Meditations and practices for the Winter Solstice

We have gathered nine times to celebrate the winter solstice. This means we have recordings of 9 practices that will be useful to many of you.

1. Meditation: The Flow of the Great Central Sun (2025)

Purpose of the meditation: To attune to the direction of the new cycle, allow the flow to pass through the heart and body, and express readiness for inner decisions.

We work individually, without the Circle of Light. Tuning through the heart center → rising above the earth → flow of golden energy → connection with the star/portal → higher — to the level of the Great Central Sun. The flow is a “direction,” not a picture of the future. Inner readiness is more important than understanding.

Main steps:

  1. Entering neutrality and the center of calm
  2. The heart as a point of attunement, the light of the spirit as a carrier of intention
  3. Rising above the earth and receiving the flow from above
  4. Contact with the direction (not the details)
  5. Fixing the state in the body, a feeling of support and determination

2. Meditation: Reboot in the Coordinates of Love (2024)

Purpose of the meditation: To free yourself from the old, fill yourself with a new state of love, light, and unity, to feel gratitude for the entire journey and forgive yourself for the past.

You focus on your heart, allow yourself to feel the accumulated light and love. Through a gentle wave of love and gratitude, you wash your entire body, consciousness, even the most difficult places and situations. You feel expansion, fill yourself with new light, forgive yourself, let go of everything foreign and unnecessary. In conclusion, take a deep breath, ground yourself, and fix the new state of lightness and fullness.

Main steps:

  1. Take a deep breath, focus on your heart, feel warmth and light
  2. Feel gratitude for the path traveled: victories, difficulties, growth
  3. Fill your heart and entire body with light and love
  4. Allow this energy to wash away everything that remained heavy or not yours
  5. Honestly let go of the old, express forgiveness to yourself
  6. Feel how lightness and a sense of renewal appear
  7. Ground this new state and thank yourself

3. Meditation: Tuning in with the Heart of the Earth and the Heart of the Galaxy (2023)

Purpose of the meditation: To feel your support within yourself, to fill with gratitude and love, to tune into a wave of support, and to transmit this state to the world.

In this practice, you first focus on breathing through the heart, on the feeling of gratitude for everything in life, and find that vibration which “leads” you into the desired state. Then, through a threefold breath, you fill yourself with energy, connect with the Heart of the Earth and the Heart of the Galaxy, and expand this wave to all the space around you. The finale is fixing the state and gently returning to the body.

Main steps:

  1. Take several deep breaths through the center of the chest, attention on the heart
  2. Feel gratitude, love, acceptance, add everything that is relevant for you
  3. Through breathing, direct this wave downward — into the Earth, upward — into the Galaxy
  4. Feel how your heart, the Earth, and the Galaxy beat in one rhythm
  5. Expand the wave of love and light to the space around you, your loved ones, the collective
  6. Fix the new state, thank yourself and life
  7. Ground yourself, returning to the body

4. Meditation Foundation of Love, Life and Unity (2022)

Purpose of meditation: Complete the old stage, fill your space with new vibrations — love, joy, unity; lay the foundation for a new solar cycle.

First — breathing through the heart, tuning into gratitude and lightness. Then — creating three “layers of foundation”:

  1. Love — all memories, states, feelings associated with unconditional love
  2. Ability to live, rejoice, enjoy — feeling of bliss, taste of life, pleasure in the body
  3. Unity — resonance with nature, people, planet, universe
    Each layer is filled with your personal experience, then supported by higher aspects, guides, supporting forces. In conclusion — an energy fountain is launched through the body, connects with the Earth’s field and circle of light, the new state is fixed.

Main steps:

  1. Breathing through the heart, grounding
  2. Mentally create a sphere — your “foundation”
  3. Fill it one by one: with love, joy of life, feeling of unity
  4. Call upon higher aspects for support
  5. Launch the energy fountain through the body, feel the vibration
  6. Connect with the circle of light, thank yourself and the space
  7. Fix the state in the body, complete the meditation

5. Meditation Anchoring Desired States in the New Crystalline Grid of Earth (2021)

Go through the meditation to anchor the states you wish to inhabit in the new crystalline grid of Earth.

Purpose of the meditation: To feel a connection with the Earth, sense the diamond flow, fill yourself with the needed vibrations, and solidify within yourself a state of joy, harmony, gratitude, and inner light.

In the practice, you immerse yourself in a powerful stream of diamond sparks, connect with the new crystalline grid of Earth, and saturate yourself with the vibrations you wish to experience in the new cycle. Then you rise into a space of inspiration and freedom, “implant” the desired state in your heart, and radiate a wave of light in all directions.

