Lately, I’ve been receiving a lot of questions about the heart and the mind, specifically: “If we need to live from the heart, does that mean the mind isn’t needed at all? Will it atrophy? What do we do?”
As you can see, there’s been a bit of a mix-up in concepts. In this article, I’ll share information from one of the spiritual sources, Lauren Gorgo, which contains the answer to this question.
Read on to discover the conditions that will allow you to achieve the union of heart and mind as a dual processor.
“The past solstice marked the ascension of the mind, while the equinox was the ascension of the heart. This is the anchoring point of freedom from mental suppression, which allows us to rebuild the channel of the divine masculine in purity and attunement with the divine feminine.
The ascension of the mind provides the opportunity to connect with the ascended heart, and this opens the passage to diamond consciousness, the consciousness of the higher mind. We need to rewrite the cognitive processor so that it is attuned to what we know as the dual mind-heart processor.”
To do this, three requirements must be met.
Three Conditions for Uniting Heart and Mind
Condition #1 — Release from Old Dogmas and Beliefs
“Release any old dogmatic belief structures that prevent us from thinking flexibly in attunement with our heart.”
The word that immediately comes to mind and is not in attunement with the heart is “should.”
This is the first thing you try to let go of when you enter attunement with the heart. The mind says, “I should.” “Should” always comes from the mind. But what does the heart say?
Learn to feel inside whether you want to do something or you’re doing it because you should. Often, when we experience emotions around the word “should,” it’s something imposed from the outside. It’s a belief system that dictates how we should act.
Not could, not would like to, not choose, but should. So, replace it with “I choose.”
This is a colossal difference. “I should” implies “I don’t want to clean right now, but I have to live up to the role of a good housewife. So I’ll crawl home from work exhausted and be Cinderella, washing and scrubbing, and my loved ones won’t even say thank you.”
But when you come home full of energy, look at the mess in the house, and choose to clean because you want to, that’s a completely different story. It’s your choice; you want this.
There’s a lot of “should” around raising children (a good mother), this conformity dictated by society, “should” around being a wife — what a good homemaker should be like, and so on. You need to free yourself from this.

Condition #2 — Synergy of Mind and Heart
“The reunited structure insists on synergy and co-creative functioning of each individual processor as a single whole. This means that the processes of the mind must fully align with the processes of the heart and vice versa.
This new processor honors both processors: the heart and the mind, both individually and synergistically. This means that separately, each processor functions independently.
But at the same time, each individual processor amplifies and strengthens the commands of the other processor, providing a huge boost and increase in the transmission power of cosmic frequencies.
This means that the disconnection between the mind and feeling is healed, filled with wholeness into a unified, harmonious, collaborative state of cooperation, based on a genuine alignment with the template of our original soul.”
In simple terms: there is the mind processor, and there is the heart processor. They must act as one whole. The heart supports the processes that occur in the mind, and the processes of the mind must support the commands that the heart gives.
This does not mean you need to throw away the mind and be reckless, they must work synchronistically.
The answer to the question: the brain is not discarded or thrown away.
There is no other way up to connect with your higher aspects, to contain the Higher Self, and for some, the Monadic Self in the body, than to establish this connection between the mind and heart.
Practices of connecting thought processes and feeling will help with this. Both are important and must work in cooperation in a harmonious manner.
Condition #3 — rewriting consciousness
“In order to achieve this synergy of mind and heart, it is necessary to rewrite consciousness. So that the higher mind prevails over the lower mind (ego), to ensure that each soul self is a pure space, in order to enter the vessel of the creator.
This means that we will be able to transmit from different aspects of our soul and monad, when higher galactic missions of service call us to apply various gifts of the soul.”
How to rewrite consciousness? This needs to be done in everyday life, in ordinary life situations. A situation arises, it hooks you, infuriates you, what do you do?
There is a habitual system of reaction, a reactive construct. You act the way you did during the period when you first encountered this. There are those who constantly throw hysterics, there are those who proudly remain silent, there are those who immediately explode. And what do you do?
To rewrite consciousness, you need to break this construct. You reacted in the old way, caught yourself doing it. Will you behave the same way next time? If yes, then nothing is changing for you, nothing is being rewritten.
This is a colossal daily work on yourself. Many ignore this and sit in their bad or not-so-good state. The choice is yours, how you will act.
