Previously, we — those who belong to the first wave of awakening — worked both for ourselves and for that “Vasya” too, in order to achieve the “hundredth monkey” effect.
Pioneers always have it hard for the simple reason that there is nothing ahead of them. Not only does it have to be invented, but a platform also has to be prepared so that something can be realized.
Lately it has become many times easier, because the foundation has been laid and the architecture has been built. And now, on this foundation, one can build.
Among our audience there are many people who could have chosen not to incarnate on Earth again. Everything that could be done, we have done for ourselves personally. And at this moment the Soul is called to go. Because ahead lie unique, amazing times, when there is a chance to change the overall direction, the course.
What Has Changed for Those Who Have Long Walked the Path of Spiritual Growth
Why You No Longer Need to Work “for Everyone”
According to information from various spiritual sources, our planet and civilizations have had many unsuccessful attempts to pass the path of Ascension (Lemuria, Atlantis).
And here, once again, a chance has presented itself that this time it might happen.
In April 2026, the Earth went through a significant increase in the vibrations of the planet’s core. It did not change its dimensionality, but the vibration became higher than before the fall during the times of Atlantis. It was precisely during the times of Atlantis that the Earth fell into 3D reality.
The Earth now vibrates completely differently. We are all on it, we live on it. For those who match it in this vibration, their embedded codes begin to open up — that which was originally laid down in the genes and is called the star code.
And right here, the “hundredth monkey” effect was needed. People were needed who moved forward, no matter what, remembering nothing.
There were many of us like that. We didn’t need to know, to believe — you just walked. Now the number of such souls has reached a critical mass, and the “hundredth monkey” effect has kicked in. That is no longer needed.
There is no longer any need to work for others — this burden can be shed. Those who incarnated with long-standing karmic contracts, with long-standing agreements either to work with the Earth or with the Order of the Rose, with other orders where masculine and feminine karma was being worked out, can no longer do this. This part is coming to an end.

Why We Keep Carrying the Heavy Burden
But out of inertia, many of us continue to carry this heavy burden further. The inertia of thinking slows us down enormously.
If you are used to dragging a heavy burden, to plowing away all the time, it is very hard to believe that you can exhale, relax, and finally take pleasure simply from the fact that you are alive.
This part has been cleared out recently, and for many it will continue to be cleared out — the part that prevents you from using the life force that essentially belongs to you, which you spent on yourself and on everyone else.
And now you finally have the opportunity to invest it in your own creations, in the embodiment of spiritual potential, in how you want the space around you to look, in what kind of people you want to be surrounded by.
It is easier to suffer and carry the burden of the world on your shoulders — always easier than learning to rejoice in life, in lightness, to take pleasure, to delight in many things.
The heavy burden has always been a winning move.
Suffering as a Familiar Script
According to information from spiritual sources, those who were born starting from 1987 already came here without obligatory contracts of suffering. The question remains one of choice: do you continue to carry this heavy burden of suffering or not.
Suffering is a choice.
Until this year, it was a mandatory factor. That is why for those born before 1987, it is hard to get out of this, hard to give up suffering. At every opportunity, we fall into limiting ourselves, we collapse inward.
At one time this was the basis of the matrix in which we incarnated. Without it, the soul could not incarnate in a body.
Between Heaviness and Irresponsibility
Since this drags on for 30, 40 years, and for some even longer, it’s hard to let go of these limitations and step out of the theme of suffering.
But those who are younger also absorb this suffering with their mother’s milk — the martyrdom, the heavy burden, the necessity to grind.
Or the opposite prevails in them — complete irresponsibility, carelessness, fluttering through life like butterflies. These are two sides of the same coin.
On one side — heaviness, and on the other — total apathy. The gold lies somewhere in the middle.
It’s important to learn to step out of this. Some are taught exactly this apathy — switching off, being given the opportunity to relax. And others, on the contrary, are taught responsibility.

To Exhale Doesn’t Mean to Stop Acting
To step out of suffering, to drop the heavy burden — that means to exhale.
We often perceive everything through duality: either I rush forward and do, or I do nothing and wait for everything to happen on its own. But between these extremes there is a huge space.
You can simply be. You can allow yourself to slow down, to look at what’s happening inside, to let what has already happened be absorbed. And then act from a different state.
From Forging a Path to Creation
We have emerged from that whirlpool we were in. That stage has passed. Now the phase of creation begins.
But not for everyone — only for those who have awakened to this level (the first and second waves of awakening).
Why Some Give Up
It can feel hurtful for those who have been in practices, in self-development for many years, and haven’t reached this level, while some young girl suddenly gets swept up, and she starts preaching. Maybe she doesn’t have heavy, traumatic, serious experience, but suddenly it opens up in her. Without various knowledge, without all these many years of preparation.
It was the same in 2012. Many spiritual channels left then, disappointed, because they believed that the Earth would immediately transition to 5D, that you could rack up debts and loans and wouldn’t have to pay anything back, that finally you could exhale.
Since then, nothing has changed regarding debts and loans — no one came and said that money is no longer needed. On the contrary, the situation with this is getting worse and worse, more and more effort has to be applied, because you live by the laws of the 3D world.
In order for it to somehow unfold, you need to go beyond these limits. And there are big difficulties with this. That’s why many give up.
What Leads You — the Mind or an Inner Impulse
But here’s the question: what leads you?
If your soul leads you, your heart leads you, then you simply cannot give up. You may take a breather for a while, but then you will still pick yourself up and start doing.
But those who have come up with something for themselves from the mind give up and close off.

How the Embodiment of Spiritual Potential Happens
When Spiritual Development Becomes Part of Life
Now the stage of embodying the Divine plan, the plan of the Soul through the body, is beginning — that is, you begin to live it.
Here the main component is precisely the body. This is about your spiritual potential beginning to manifest in real life through your actions, your state, and your way of interacting with the world.
This state can be described as an integrated personality, when there is no gap in a person between what they think, what they feel, and how they act. Thoughts, emotions, actions, and physical state are in alignment.
At this stage, spiritual development ceases to be something separate from ordinary life.
Do You Need to Know Your Path in Advance
Sometimes the path opens up exactly like this: you are going, not knowing where you are headed, with uncharted territory ahead.
You don’t necessarily need to know the entire route in advance. Sometimes you just need to let it all unfold, without getting hung up on certain questions.
But sometimes it’s hard for us to come to terms with this, because we want to get clear instructions and know in advance where all of this will lead.
What to Do About What You Are Truly Drawn To

The mind is a poor adviser here. What matters is simply to do what you are drawn to from within.
Everything we allow ourselves to have, we have right in this moment. Everything else is our limitations.
Everything you are drawn to — you do it.
But with us it’s usually the opposite: I go to a job I don’t love, I do things I’m not interested in, I live with the wrong person, but what I’m drawn to, I don’t do.
But this comes down to the question of importance and priorities.
