Anchoring a desired state, feeling, or positive experience is one of the simplest ways to attract a necessary state into your life on a permanent basis.
Read on to learn how and in what cases to use this method, as well as what you need to adhere to for the technique to work.
When you work with negative beliefs and limiting programs, one of the steps will be their elimination. But the freed-up space must definitely be filled — with another program that will work for your benefit.
The best option is a combination of a specific positive formulation of your new program and the state you want to be in while doing so.
Your inner state is an important condition when shaping your new reality. And one way to tune in and feel this state is to anchor it.

How to Anchor the Desired State
For example, you want to feel from within that you are worthy.
Any feeling can be “anchored.” To do this, you need to catch it once.
Regardless of which feeling you want to anchor, you have experienced it at least once in your life.
In our case, this is the feeling “I am worthy.” Remember when you felt this.
Usually, this is some kind of emotional event. It suddenly appears inside — like a flash, an insight. If it suddenly happens, and in some brief moment you feel it — anchor that state within yourself.
To do this, use any symbol. Make it so that this state is associated with a certain symbol for you. Right then and there — catch the state and overlay the symbol onto it. Some people pick up a coin, others draw pictures. It could be music.
Take whatever symbol your subconscious throws up and overlay it onto the feeling, so that this symbol embodies that state for you. And when you lack this state, provoke it, at first artificially.
This symbol will be directly linked to the state you need; it will be its anchor. And you anchor it within yourself, directing your attention there.
You wake up in a neutral state, recall the state first thing in the morning, tune in, and go about your day. The more often you tune into the state you need, the faster it becomes ingrained within you.
There is another approach, common among non-spiritual people, where they start copying something.
For example, you want to be rich — feel from within what you feel when you are rich, dress in expensive clothes, imitate a rich person. This also works for imprinting, but it is a slower path.
Take the meditation “Anchoring the New Earth” to attune everything that drives you to your current level of consciousness; to start the process of aligning your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, values, and motivations with your current level of consciousness.
How It Works and Why It Is Important to Give Yourself Time for Integration
What happens when you attune to the right emotion or state.
If you do this regularly, an energetic attunement occurs. You draw the desired state into yourself, and at some point a breakthrough happens. After that, the desired state is imprinted from within.
It’s also important here to follow the rule of “one step at a time.” Imprint the desired states inside yourself one by one, in sequence, because time is needed for integration so these breakthrough moments can solidify.
If you jump from one thing to another, integration doesn’t happen, and nothing gets imprinted inside. You might reach this state, but then it’s back to a flat road, or a drop down, and it doesn’t repeat for a long, long time. This points to one thing — that there wasn’t enough time for integration.
