Every period brings its own tasks. The summer of 2026 vividly brings out two key trends — expansion of perception and resetting to zero.
They can manifest in completely different ways: through inner tension, unexpected changes, the loss of familiar supports, or a desire to go beyond old scenarios.
If you understand what lies behind these processes, it becomes easier to see in what is happening a direction for further growth.
In this article, we will look at how to recognize the action of these trends in your life and use them as an opportunity to reach a new level of development.
Trend 1. Expansion of perception
Default adaptation mechanisms at the subconscious level
I have given the example with renovations many times, and it is very universal: instead of looking at what you can do in a new way in your home, you first, when buying some item, try to squeeze it into what you already have.
A great deal of attention has been devoted in recent years to this skill — teaching yourself not to squeeze something somewhere.
From the very moment of our birth, people tried to fit us in somewhere, to squeeze us in. It is fortunate if you are very young and were lucky enough to have conscious parents who did not do this. But for most of our audience, the story is different.
First, they tried to squeeze us into kindergartens, into the rules that exist there. Then they tried to fit us into what happens at school.
Even all the work with psychologists was previously aimed at one thing — to help a person fit into society, so that they would not be a black sheep, would not stand out. You also had to fit into the framework of your family.
And in the end, this fitting in, adjusting, adaptation, when you give up part of yourself because there is no other way to integrate, is written into us from within by a huge number of default mechanisms that operate automatically.
They have become so cemented there that we do not even realize them. And at the subconscious level, they continue to operate.
This is well tested with everyday examples. You bought some new item, and the first thing you try to do is fit it into your existing little wardrobe. Who acts like that? Instead of, for example, doing it differently: you liked some item, and you build your new wardrobe around it.
And here it does not matter what limitations you run into — financial or some other — it is written into us by default.
When you have bought something new, you bring it home — let it be a frying pan — you try to shove it in where the old one already is, rather than throw absolutely everything out and replace it with the new.

The importance of expanding consciousness
But the same thing happens to us in life as well. We try to cram, to squeeze in instead of moving toward expansion of perception.
Moreover, at the level of information, at the level of theory, we know that we need to expand, to go beyond the limits, the boundaries of the possible, to expand our consciousness, to raise our vibration level, and so on.
All these words point to expansion. And if you were asked, you’d wake up even in the middle of the night and answer: “yes, yes, yes, of course we should.” But it just doesn’t survive a reality check.
In life, we try to cram a new thing, a new purchase, a new tool, something else new into the way things were. Instead of looking at how to do it from scratch, imagining that there is nothing, would you act the same way or somehow differently?

Limitations in relationships, work and finances
Then you remember that you need to start as if from scratch, as if you had no circumstances at all, as if you were limited by nothing.
We often hit a wall with the topic of relationships. Surely I’m not going to tear apart a relationship over such a trifle, or change jobs just because something like this happened in my life? Or because I keep running into a limitation in the form of money?
In the end, it turns out that you’re sitting in this glass with very rigid walls. And if before there were at least some external circumstances that also take their toll, because you’ve been hemmed in on all sides by various limitations, now we hit a wall with our own ideas about something.
And instead of moving toward expansion of perception, we very quickly follow the path of contraction.
Tension as a signal for change
That’s why one of the tendencies of this summer will consist precisely in this.
Whether it’s interaction with certain people, relationships with loved ones, or simply some area of your life, wherever there is this rigid structure, that’s where you’ll feel pressure and very powerful tension.
Listen to yourself and remember where you feel this tension.
Tension is a most powerful signal and hint for you.
This doesn’t mean that you need to immediately, for example, run away from a relationship, or do something else that drastic, quit your job — that’s not what this is about at all.
This is about how your ideas about something (about reality, about other people, about the world as it should be, about loved ones and about yourself) have already gone stale, and you need to turn toward expansion.
Voluntarily, mind you, because when you don’t do it voluntarily, the process intensifies and accelerates. You feel even more pressure, even more tension around various topics.
So look at what old things you’re clinging to and not letting go of. And most importantly, how long has it been since you did something new. After all, it’s the simplest tool, but a very rich one.
How long has it been since you did something new?
How long has it been since the last time you did something new? And it doesn’t matter what it is. A new type of travel, new versions of your commute to work, dressing somehow in a new way, getting a new hairstyle?
There should be something new every single day — something we haven’t tried before, something we haven’t done before, and the WAY we haven’t done it before.
Can you imagine what an activation of the soul’s gifts, what an activation of star memory is available this year, and what powerful restructuring is happening so that this something spiritual can be embodied in matter.
Trend 2. Resetting to zero and autonomy
The second trend is connected with resetting to zero — for example, losing a job, losing income, losing something you held onto tightly, and then it was taken away.
The key question, if we look at it from the perspective of the energies unfolding in 2026, comes down to autonomy.
Autonomy, sovereignty — these words seem so spiritually esoteric and disconnected from life.
But if you’ve latched onto something external, and it disappears, we call that a reset to zero. Reset to zero, and you start from scratch. But it means you didn’t let go of your grip in time, you kept holding on to it.
The task is to reach 100% autonomy. And how do you switch to 100% support from the Source, from the Divine Self, from the Higher Self? There’s no way.
But we, as humans, will still cling. The only question here is, what are you clinging to?

Autonomy using the example of an app
We have an app called “Keys of Mastery,” which is connected to courses. There was a deep dependence on third-party developers. You’re dependent on support service, and some issues take months to resolve.
This endless dependence led to the fact that in the spring I decided we were getting rid of this app — the level of discomfort had grown very high.
Then came the opportunity to create a new app with the help of neuro-programmers, where I now release updates myself every week. In a month and a half, we’ve been putting out an update every week.
Before, you could wait months for these updates, just to get some tiny bug fixed.
But this is exactly what resetting is about. Either you manage to untie yourself from relying on something outside of you, or you stop relying on it, or in the end, thanks to a confluence of different circumstances, a reset happens.
What to do if you’re facing a reset
If you’re facing a reset, whether it’s finances, work, some plans, relationships, look at where you’re relying on something external.
Because the point of everything that’s happening isn’t to punish you. Higher forces don’t work that way, all this mechanics works completely differently.
If we’ve gotten ourselves into something and taken a hit to the forehead once again, it’s because we didn’t notice, we walked right past the signal.
And the signal is simple — learn to rely on yourself, to be autonomous, to be sovereign. At the same time, you can absolutely continue to interact with other people and maintain relationships with them.
If you’ve encountered a reset in some area, whether it’s a hard drive, a phone that got wiped, or something more serious, equate it to the word autonomy and look at where in this area, in this field, you’re lacking autonomy.
Maybe there’s too much reliance on something else or someone else’s, something that isn’t you.
Without this autonomy and sovereignty, you can’t move forward.
