We talk a great deal about the present moment, about the importance of being in the “here and now.”
In this article, I want to look back several years to show how higher powers brought us back to the present on the level of all humanity.
Read about the simplicity of the present and what opportunities being in the current moment, without escaping into the past or future, opens up for you.
The Value of the Pandemic Period, or How Higher Powers Used This Situation for the Growth and Development of All Humanity
During the first lockdown, most people in the world found themselves confined to their apartments, except for those who were lucky because they lived outside the city and had the opportunity to go out into the yard, onto the street, and breathe fresh air.
Many people found themselves in a confined space with their families. How many divorces and relationship breakups followed after that? People were left to their own devices: no need to go to work, unable to leave the house. Not everyone found it comfortable to be with the people next to them. And, in particular, with themselves.
This was the first revelation, a large-scale turn inward on the level of humanity. The first moment of imprinting and fixation, awareness and acknowledgment of the point where you currently are.
Some discovered they were living with people who did not resonate with them at all, but the race for survival had prevented them from realizing this.
Some people got completely lost during this period: relatives are annoying, it’s impossible to be in the same room with children for so long.
Some discovered they had not taken financial care of themselves. Some were supported at work both morally and financially, while others realized they needed to quit due to terrible treatment.
This was the first global stopping point for us to look inside and honestly admit to ourselves where we currently are.
Anchoring in the Present Through Illness
Those who have had the trendy illness will confirm that anchoring in the present occurred.
I fell ill myself, and it brought the realization that we had spent a lot of time talking about how important it is to be in the present, not to escape into the past or future.
There was no strength at all, exhaustion, many things fell away: whatever one thought about, whoever one needed to write to or say something to. It all became so unimportant; all that mattered was just breathing, moving.
And at the same time, it was accompanied by a state of the deepest immersion into oneself, the deepest anchoring in the present moment, which I personally had never experienced before.
It was an entry through the physical into the same theme, into the deepest present.
After that, everyone had their own personal processes related to anchoring in the present.
Responsibility and Sovereignty — Two Signs of Anchoring in the Present
Even if you lived in the present before, all these situations showed that layers we had not paid attention to are opening up before us.
This is a time when we realized the importance of taking the maximum level of responsibility for your life. There is only me, and everything depends only on me.
You act from a state of sovereignty, self-sufficiency, rely on yourself, and know that you can handle everything. This is not a burden or an action from a victim state. It indicates that some energy has been withdrawn from the past.
Relying only on yourself, and accordingly taking responsibility for your life, is also one of the signs of anchoring in the present.

The simplicity of the present and what prevents you from staying in it
But the most important parameter of being in the present is simplicity. The mind complicates everything.
Inner silence can be called inner simplicity. You engage in mundane, elementary things. No global plans, no memories of the past. Complex structures dissolve and disappear at that moment.
You are in enjoyment of the moment, and the depth of feeling this moment is astounding. The mind has nothing to complicate in such moments. But if only elements are added: relatives arriving, correspondence with someone, the structure becomes more complex, and this immediately manifests through a restless mind.
If something happens, accept it as a fact. This is the tool to stay in the “here and now.” If you can acknowledge it, you do so and move on; if not, learn to let go.
You may not like it, but you must learn to live with it. If you don’t, your mind becomes cluttered, stored up, and complicated. At the same time, we categorically lack this ability to let go.
If we acknowledged things as they are, we would have a next starting point to move forward.
For example, you encounter deception in a relationship, lamenting that you are not loved, not appreciated, and so on. But all that is unimportant. The only important thing is to acknowledge the fact that this person is a deceiver towards you.
And then there are none of those structures that would complicate everything: “if I hadn’t met him,” or “if I hadn’t believed or done something, everything would have been different.”
Acknowledging a fact requires nothing from you, but it does require honesty. Learn to live with it somehow and draw some conclusions.
Nothing is eternal except our soul. People in our lives are temporary, situations are temporary, everything is temporary. But we become so attached to everything and want to hold onto it all, diving into the distant past, dragging it along with us.
There are many reasons to follow the mind’s lead and step out of the present. Therefore, don’t complicate things, accept things as they are.

Interactions with People from the Present Moment
In psychology, there is a concept called a reference point — a point of origin.
For example, among your acquaintances, there is someone who once let you down. And every time you meet them, you’ll have a certain grimace on your face — you’ll always remember that they let you down.
Even if you no longer have emotions about it, you’ve processed it all long ago and learned to live with it, you still remember it every time you meet them.
Imagine what a piece of past life accompanies you each time. And what if it’s a long-term close relationship, where people have lived together for decades? How much has been experienced, how many grievances, how many claims. No wonder that in every conflict situation, all of this resurfaces — so much has been accumulated.
But what if you start each meeting with a person from a clean slate, without expectations, without that past experience, as if you’re seeing them for the first time?
In essence, that’s what we do — we are born anew each day and we die. But if we then reproduce the same thing over and over, it turns out that nothing changes.
If you understand this, you can create everything from scratch every day by activating your ability to create. But for this, you need to be totally in the present moment.
The metaphor of the barrier gate
For three years, we were taught, smoothly but through quite extreme situations, to be in the present moment and accept what is happening to us. I have a firm conviction that higher powers used this pandemic situation to anchor us in the present.
Imagine there is a certain barrier gate that does not let through anything untrue or from the past. The main factor is being in the present, joy, receiving pleasure — what could be called high vibrations.
Because only when you are in the present can you access the functionality of a creator.
If you sit in the past, run into the future, or do not allow yourself to be yourself — you are not let through the barrier gate.
Beyond the 3D game, everything is the eternal now. And for three years, we were so beautifully groomed for this purpose. During this time, we all underwent a very serious metamorphosis, regardless of whether you engaged in practices or not.

Why it is also important to be in the present
The response to what you send out into the external world has become almost instantaneous. A huge number of people repeatedly reproduce Groundhog Day and negativity.
There is now accelerated manifestation. But the problem is that people manifest what they never wanted. They pour it out onto the recipient, it does not reach them, and it returns back, causing illnesses.
What a huge number of people sit and internally digest nasty things: “you disappointed me,” “you offended me,” “my world will never be the same.”
Manipulations haven’t gone anywhere, your task is not to engage in them. Give thanks for what was shown and move on, then think about whether it’s yours or not.
It’s impossible to clear the space when you are stuck in thoughts and emotions about the past, or conversely, in plans for the future (will it work out or not).
All miracles begin to unfold when you are in the present.
Review your life over these three years, and you will see how you were anchored in the present, how those threads connecting you to something in the past or to plans for the future were untied.
This is a whole system, built by our higher aspects, to lead to the understanding that it is important to enjoy simple things.
Higher forces use any situation for us to look inside ourselves; they do not provoke these situations, but use them so that you receive a powerful impulse for transformation and development.
At this moment, it is connected to being in the present and using your power as a creator.
