The transition from awakening to ascension is an organic process of evolution:

- Ascension — integration of new energies, healing and reassembling all aspects of the self, embodying Light and Love in material life, transitioning from personal seeking to collective co-creation and service.
Waves of awakening become waves of ascension when:
- basic crises and inner conflicts are completed,
- personal transformation shifts to tasks of integration, service, and collective participation,
- new “portals” open, synchronized with planetary and cosmic cycles (2000, 2012, 2024…).
Thus, the entire path looks like this:
Wave of awakening → Integration → Wave of ascension → Collective service → Support for new waves of awakening.
Each wave raises the bar for subsequent waves, creates a space of new possibilities, and accelerates the awakening and ascension of humanity.

Soul — the individual aspect of the Source, a unique expression of the Divine «I».
The main task at this level is healing one’s own history, completing personal karma, and uncovering one’s unique purpose.
Oversoul — the collective level, uniting 12 individual souls into a single structure (“soul family” or “squad”).
Here, collective tasks open up, the field of service expands, and a deep integration of life experiences and roles begins.

2. Phases of Ascension
The path of ascension in Lauren Gorgo’s system unfolds not all at once, but in a spiral — through the passage of three main evolutionary stages: Soul ascension, Oversoul ascension, Monad ascension. Each stage is a special zone of growth, tasks, and manifestations on an individual and collective level.
Phase #1. Ascension at the Soul Level
1. Essence and Tasks
Ascension at the Soul Level is an individual spiritual maturation, exiting the wheel of karma, completing personal lessons, integrating the shadow, realizing one’s uniqueness, and awakening the creative nature. It is at this level that a person first begins to feel like an independent being with a Divine core.
Tasks of this stage:
- To free oneself from victimhood, guilt, and external crutches.
- To complete individual karmic cycles (recurring scenarios).
- To heal childhood wounds, ancestral patterns, and emotional patterns.
- To realize and accept one’s uniqueness, gifts, and mission.
- To awaken the inner Creator and take responsibility for one’s own reality.

Tasks of this stage:
- Integrate and heal the experiences of all your “fragments” (aspects of the soul), including parallel lives, ancestral lines, and collective scenarios.
- Go beyond individuality — see yourself as part of a larger field, feel your “soul team” (12 souls).
- Consciously complete collective karmic knots, including ancestral, national, and “victim agreements.”
- Transition to missions that cannot be realized alone: collective projects, groups, fields of light.
- Develop the ability to unite and synchronize different levels and dimensions of yourself.
Ascension of the OverSoul is associated with a state of being, moving away from a dimension where success is determined by actions, into a dimension where the main thing is who you are, and your hidden resource comes entirely from within.

- A feeling of expansion of self: “I am not only this person, but also my other aspects,” contact with your OverSoul team.
- Frequent meetings and “recognitions” of people who turn out to be from the same OverSoul — a strong sense of belonging, mission, and shared tasks.
- Completion of ancestral programs (including heavy family scenarios that you couldn’t heal before).
- Deep interest in collective transformation, a desire to work for everyone, not just for yourself.
- The ability to hold large collective fields, to “be a center of silence” when there is chaos around.
- The need for external validation disappears: a person stops trying to prove something or earn love; they are Love.
- Expansion of consciousness to an understanding of multiplicity (multiple points of view, life roles, stories).
3. Final State
- The personality dissolves into the collective field, realizing itself as part of something greater.
- Gaining a unique role in the collective mission: “I am not alone, I am part of a team of light.”
- A person becomes a nodal point of light through which evolutionary energies flow to the entire collective.

Phase #3. Ascension at the Monad Level
1. Essence and Tasks
Ascension of the Monad — complete integration of all aspects of the Self across all spaces and times, stepping into the level of the I AM Divine Self, guiding the House of Souls (all 144 aspects), planetary and cosmic creation. This is the highest point of human evolution in a body, when a person becomes a conscious channel of Divine Will.
Tasks of this stage:
- Unite all your aspects, oversouls, souls, and fragments into a single structure — the Monad.
- Embody the Divine Presence on Earth: live, create, and serve in full resonance with the Divine Plan.
- Accept guidance and responsibility for large collectives of souls, leading them toward new evolutionary scenarios.
- Become a transmitter of new cosmic frequencies, holding the matrix of the future for humanity.
- Work on a planetary and galactic level, participate in “Cosmic Councils.”

