, revealing ever new levels of strength, responsibility, and depth of participation in building the New Earth.
Signs and Symptomatology:
- An inner feeling of “fountaining” light: energy emerges from within, there is a sense of an inexhaustible source.
- The ability to radiate plasma appears — a feeling that light “exits” through the crown, the poles of the body, the aura expands, becoming dense and stable.
- A physical sensation of transitioning into a new state of the body: it becomes “crystalline,” light, flexible, less dependent on food, and recovers faster.
- States of ecstasy, euphoria, and “bliss” may occur.
- A need arises to regularly ground yourself, spend time in nature, and maintain a connection with the body and the earth.
- The need for dense food practically disappears, the body becomes “saturated” with plasma, and lightness and uplift are felt.

6. Practical Recommendations for Working with Plasma
1. Acknowledge the presence of plasma within and around you
The first step is conscious acknowledgment: Plasma is a living medium already permeating your body, cellular structure, and field. Simply agreeing internally with its presence is enough to begin integration: “I acknowledge the living light as part of my nature, it is within me, I am open to its action.”
2. Work with the heart center and Hara
The Solar Heart is the main portal for receiving plasma: Focus on the heart area, imagine or feel a stream of light coming from the Sun (or the Great Central Sun) through the crown directly into the heart.
