How to create an intention for a desired state

I almost never make plans or write down goals for the new year or anything like that.

It doesn’t interest me, because it always boxes you into a certain template that you’ve built for yourself in advance. Although some people need it, it works for some. It never worked for me.

I certainly don’t make wishes. The phrase “make a wish” implies that a wizard will fly in on a blue helicopter and do something.

We always talk about intentions, because intention implies action, the key point is you are the one taking action. You take it and do it, and then you move in that direction.

Often, intention is assumed to mean achieving some specific goals. But in this article, I want to share a practice for creating an intention for a desired state, with the focus specifically on the state, not on material things.

When Maximum Creation Mode Kicks In

All our meditations are aimed not just at a relaxing, vibrationally uplifting effect, but at you going and doing something after the meditation. Realize something, catch some kind of bliss, do it, because if you just lie there, nothing will happen.

Relaxing is great, of course, but for many, the word “relax” implies inaction. But there is another option for action.

For many, action is fuss, meaning when I do something chaotically and randomly, or a person is a workaholic who has a lot of work. But that action is not in the direction you could choose, and not in agreement with your heart.

But when you immerse yourself in a certain state, it’s always a vibration plus sensations in the body, and a flow begins to pour out of you so powerfully that you can’t hold it back, and you simply share this flow generously.

There’s not a word about money in it, there’s no forcing goodness on anyone, you are so overflowing that you can’t contain it and you broadcast it around you. It’s like a happy person infecting those around them with their happiness.

And in this state, maximum creation mode kicks in.

Practice of Broadcasting a State

The further we enter this new vibrational frequency, the more important it becomes how much you align with it in your inner state.

If you are in a state of non-acceptance, you will have resistance, but the main thing is that this focus of your attention, which is built from your beliefs, will perceive what is happening from the point of view of fear, horror.

This is that very moment to remind yourself and say: “struggle is the reality I am leaving, I am leaving the locked room, the key is in my hand.” And remind yourself of this again and again.

To make it easier to enter this state and then maintain it, I offer a practice.

I recommend finding some music that inspires you and allows you to enter a state of flight.

It would be great if it’s not about goals, plans, wishes, but about the state, the state in which you choose to remain for the entire coming year.

The state is primary. Your state broadcasts the frequency and the angle of view through which you look at the world.

If you are in bliss, if it’s pouring out from within you, even when something goes wrong in life, you don’t perceive it as horror.

Just one situation to sort out, and again it’s bliss, pure delight, and again beauty, and again that feeling of magic.

If all you see around you is horror, perhaps you need to flip the switch of your radio frequencies to light. And if it’s hard for you to switch, it means you’re focused on solving some problems or tasks.

If you’ve fallen out of alignment in terms of well-being, recover, return to a resourceful state, and reconnect.

Assemble Your Own Necklace of States

Life is far richer than our fantasies; just allow yourself to expand that focus.

Often we don’t notice what’s happening around us because we’re fixated on something. Ever encountered a fixed idea? Something takes hold of you, and anything that doesn’t fit that idea gets dismissed.

I recommend expanding your focus and creating your own set of pleasant states that you’ve caught somewhere. Each such little brick, connecting with others, together creates a completely different vibrational state.

Collect these vibrations — you caught the scent of flowers somewhere, a candle is burning somewhere, a string of lights somewhere, you caught a certain phrase here.

It doesn’t matter what they’re made of; you, like beads, gather these specific vibrations. This is how you create your own necklace of states, handpicking what you want to see in that little treasure box.
