When a certain period in your life comes to an end, you need to reclaim your energy — close the energy loops so you can move forward anew, with a clean slate.
Find out in this article when it’s best to do this and how.
When You Need to Close Energy Loops
You need to close energy loops during times of change in your life, or before the end of a certain period, including a calendar one:
- before the start of the new year, including the planetary new year, which begins on July 26,
- before your birthday,
- after the end of a relationship (divorce, breakup),
- quitting a job, changing careers,
- moving to a new home, city, or country.
Regularly do a life review, especially if you still have negativity, pain, disappointment, or some unpleasant experience inside.
What does it mean to still have it? You still feel it, it weighs on you. All these past experiences guide what will happen in the future.
So the simplest mechanism is to find the pearls of wisdom.
How do you find them, what do you look for? You compare your current self with yourself in that state and see that you have gained something. Any negative moment has a positive sign because you have gained some experience.
As soon as you have seen that experience, accepted it, and thanked it for the lesson, the wisdom you ultimately received, that’s it — consider the pearl found, you can move on. You won’t have those loose ends left.
Next comes a total cleanup of loose ends.

What an Energy Loop Is on an Energy Level
An energy loop is everything you interact with, everything you encounter. There are particles of you everywhere. That’s how the energy field works.
The simplest example: if you buy a used item, some piece of technology, it doesn’t work for you.
A person had a working phone or tablet, decided to change models, gave it to you, you take it, and everything glitches and doesn’t work. Because the owner put so much energy into it that it interacted with them.
Everywhere you direct your attention and energy, everyone you talk to, there are energetic pieces, energetic aspects of you, they remain there.
And you need to bring them back because your energy is leaking there. You sleep, you don’t think about it, but since all these things store your energy and fill your space, your energy flows to them.
Therefore, it’s useful to periodically structure and clear your space: your home, your computer, your inner space. And also close unfinished business.
That’s why, for example, before the New Year, before you sit down to plan, manifest intentions, or voice desires, you need to create a space for them to flow into.

How to Close Energy Loops
1. Make Room for the New
Clear out the space so that something new can come in. If we’re talking about physical space, give away or sell things you don’t need, anything you haven’t used for at least a year.
Info-business gurus advise selling old things. There will always be someone who will buy them.
This allows energy to circulate throughout your home. When you give something away, energy flows back in. Usually, money comes in, and new items and things magically appear, precisely because you’ve cleared the space.
It’s the same with relationships and different situations. You find pearls of wisdom, let go of grievances, and in doing so, reclaim the energy you invested every time you thought about it.
2. Perform a ritual to reclaim your energy
If you have strong self-belief, simply say the phrase: «I reclaim it!»
If you love rituals, hold a ceremony with a lit candle with the intention of reclaiming your energy from that thing, relationship, situation, or experience.
Fire has a cleansing effect, it transforms, burns away all negativity, releasing a huge amount of energy.
At the same time, you need to be truly ready to let go of what you are saying goodbye to.

3. Be ready to accept something new
When you’ve cleared the space, it sometimes happens that nothing new comes in. The question is: are you ready for it? Whatever you’re planning, whatever you want to do, a state of inner readiness is a very important element.
If you’re aiming for something grand but aren’t ready, the changes won’t happen. Usually, there’s no readiness because there’s a small part of you inside, a shadow aspect, that is afraid of these changes.
Find that part, figure out what’s stopping you from accepting something new, and embrace the shadow aspect.
When readiness to accept appears within you — energetically, morally, emotionally, mentally — it will manifest in your life.
