Cultivating Initiative, or the Core Principle of Building Communities in a New World

Sometimes a whole topic for conversation is born from a single question. A participant of broadcast #8 Ask KM, on 01/20/23, asked a question (for which we are grateful to her): will Jason Estes come to Russia to plant trees with biophotonic spheres.

This turned into a whole topic — how to grow a community based on the principles of a creator-human, a generator-human.

You and I have entered a reality where if you don’t get off your ass and do it, no one will do it for you. Initiative and participation from everyone are important. Such communities are thriving right now.

We are used to sitting and waiting for someone to do something for us, create it, bring it. And often it doesn’t even occur to us that we can take the initiative into our own hands and create something ourselves. For some, this manifests in everything in life; others are “consumers” in small ways without noticing it.

Therefore, we decided to cultivate initiative within our community at the Keys of Mastery training center.

What do biophotonic spheres and Jason Estes’ tree-planting project have to do with this?

Example of implementing the principle of initiative using Jason Estes’ community as an example

I have been following Jason Estes’ tree-planting initiative for a whole year. They go out in separate groups to specific locations on the planet and plant trees with Source Seeds biophotonic spheres. These spheres help transform 3-D energy. Fruit trees begin to bear fruit earlier.

You can learn more about this project on his website.

Hence the question arose: “Will Jason Estes come to Russia to plant trees?”

No one owes anyone anything. If you want such trees to be planted in your country or city, take the initiative. Organize this process.

Anyone can buy these balls and plant a tree with them (remember that international payments and delivery from abroad do not work in Russia).

Or another option: you take on the obligation to plant 10,000 trees and sign a special contract. But this requires coordination with the city administration and resolving many issues. Those who agree to plant 10,000 trees are provided with these balls, and there is help and support through a donation system.

And for everyone else, there are two participation options. One of them is to donate money, which is then used to buy balls and send them to the organizers. If you cannot participate in any other way (go plant), you have the option to sponsor.

And the second option is to plant a tree and take photos from different angles, then post them on the website. Anyone can send love — a love donation. This way they help the trees grow.

This is a good example of how to build your community. It is important to nurture initiative not as a way of forcing “go do it and then you will be given.” But when you have a desire that appears and is born from within to do something.

Nurturing Initiative Using the Example of the Keys of Mastery Project Community

I look at this process from the perspective of an organization, what I can bring to my community.

In the Learning Center of the Keys of Mastery project, we created a reward system. When a person performs certain actions, they later learn that they have been awarded a status or a medal.

It would have been possible to motivate them to go and do it, and you will get a reward. But this is a 3-D world, so we took a different path.

If you want 5-D, you take the initiative yourself, and something comes to you. This is exactly the principle we implemented in the community. When you do something, take courses, write reviews, and then, for example, 10 stars fall on you because you are awesome.

If you have your own community, note that this is exactly the principle you need to implement and cultivate in people.

For many years, we taught you to apply. Take a certain practice and apply it. If you failed, take the tool from your suitcase that is necessary for the situation and apply it.

Plus the Circle of Light, which gave the opportunity to feel each other.

The focus of this year in our project is cultivating initiative in the community.

From consumerism to initiative

Most people engage in consumerism. They come to broadcasts, listen, but do not give feedback on what they liked or disliked.

The manifestation of consumerism can be noticed in basic things. I noticed this in myself too, that I watch various technical videos but do not like them. So I created a separate account to leave comments and like videos.

Taking initiative is an important step. This is the principle of the new community.

I have seen this in other communities as well, when they cultivate this part — the desire to share something, to take initiative, but not out of a sense of duty, but from within.

This is important because we are used to living in a passive mode. For example, I have an active mode at work, but in some things — a passive, consumerist mode.

We are used to sitting and waiting for someone to do it for us, or for it to happen on its own, to appear, but it is important to take the initiative yourself.

This concerns your life as well, and if you are in some community (you need something, don’t wait for it to appear, but try to do it yourself or somehow participate), and also if you have your own community. Such communities will thrive.

Especially if you consider yourself an energy generator, a creator, it is important to switch from passive mode.