Main steps:

  1. Breathing, grounding, attuning to the heart
  2. Visualization of the diamond flow and crystalline grid
  3. Saturation with vibrations of joy, peace, gratitude, inner freedom
  4. Ascent into the space of inspiration, anchoring the new state
  5. Return to the body, fixing the state, a wave of gratitude to the Earth and yourself

6. Meditation Quantum Train (2020)

Purpose of meditation: Say goodbye to the past, consciously choose what to take with you, feel your inner impulse, confidence, and freedom to move into a new reality.

In the meditation, you find yourself on a platform, looking at the train car, your “luggage” — suitcases, bags, everything accumulated over the cycle. You examine your lessons, sensations, thank yourself and everyone who was on your path. You leave behind everything unnecessary, choose a seat on the train that is best for you now, feel anticipation, freedom, joy of change.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, tuning into the body
  2. Image of the platform, train, your belongings, luggage, who you want to go further with
  3. Gratitude to the past, forgiveness, letting go
  4. Honest choice: where to sit, what to take, what to leave behind
  5. Sit in your seat, feel lightness, readiness for the new

7. Meditation for Connecting to the Zero Point (2019)

Meditation goal: To gratefully complete the past, let go of “baggage,” and allow yourself freedom, lightness, and new dreams.

In this practice, you go to your museum of history — a spacious hall where memories, lessons, roles, achievements, and failures stand on pedestals. You stroll, observe, thank yourself for everything you have lived through, and leave on the shelves what you no longer want to carry into the future. If you are ready, you even “give away” the old book of rules — your instruction manual for life in 3D. You return to life with a feeling of freedom, lightness, and openness to the new.

Main steps:

  1. Close your eyes, imagine yourself in a museum or collection hall
  2. Carefully “examine” all personal experiences: achievements, roles, failures, grievances, victories
  3. Give thanks for everything that was, let go of the heavy, leave your past on the shelves
  4. If desired — leave the old “book of life” to start writing a new one
  5. Exit the hall with a feeling of relief, joy, freedom
  6. Take a deep breath in and out, return to life in a new state

8. Meditation Uniting the Earthly Self with the Cosmic Self (2018)

Purpose of the meditation: Unite your earthly and cosmic parts, feel the flow of diamond energy, reach a new level of wholeness, let go of the past, and prepare for change.

A practice with grounding, working with the flow of diamond energy, synthesis of three centers (heart, right and left hemispheres), releasing grievances, gratitude for all experience. The finale — grounding the new state in the body.

Main steps:

  1. Take several deep breaths in and out, relax
  2. Through the heart, inhale — flow down into the earth, exhale
  3. Through the heart, inhale — flow up through the crown to the “diamond heart”
  4. Feel how the energy of diamond light fills every cell
  5. Tune into the integration of the earthly and cosmic self (can be imagined as spheres/multi-level nesting doll)
  6. Focus on the triangle: right hemisphere, left hemisphere, heart — feel the synchronization
  7. Allow the diamond energy to wash away everything that is ready to leave (grievances, sorrows, worries)
  8. Exhale, feel the new wholeness and thank yourself
  9. Ground yourself, feel yourself in the body here and now

9. Meditation Connection of Mind and Heart, Integration and Energy Balancing (2017)

Meditation goal: Complete the old, anchor a state of balance, integrate the year’s experience, and open space for new beginnings.

In the practice, through breath and visualization, an energy “figure eight” is activated — from the heart down to the Earth and up to the Cosmos, and then through the head. The figure eight fills with light, unfolds energy from within outward, and allows one to feel gratitude and worthiness. It ends with anchoring the new state, a feeling of expansion, confidence, and lightness.

10. Gratitude Meditation (2016)

Go through a meditation that will help determine what is no longer acceptable in your life.
You will draw a different vision of those areas that do not satisfy you in order to gently rebuild everything anew.

Purpose of the meditation: Complete the old, fill with gratitude and joy, activate the energy “figure eight” of balance, and allow yourself to accept the best changes.

In the meditation, through breathing, you focus on the heart, activate the “figure eight” — connect the heart, head, body, energy goes down into the earth and up to the cosmos. You feel how light fills every cell. Through this, a new wave of sensations opens: gratitude for everything that was, a desire to move forward, and the joy of simply being yourself.

Main steps:

  1. Deep inhale through the heart, exhale — down into the earth
  2. Inhale — exhale up to the cosmos, rotate the “figure eight”
  3. Fill the heart with light, joy, gratitude
  4. Imagine how the energy ignites, spreads through the body
  5. Feel balance, integration, a desire to share your gifts
  6. Anchor the state in the body, gentle completion
