Welcome to the new year 2026! A year that will help us see how much we have grown and matured over the past twelve-year cycle.
What each of us has achieved at the level of consciousness in December 2024 is now ready to manifest on the physical level, in the dense body and in real life…
For many of us, this means a real shift — from expansion and transformation to integration (second wave), from integration to stabilization (first wave). It is no coincidence that 2026 carries the vibration of one — a completely new beginning for those who are ready.

Meditation Frequency 1:1:1 — New Beginning and Inner Support

Meditation goal: To tune into the frequency of the new cycle, activate the inner source of support, and begin 2026 from a state of sovereignty and alignment.
Through rhythmic breathing, a state of gratitude, and aligning the heart center, you enter the frequency of 1:1:1 — the frequency of new beginnings, self-authority, and inner clarity.
The meditation is suitable both for those just starting their journey and for those who have already passed through stages of deep transformation and integration.
13-Year Cycles for Different Waves of Awakening

For those who awakened between 2000 and the end of 2012, for these people the 13 years from 2012 to 2025 were a time of restoration and anchoring of the Divine Masculine. Most often this manifested in relationships, through partners. It’s an inner story connected to the rebirth of the Divine Masculine.
For those belonging to the second wave of awakening (awakened after 2012 and until the end of 2024), there was a process of deep connection with the Divine Mother, with the Divine Feminine. This came with its own challenges: a test of mastery, to show and apply in practice what you have cultivated over so many years.
But the key point is not related to the 13-year cycle, but to the 12-year one.
When the Higher Forces speak about something, it begins to happen on the subtle plane. We first experience certain processes at the level of consciousness, mentally, vibrationally, energetically. And it takes about a year for it to anchor and manifest in material, physical reality.
At the end of 2024, it was necessary to transition from the level of what consciousness had reached to manifestation and embodiment in reality. Here we encountered the fact that the mind falls short: too many limitations, patterns, and prohibitions.
It was very important to finalize and cross this threshold.
The integration period, transition to the embodiment stage

The key becomes the integration period. This is the 12-year cycle that ended in 2024 for me and for the first wave.
Integration is when you gather yourself from different incarnations, from different alternative, parallel realities. The task is to assemble yourself as fully as possible into one whole, to feel this multidimensionality.
The next stage is about physical embodiment, when there is no difference between what you feel, what you think, and how you behave. And all your reactions and emotions remain in the past cycle, because all of this has been worked through and gathered into one whole.
The task of embodiment is when you are who you are, when every word you speak, every glance you give is healing for those who resonate with this state. Because you are that walking station of Light.
You cannot afford to be anything other than love, and to act only as love would act. This is the highest principle.
Between one 12-year cycle and the next 12-year cycle, there is a big gap. 2025 was needed for us to switch over.
2026 — the year of one. 1:1:1 — the master code of alignment

This is a very powerful start, a powerful turn inward.
01.11.2026 — adds up to one. This is the master code of alignment, which enhances coherence in embodiment and stabilizes the timeline.
The main theme for the first wave is stabilization, being love, not allowing yourself to be anything other than love. These portals reveal who is at the helm within and how purely that inner authority and power are transmitted and broadcast outward.
Stage of expansion and transformation for those awakening from the end of 2024

Those who are just beginning to awaken face a big stage of expansion and transformation. First comes expansion, and then the deepest transformation through working through one’s traumas, healing the unaccepted past, and various life situations.
If someone awakened long ago but has gotten stuck at this stage, I highly recommend using the Awareness Journal “Year in Review” and the Lion’s Gate tracker to review this 12-year cycle.
Because in order to switch from “I” to “we,” it is important to see the contribution you are making, that you are part of something greater, and that you abide in your goodness, and this goodness prevails.
You turn inward and at the same time feel yourself part of something greater and whole. The team of humanity is no longer a pompous phrase; it is born from a feeling within. And the next stage is when you embody and stabilize, because everyone is a station of Light.
Tasks of the first and second waves of awakening for 2026

Those who belong to the second wave of awakening, your time is to take the scepter and be beacons of Light for those who are just awakening or are asleep, because the gap between you is not that big.
You have just gone through stages of purification, breaking, expansion, disbelief, doubt, so you are beacons for them.
For those who are transforming into a Station of Light, whose task is to shine at any time of day or night, there is a separate front of work in 2026. It is important to understand where you are now, at what stage of your life path, because a lot depends on this. Then it becomes clear what steps to take next and what needs to be left behind.
In 2025, we crossed an amazing threshold. And I congratulate all of us on crossing that threshold. Collectively, we have shifted very strongly; it only remains to embody this in reality.
