Celebration of the winter solstice 2019

Congratulations on the winter solstice! This is a special day when we collectively draw a line under the past, gather our “collection of experience,” and learn to let go of what has already served its purpose.

This broadcast is dedicated not only to summing up the year but also to giving ourselves permission to start a new cycle with lightness, gratitude, and freedom from old limitations.

What the broadcast was about

  • Why the winter solstice is the time when one big cycle ends and the vector for the next six months is set
  • How to avoid getting stuck in old scenarios, learn to truly let go of disappointments, “mistakes,” and even past victories, so as not to carry unnecessary baggage forward
  • Why you should create your own personal “history museum”: acknowledge and leave on its shelves everything that was important, difficult, bitter, or joyful
  • Practice: a visualization — you enter a hall of your memories, look at your personal relics with gratitude, leave old rules and beliefs in the museum, and then walk out “light,” ready to write a new chapter of your life

Zero Point Connection Meditation

Meditation goal: To gratefully complete the past, release the “baggage,” and allow yourself freedom, lightness, and new dreams.

In this practice, you journey to your museum of history — a spacious hall where memories, lessons, roles, achievements, and failures stand on pedestals. You stroll through, observe, thank yourself for everything you’ve lived through, and leave on the shelves what you no longer wish to carry into the future. If you’re ready, you even “hand over” the old rulebook — your instruction manual for living in 3D. You return to life with a feeling of freedom, lightness, and openness to the new.

Key steps:

  1. Close your eyes, imagine yourself in a museum or collection hall
  2. Carefully “examine” all personal experiences: achievements, roles, failures, grievances, victories
  3. Thank yourself for everything that was, release the heavy, leave your past on the shelves
  4. If desired — leave the old “book of life” to begin writing a new one
  5. Exit the hall with a sense of relief, joy, freedom
  6. Take a deep breath in and out, return to life in a new state

For self-reflection

  • Which “exhibits” from your personal museum are ready to stay in the past?
  • What are you grateful to yourself for this year — and what do you want to release forever?
  • Do you have any “old instructions” or rules that no longer work for your new life?
  • What feelings arise when you allow yourself to start with a clean slate?

Can you return to this practice?
— Yes, come to your museum whenever you feel it’s time to make room for something new.

What if it’s hard to let go?
— Allow yourself to simply “place” the heavy on a shelf, rather than getting rid of it right away — it will gradually get easier.

How to reinforce the feeling of freedom?
— Remind yourself each time: now you are free to choose what to fill your new chapter with.

May this day be a new start for you. Allow yourself to leave the past with respect and love, and step into the future light — with faith in yourself and inspiration for change!
