This is a continuation of the article about raising vibrations and shedding the density of the physical body.

On the relationship between density and vibration level
The faster the rotation of cells at the atomic/subatomic level (that is, the higher the rotation speed of the body’s “building blocks,” the higher the vibrations), the slower you feel inside.
That is, the higher your vibrations, the more you slow down inside.
A logical conclusion follows from this. When you are in a hurry, when you are swept away and cannot stop, it means your internal processes are too slowed down. And therefore, the amount of density increases.
And vice versa. The higher the rotation speed of the atoms in your body’s cells, the slower you are inside. The more density there is inside you, the more linear you are, the stronger the position of “I won’t believe it until I feel it” is manifested.
The lower the rotation speed of the body’s atoms, the lower your vibration. Density slows things down.
Light increases the rotation speed/flow rate.
Density indicators
1. Stuck on the past, escaping into the future
The slower and denser the rotation, the faster you are, the less you are present in life.
The art of being in the here and now (in the present) is very difficult to master.
When you meet people, it is easy to determine how dense or light they are. A huge number of people, including the elderly, escape into the past. They are not in the here and now.
Being stuck on the past is one indicator of density.
The slower the rotation speed of your body’s particles, the greater the density of your physical body, the more the speed (chaotic nature) of your thinking increases, and the less you are present in the now.
Young people have a different problem – they escape into the future. Escaping into the future is also an absence from the present, a drain of energy.

2. Active mind
The denser you are, the faster and more reactive your mind becomes, and the more pronounced your ego.
Thus, the speed of the mind’s reaction serves as another criterion for determining the level of body density.
Learn to shut down your mind and not fall for its traps. Stop indulging the mind’s endless questions. Learn to accept any current state you are in (“today I feel like crap” or “today I feel amazing”).
Do not stop trying to turn off your mind, which tirelessly masturbates over various thoughts, ideas, searches for evidence, and so on.
A reactive mind is an indicator that the density level of your body is very high. Therefore, the main tool for raising vibrations is slowing down the mind.
Slowing down the mind is the first signal that:
- your vibrations are rising;
- the rotation speed of your body’s particles is increasing;
- you are establishing a connection with your soul, your Spirit;
- you are beginning to hear your intuition.
Without a calm mind, none of this is possible.
Start by stopping the chatter in your head. As long as you have a reactive mind, as long as your internal mental dialogue does not cease, as long as you shame, berate, blame yourself, or replay in your head what “bastards they are,” you remain in a constant negative state.
At the same time, you can meditate from morning to evening, read smart books, and do everything else, but the result will be negative, not even zero. Because you haven’t taken the first step – reached the stage of calming the mind.
There are many ways to calm the mind (for example, daily meditation on a candle, listening to relaxing music with nature sounds).
Choose the method that suits you.
When the mind calms down, you can consciously switch your frequency, i.e., consciously slow down. When you slow down internally, you experience a feeling of happiness, harmony, silence, and peace. In other words, your vibrations rise.
The ideal option is when the mind “does not think.”
Along with the slowing of the mind, the speed of reaction slows down, or the reaction disappears altogether. Behind every reaction there is a trauma: there is some sad experience, you are “triggered” and you become emotional.
When traumas are healed, you do not react – you feel. Behind feelings are sensations of the physical body, not traumas or beliefs.
To activate the sensations of your body, you need to restore connection with it, learn to hear what it wants.
When you consciously launch polarized energies in the opposite direction, when your heart takes precedence over what the ego/mind says, the rotation of your merkaba is activated.

Ways to raise vibrations
1. Body care
An upgrade of the body is impossible without maximum care for it. Take care of your physical body, do not abuse it.
This requires setting priorities.
Your body requires your immense participation, your immense support. If you do not support yourself, do not help yourself, no one will do it for you.
At the same time, the majority (even among the project’s audience) continue to criticize, bully, and diagnose themselves. Enemies do not treat you the way you treat yourself.
Often, one who considers themselves enlightened and sits in spiritual practices destroys the instrument (the body) that allows them to become themselves, rather than a set of programs and roles they play.
2. Allowing yourself not to engage
The reactive mind often provokes pointless actions. This does not mean you should be inactive.
Be active, take action.
Many suffer from thinking too much and doing nothing. As a result, the body suffers, responding with various illnesses.
At the same time, the current processes related to the restructuring of the body are not about what you do. They are about what you allow to happen.
You allow yourself not to engage in the nonsense your mind babbles. For this, you can use different tools.
For example, the technique “I have already thought this thought,” listening to mantras, music, etc. – anything that allows you not to spin “that” thought in your head.
Continue using the tools until you learn to be so transparent that any thoughts (as well as your own and others’ emotions, energies) pass through you, without clinging to anything or settling inside you.
The most important thing is allowing the ego to yield the reins of control, to let go of its grip and control.
Where there is control, there is no allowance for processes to occur. There, the ego, through the mind, tries to dictate its terms – “I need it to be my way.”

3. Peace of mind as the key to the I Am presence
“The effect of this state of mind is peace of mind. It is the key that opens the gates to the I Am presence (to the monadic presence in the brain).
Through this holy Trinity (thalamus, pineal gland, and pituitary gland), permission is manifested for the Christ-stream to penetrate and illuminate the physical body.” (Lauren Gorgo)
Thus, your cells flash, practically becoming illuminated with light. Therefore, it is precisely a calm state of mind that is the key for your I Am presence to be established in the brain.
Then the thalamus, pineal gland, and pituitary gland enable the flow of Christ-consciousness to penetrate and illuminate the physical body.
When your mind is not calm, but reactive, your body retains density. When the mind calms down, then the three glands of the brain become capable of transmitting through themselves a stream of the highest level of consciousness, i.e., they allow this stream to penetrate the body.
“Then you emerge from fears, and an internal and external balance between mind and body appears. This allows the frequencies of God/Cosmic Christ-consciousness to penetrate your body, your life, and the Earth as a whole.
When the mind attains peace of mind (and this became possible thanks to the upgrade that occurred with the heart), the body begins to receive the necessary flow of genuine nourishment through the Gate of God in the center of the brain.
When you attain a peaceful state of mind and heart, this begins to transmit peace into your bodily temple. You achieve a harmonious state of the entire body. Then various processes begin to be activated in the cells.” (Lauren Gorgo)

4. Nature as an activator of awakening
In fact, there are many different things that encode, awaken, and trigger processes within you.
For example, ordinary diamond sparkles on a calm water surface also transmit the diamond codes of Christ Consciousness. Note that such things evoke sensations in you, not emotions.
Another example. According to Jason Estes, the vertical trees you observe while walking through a forest organize and structure your brain. Therefore, to bring order to chaotic thinking, it is good to go for a walk in such a place.
When you need to balance your emotions, it is good to spend time by the water.