2. Stages and Signs
- Stable I AM state: feeling yourself as a Divine center, a channel of the Source.

- Ability to initiate or hold large collective, planetary, and even galactic projects.
- A feeling that time, space, and energy are subject to inner will and a higher order.

- Complete freedom from the limitations of space, time, genetics, and history.

3. Phases of Ascension for Different Waves of Awakening
Please note: the three waves of ascension are determined not by biological age or planetary level of awakening, but by the architecture of the monad — that is, your “place” in God’s Government, which defines your level of Divine Service (more on this in the next article).
Each wave of awakening transitions step by step through all levels of ascension, but with a time shift:
Moment of Awakening → Ascension of the Soul → Ascension of the Oversoul → Ascension of the Monad
Twelve-Year Cycles
For each group of awakened ones, this “corridor” is their evolutionary cycle, synchronized with global twelve-year cycles:
2000 — Opening of the Galactic Underworld
The beginning of the mass cleansing of humanity’s collective “lower world.” The “underworld” is the realm where lower energies dwell and manifest — fear, darkness, unresolved karmic programs, as well as astral entities and destructive thought-forms.

This is the new “roadway” of collective destiny, where former duality matrices are gradually replaced by codes of Unity, Love, creativity, and freedom. The 12-year cycle of activating the 12-strand (Divine) DNA for the second wave of ascending souls (oversoul level) was launched on 12.12.2012.
2024 — Establishment of Cosmic Realities on Earth
A stage of mass awakening and embodiment of “cosmic codes.” This corridor allows the “Cosmic Family” to manifest on Earth, uniting all previous achievements, integrating ancient and new knowledge, and unlocking potential for the era of Unity.
Who Is on Which Phase of Ascension Now
First Wave of Awakening (2000–2012):
- 2000–2012: went through Soul Ascension (individual healing, exiting personal karma)
- 2012–2024: transitioned to Oversoul Ascension (integration, service, team missions, unification)
- 2024+: entering the Monadic Ascension phase (working with the Soul Home, planetary and galactic projects, mentorship, shaping future structures)
Second Wave of Awakening (2012–2024):
- 2012–2024: main focus — Soul ascension (completing duality, personal awakening, healing)
- 2024–2036: transitioning to Oversoul ascension (forming groups, communities, new collective missions)
- 2036+: further transition to Monad ascension (as collective tasks are completed)
Not everyone on the planet goes through ascension at the same time or in the same way: at any given moment, different waves are at different phases of ascension. Each wave raises the “field level,” making it easier and faster for newly awakened ones to pass through the stages.
Right now, people at the level of Soul ascension, Oversoul ascension, and Monad ascension coexist — this ensures stability and evolutionary continuity of the process.

