In the first part of the article, we discussed the process of depth and expansion itself and which aspects of worldview it touches upon.
In this article, we have separately highlighted the topic of thought processes, namely how they are restructured from linearity to depth.
We have already spoken more than once about the role of the mind in the new reality. Read about the principle by which the new type of thinking works and what to do in case of mental overload.
Nonlinearity of thinking and the impossibility of returning to the old
Our mind, or more precisely, the thought processes occurring within it, continue to undergo changes.
Where there used to be linearity, when you reflect on a topic, sort through options, and ultimately arrive at something, it is no longer there.
Now, there is increasingly a starting point, a direction where the thought has run, but you do not always arrive at something sequentially or logically in the end.
Old programs continue to be rewritten, and the mind each time seems to try to throw you off a cliff. In this process, the mind plays the role of a saboteur, a pest, by only traveling along well-worn paths, pulling information from the past, and pressing on pain points.
Thinking becomes completely nonlinear, and speech as well. Words suddenly start to rearrange themselves, or the sequence is disrupted, because consciousness is expanding.
The mind tries to play the old game: “let’s replay with you for the hundredth time a long-played game of chess or checkers.” But this no longer works. Therefore, each time, find these points of falling into the old reality and, with the help of a conscious decision, switch.

Basic Mind Settings
In the process of switching from the mind to the heart, it is important to understand that we do not completely turn off the mind. This is not an either-or choice. The issue is the ability to switch, the integration of mind and heart.
The role of the mind is that it responds to the commands of the heart, returning it to its basic settings.
The task of the mind is to perform its direct function — to process information, not to overthink, not to retrieve experience, not to dig into the past.
Like a calculator — it has multiplication, division, addition, and so on. You set the task that needs to be performed; these are the basic functions.
But we have developed it to the point where it is mostly used for purposes other than its intended one. Just like the ego — a defense mechanism that helps survival, fear — also a defense mechanism that helped physical survival. But throughout the existence of humanity, they have acquired a fantastical significance. Now the task is to reduce all these functions to the basics.

“If you need to live with your heart, does that mean the mind is not needed at all? Will it atrophy? What to do?” In the article, you will find the answer to this question.
Emergence of Depth in Understanding Oneself and One’s Thought Process
Now the sense of oneself and one’s thought process is changing very quickly. If before we could scold ourselves for not knowing something, now there is an understanding, a perception of oneself from the point of view of depth.
It is as if before we looked at the surface of the water, and everything seemed like one thing, but when this depth appeared, in which algae grow and fish swim, but until you put your head down, it is not visible.
And now much is being revealed that you didn’t know about yourself.
The operating principle of the new type of thinking
Nonlinear thinking may have manifested in you before; this is a new type of thinking.
I’ll explain using a smartphone as an example. On your smartphone, you have programs installed, many of which, if you haven’t disabled them, run in the background.
If there are many apps, and you use them actively without closing unnecessary tabs, this consumes RAM, and over time the phone starts to slow down.
Similarly, many processes are now running in the background for us. You think about something, essentially planting a seed, and since the “off” command hasn’t been executed, the background tab isn’t closed, and the process continues to run. It pulls in information — you read a book somewhere, heard something somewhere else — and eventually it surfaces in your mind. As I say, the seed has sprouted.
This is a multifaceted process that consumes a lot of RAM.
Therefore, it’s important here to “turn off” in time anything that could knock you out of your vertical and lead you in an unnecessary direction.
On one hand, we have entered a state of heightened creative potential, but at the same time, purity of intention and clarity of focus are very important. In itself, this is already a challenging task.
It’s important to track the emergence of creative energy in conjunction with the thought process, which feeds new thoughts and ideas and leads through long associative chains, resulting in a pearl at the end. These transitions cannot be predicted by the mind alone.

What to Do in Case of Mental Overload
Due to all these processes, the mind can become overloaded: overanalysis, constant dwelling in thoughts.
How does unbridled indulgence in thoughts manifest? A thought comes, latches onto another, you start spinning it, and before you know it, a whole world has opened up inside, even though you were actually about to wash dishes or clean up, and in the end, you forgot why you approached the sink.
There is too deep an immersion into the mental world. This moment of slipping happens unconsciously.
In such cases, switch yourself to the heart, by focusing on the heart, through breathing through the heart. Center yourself this way and then return to your tasks.
Because the hints given to us from above by our own higher aspects are intuitively felt as inner impulses; they are in no way connected to the mental thought process.
On the subtle plane, everything has long been clear and understood; for our higher aspects, the old world is closed, and they begin to actively broadcast the new, showing possibilities.
But when the mental plane is completely overloaded, or you are all in a rush, all in business, in a hurry, and there is no opportunity to pay attention to anything, you simply miss this new thing that should come.
