How to get everything done while staying in a state of flow

All this year we have been learning to live in a state of flow, not only to enter it but also to act, taking into account the increased eventfulness.

The question arises — how to get everything done and not clutter your path with countless tasks. In this article, I will share my secrets.

How to catch the wave

There are people — waiters, who sit and wait for things to happen on their own. Being in the flow is not about that. I would rephrase it — catch the moment, catch the wave.

I always have a to-do list; some things we manage to do, some we don’t, and those stay on the note. This is how I catch financial and accounting waves.

I am not good with math; I reconcile numbers very poorly, I lack perseverance, I want to give up everything, but sometimes I need to sit down and reconcile all the data.

But there are moments several times a year when purposefulness, focus, and concentration appear, and I feel all these numbers. I wake up in the morning and realize that this is it, and then I immediately crunch a huge number of different spreadsheets in advance and do all the other financial tasks.

Because I know this wave, as it came, so it will go.

Similarly, we entered a powerful flow in February, and a new course appeared; then the energy was not fully spent, and cards appeared; then it poured into another project — a new course appeared.

As soon as I feel that a wave has come, I always have a list of what is unfinished. And I understand that I will have 2-3 days to do it. Do you have such lists?

It is clear that when you have a critically important task in front of you, you do it.

The main thing is not to be a waiter who sits around all the time, waiting either for it to happen on its own or for it to somehow unfold by chance.

To be honest, there are a huge number of people among you — projectors, who keep waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, and actively talking about it. But after some time you meet them, and nothing has changed.

Therefore, the main thing here is to maintain balance for yourself.

How to form a list of unrealized ideas

Now there are a huge number of different services where you can create checklists and mark what has been completed.

We used to have foreign services in the project, where you could set up a calendar and assign tasks.

But even now you can assemble a single tool from different ones.

It is important to understand that these are not unfinished tasks for which energy was given, but you did not use it for its intended purpose. In such a case, you usually get a powerful kick.

Time management in the sphere of spirituality

There are many different training courses on time management itself, including free ones.

For example, in the topic of business, it is important not just to make a to-do list, but to prioritize tasks that lead to big money.

For us, something slightly different will be relevant. For example, prioritize those tasks that allow you to remain in harmony, balance, and resource.

It is not enough to just make a list; it is important to set priorities. Therefore, first of all, work on priorities. Otherwise, it seems like you cleaned up, cooked food, and did laundry, but what needed to be done was not done.

But I am not a time management specialist; I am a multitasker who can switch between different tasks. This is not a very correct method, but thank them (the higher powers) for prompting.

Eat the elephant piece by piece

It happens that you have a lot of things planned, but everything is at a standstill, and you just can’t get started.

I repeat the phrase “you have to eat the elephant one bite at a time” over and over.

Many people have this problem. When you take on something big, the ego-personality part starts to tremble, and all the unprocessed parts rise up — “I can’t handle it,” “I won’t make it,” “it won’t work out.”

So if you need to go a long way, break it down into parts: get to the bus stop, take the train, go to such-and-such a place, do such-and-such a thing. Those who have hiked long distances, gone on camping trips, you know: get to point A, then to point B, and so on, until you reach the finish line.

We physically know how to use this. But the problem is that we have virtual experience and physical experience; many skills from physical life are not transferred to the virtual, and vice versa. The data exchange between the two is disrupted.

Stick to your focus

Society also often pushes you toward the goal you set for yourself. But this can throw you off balance if you have slowed down for your own reasons or are guided by your inner vision.

When we released the “Chakras. Energy of Life” cards, we needed to test the delivery. We sold the first batch, and questions immediately flew in: “when will it be on Ozon,” “when will it be possible to buy for those not in Russia,” and so on.

I slowed them down because we have a sequential plan. I deliberately spaced everything out over time, because this is not the main activity; the work on the courses hasn’t been canceled.

The course streams are a priority; after that, I planned to smoothly ease into weekly broadcasts.

But people will demand from you: “come on, come on, right now.”

This is why you need to remain in your own vertical, with a built-in inner core, and in your individual time.

People can do or say whatever they want; you clearly see your focus, your priority, and you move in that direction. It is good when this comes not from the mind, but is born as an impulse from the heart. Otherwise, external things will constantly tear you apart: something is always happening, you are always being distracted, you are always being switched.

You were about to get down to business, but you went on social media, did something around the house, then the child came. These are banal, elementary things. Everyone knows them, but who does them?

Plan ahead. Lengthening the planning corridor

Who noticed that the planning corridor has lengthened?

I never knew what I would be doing in six months, but now I understand that I need to schedule the entire next year, otherwise we won’t fit it in time.

We have started working much more deeply in the courses with the same materials. There is a need to re-record the course “7 Keys of Awareness,” and this can be implemented no earlier than next year.

Therefore, track how your plans are going ahead, whether everything fits, because the depth now is colossal in any sphere or topic you might touch upon.

Dose the flow of new things

Comment: “I realized that I am very tired of new things, without a break”

New things also need to be dosed. But the question is whether you have the opportunity to slow down a little.

Many people have trouble entering a state of flow when there is no drive, no inner fire, or when someone lacks desire. This is all interconnected, as the lower energy centers are damaged.

Here, it is the opposite: when you enter this state, it is hard to stop yourself to allow yourself to lie down and sleep or eat. In this state, all physiological needs are switched off because you are, in a way, possessed by the good.

This is such a powerful flow that everything else falls away and becomes insignificant.

What helps you maintain your focus, direction, and get everything done?
