To enter a state of neutrality, you must release attachment to outcomes, judgments, and emotional reactions, observing thoughts and feelings without engaging them. Its gift is clarity, inner peace, and the ability to respond wisely rather than react impulsively.

We live in a world of extremes, of polarity: good-bad, black-white.

Most people on the planet, apart from these polarities, see nothing, not realizing that between the extremes there exists, at the very least, a third thing.

Noticing this third thing and subsequently creating something new is possible only by being in a state of neutrality.

Read about the difficulty of achieving this state and how to enter it in the article.

Why it is important to practice neutrality

Being in a state of neutrality will be useful both for those who have never done anything, any practices, and for those who have long been “in the know.” Because each of us has something to work with.

To begin, discard all theories, everything that was important and valuable, in order to look anew from scratch at what is happening, unfolding around you.

And here the state of acceptance comes into play. When you practice acceptance, it smoothly flows into neutrality.

Many of us have lived in the mind for a long time, some still continue to live there. But when you switch inward, into the heart, updated programs located in the head join it. And something third, balanced, is born.

But this can only happen in a state of neutrality, only in a state of absence of polarity.

It is very simple to check if you have polarity inside. If you believe that there is right, there is wrong, there is good, there is bad, light, dark, you are in a state of polarity. And you perceive the world through the prism of this polarity.

This is normal. We have lived for millennia in a 3D world, where everything was built on contrasts. As humans, we love to get stuck in extremes. There is black, there is white, and what is in the middle, we do not notice.

How to switch to the absence of polarity, to a state of neutrality

The first step is always acceptance

Here the principle of acceptance comes into play.

Accepting something is the first step. Always. Because you acknowledge the fact. You are not required to agree with what you accept, nor is approval required; you simply accept that it exists.

And only when acceptance has occurred, movement begins from that moment. Events start to change and unfold.

Before you lies the remote control of life, but until you accept this, you cannot grasp that remote. You walk around, but only aggravation, burden, and resistance occur, leading to inner turmoil, and as a result, you become ill.

Neither an external force nor “they” are to blame here; it is about you.

Where and into what you invest your energy

There is statistics showing that only up to 12% of people are capable of accepting what happens as a fact. Everything else is rejected. And it turns out that all of life is an eternal struggle.

What are you fighting against?

Let me remind you of the main rule when interacting with energy. Where you direct your attention, there you invest energy, and it multiplies. Many see only one side of the coin when they like something. You invest energy and attention, and it multiplies.

But in reality, the opposite happens. You dislike something, you don’t accept it, you condemn it, you emotionally pour all your energy into it, and then you wonder where it all came from in your life, why it overwhelmed you.

This is the life scenario of most people: “I was thinking so positively, why?” You may have tried to think positively, but you invested your energy where your emotions “ran.” And they ran toward what you cannot accept.

For the most part, we cannot accept serious things.

For example, many people participate in meditations for peace. A seemingly noble goal. But if we talk about peace, there is always a flip side — war. After all, we live in a world of extremes.

There is peace, and there is non-peace (war, struggle). There are always two extremes when you invest in one thing. You invest “for peace” because you do not accept war. It evokes anger, condemnation.

For the most part, we invest in what we dislike, what outrages us, thereby strengthening and feeding it, and on a global, massive, collective scale.

That is why it is necessary to enter a state of acceptance of any circumstances, events around you.

What is the gift of neutrality

Acceptance does not mean I support this, I agree with it. It means — I acknowledge that this exists.

As soon as you step away from these extremes, you find yourself at a midpoint and stop investing in what you truly do not want for yourself or your children.

But imagine what a global process this is, affecting every single situation in life.

So if you don’t accept something, that’s a reason to work on it.

This is the general course along which you can choose to go. The set of tools you will use to learn acceptance, to enter a state of neutrality, is huge.

Every day life presents situations in which you either accept or do not accept.

This is the gift of neutrality, because you stop investing in what you don’t want, you stop reinforcing what you don’t want.

You can neutralize this in only one way — by accepting that it exists. This does not force you to love it, choose it, agree with it, or approve of it. It is a simple acknowledgment of the fact that it exists.

Why does that which is so hard to accept exist in the world

“To know that you can do it and you don’t, because if something exists, it exists for a certain reason.”

Jason Estes

This is difficult because we consider ourselves know-it-alls. It’s hard to admit to yourself that you don’t know what you don’t know.

And if I don’t know the reason why it exists, that doesn’t mean there isn’t one. You don’t need to pick at it, dig into it, but you need to accept that it exists.

In our world, there is nothing that is not needed by someone. As soon as we, as humanity, stop needing something, including for growth and evolution, it disappears.

Many get stuck on this: “How can I accept that so much cruelty exists in the world?”

So just acknowledge that it exists. It exists for a specific reason. And there is no need to dig into that reason.

Your task is to do inner work on yourself. And as soon as you switch to a state of neutrality on a certain topic, and the more people do this on a given topic, stop feeding out of good intentions what they do not want, then it will disappear from the world.

Because there will be no point for it to remain here. Everything that could be taken, we have taken.