4. Signs, Tasks, and Challenges of Each Ascension Wave in the Current Period
Each ascension wave has its own characteristic states, key challenges, and strategic tasks. These differences are especially important for conscious self-identification and for forming a healthy collective field.
First Wave of Awakening
Period: 2000–2012
Ascension phase: Monad ascension (since the end of 2024)
Key Signs and States
- Those going through monadic ascension have the highest Light coefficient, are the conscious commanders-in-chief of the entire battalion (144 souls), and lead their team by personal example.
- These are people who clear karma not only for themselves but for their entire monad (144 souls). They take this on because they know they can (alchemize for others), and because deep inside they feel the full weight of what is happening and what is at stake.
- At this level, there is no life “outside of Ascension.” Whether it’s a period of inhale or exhale, you literally eat, drink, sleep, and breathe this 24/7… in sleep and in waking. There is no pause or separation between these worlds.
- If you are the Commander of your battalion, you are aware that you are clearing the karma of your entire monad (144 souls), not just your personal one. You feel an inner, albeit “unhealthy,” but relentless sense of responsibility for the well-being and success of all members of your soul family.
- You are in contact with several oversoul groups connected to different central Suns and star systems within the monad. These governing Councils make it clear that they are at your service, not the other way around…
Tasks
- Creation of Divine Councils and governance structures worldwide (initially online) to model the hierarchy of God’s Empire on Earth (as it is in Heaven), creating the first initiating steps for a new phase/mission and building a structure where everyone can see their unique contribution to the whole.
- Transition from “activating and awakening others” to “leadership for leaders” — becoming a cosmic channel and catalyst for transmitting the frequencies of the Aquarian Age.
- Time to complete your work with humanity so they can go through their process, and the next wave can take the reins. As leaders of the Path, Truth, and Life, you need to prepare yourselves for new roles as directors, which requires reclaiming all your power back to yourself.
Challenges
- A feeling of inner, sometimes excessive, responsibility for the well-being and success of your entire soul family.
- The need to “cut/dissolve temporary energetic ties” — detach yourself from others’ energies, complete old contracts, in order to move forward.
- The transition from ascension to creation, from “becoming” to building, from “cleansing” to creation — the need to let go of the familiar role of savior or “cleaner.”

Second Wave of Awakening
Period: 2012–2024
Ascension Phase: Oversoul Ascension (from the end of 2024)
Key Signs and States
- Those undergoing oversoul ascension step into their Divine purpose to serve the “masses” (the soul expansion level). They rise to “Oversoul-level consciousness,” which is necessary for body ascension.
- You take on the role of representative for your soul group, which means holding the highest vibration, being the dominant force field for your immediate soul group (12 souls).
- You facilitate the awakening of the masses (groups at the soul level) in the same way that the monad-level group facilitated the awakening of the oversoul group. This means you are technically (vibrationally) responsible for the level that follows you.
- You have support from the monadic level to help and guide you in your Service — to pass on to you the wisdom and accumulated experience of those who have walked this path before you.
Tasks
- Embodiment of your mission so that those who are just awakening (your soul group) can connect to the necessary wisdom and knowledge for crossing the “rainbow bridge” into the New World.
- You take your place for those at the mass/soul level who are just beginning to see through the veil of illusion. This message is broadcast persistently and with a sense of urgency, because your contribution is important and necessary for the next step of the Great Plan. Challenges
- To shift responsibility from lower, karmic tasks in favor of higher dharmic tasks — those that are part of your New Earth contracts.

Third Wave of Awakening
Awakening period: from November 2024
Ascension phase: Soul Ascension (2024-2036)
Key signs and states
- Those going through soul ascension are focused on their personal transformation, inner purification, finding themselves and their purpose.
- Their spiritual work is a path of individual liberation, “pulling” themselves through lessons, crises, and the search for truth.
- The main focus is personal healing, completing karma, unlocking their talents, transitioning to authentic freedom.
- At this stage, all the “drive” and energy goes into themselves, their life, their own fulfillment, and not into the group field or supporting others.
Tasks
- The main emphasis is on completing your first life mission, integrating the experience of duality, and gaining wholeness:
- To go through personal crises, complete “healing of the lineage, karma, individual lessons,” and prepare the ground for transitioning to collective service.
Challenges
- A feeling of loneliness, focus on yourself and your own path, sometimes — fatigue from prolonged crises, a sense that the “bigger goal” is still ahead.
- Searching for support within, for inner maturity and wholeness.
5. An Honest Look at Yourself
Now that you have clear signs of the ascension phases, don’t rush to move on to the next article. Pause and ask yourself a few truly uncomfortable questions:
1. Which ascension phase are you actually in based on your inner feelings?
- Monad Ascension: Are you leading groups of leaders, thinking at the level of the architecture of entire structures, feeling like part of planetary (or even galactic) missions?
